Well decorated, convenient for a short stay.. close to alot of places There’s no smart TV - meaning no Netflix,YouTube and so forth The DSTV wasn’t paid for?? We only had access to 203 I booked ground floor but got 1st floor?? Nobody told me I need to pay cash at the gate if I’m there after 18h00 so just be aware. There was only one roll of tissue?? We only got soup for dishes in the morning Please do better? Atleast give us YouTube then Also when someone books a certain place - don’t change it

• Sonto (2/5): - Towels: too old, torn, stained. No carpets provided in the bathroom or bedside. The place is not a hotel; remove that wording. It is strictly an Airbnb flatland. Pillows are old, worn-out and uncomfortable. The microwave is dirty inside. The laundry machine is stained & unmaintained. Oven trays are dirty & greasy. No communication when load shedding occurs; no backup lights provided. Blanket not provided during winter; a dirty blanket was provided. They poured perfume on it. The TV in the bedroom is not working. Upgrade towels; Allocate mats on the side of the bed during the winter months Allocate 2 mats in the bathrooms. Clean the microwave, and allocate a plate cover Allocate at least 1 dishcloth in the kitchen Make sure all blankets are washed during check-out to prep for check-in Clean all trays and thoroughly clean the oven.

• MINNIELETS (7/5): - not far from Sandton city, the 2nd day there was no electricity for 5 hours and there was no communication . the apartments do not have an iron and they open late at the reception so there was no 1 to assist us and the phone of the reception was off . there is no phone in the house to call security incase of any emergency. the locks of the room were not working properly. the 2nd apartment the bed was noisy and not comfortable.

To be honest this used to be one of the greatest place in the are kindly return to the standards you kept and also the entrance and exit by the security gate is not on the process is not explained to us visitors

• MDUDUZI (3/5): - The location of the place is good. I received a room that i did not book. They don't have your living necessities, there's few dishes, one glass and no enough kitchen equipment. There's no iron, TV only watches certain dstv channels, the other one is not working. They don't change towels.
• Phatedi Molwiši (7/5): Pleasant Stay @ Innov8 Undermined by Unsafe Bed Corners - The hotel is well jmaintained, clean, and modern. The kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom were all of a high standard, and overall the facilities met expectations. The environment is comfortable and well put together. There is a serious safety issue with the bed that requires urgent attention. The mattress is smaller than the base frame, leaving the edges of the frame exposed. The corners are sharp (likely metal or hard wood), and I sustained multiple injuries to my leg when passing by the bed. This is a clear hazard, not a minor inconvenience. I had to improvise by placing a towel over the corners to prevent further injury, which is unacceptable in a professional accommodation setting. Management should address this urgently by ensuring the mattress properly fits the frame or by adding protective padding to the exposed corners. This poses a real risk to guests and needs immediate correction.

• Mubeen (2/5): - The actual space and concept of renting out apartment units is great The fact that I slept on smelly bedding and the bottom of my feet were dirty when I walked around without shoes. My partner and I had to spray the bed to ensure that we were not getting anyone else's body juices or bacteria.

• Serena (5/5): - Cheap accommodation in a good area. Safe, big space. Our room sliding door was broken, we couldn't lock it. There was no one to assist. Was not the cleanest space. Towels were dirty. TV signal was bad. Aircon was not working.

• Hellen (5/5): Not worth it - The location. It's closer to almost everything The entrance and exit method is exhausting Also, why isn't there a drinking water in the apartments? I woke up in the middle of the night thirsty, only to discover that the only tap they have is in the bathroom 😭😭 that time it was around 2am. I had to wait for 6am so that I can walk to the nearest garage to buy water. You guys can do better

• Ringue (1/5): It was bad we had to request a refund only because of the water situation. - The room was clean. Location was good The staff too. The fact that there was no water nor a back up plan for water. We faced a similar situation last September, when we ended up leaving without showering. I hated that they had ample time to come up with some sort of back up but chose not to or notify guests prior check-in time.

• Portia (1/5): - The complex is in a good area for access to Sandton, which saved us as we could get away for the night and come back to just merely sleep Never booking this place EVER! Our hosts phone was off the entire evening until morning when we left. They sent the most inhumane response to my voice note. Security was so rude. He just stood there and chatted to his friend. Insisted we should punch in a code we never had. We could find the host at that time. The conjoining unit had people who had a party and smoking the entire night, which meant our unit was infested by hubbly and weed smoke. The noise in the complex was unbearable. Young people all over blasting loud music. We couldn't stand the smoke, we had to leave for the night. The fridge had no ice cube tray. The ice had packed up so much that you can't even fit a bottle in. These people do not respect our money.
