• Yuleidys (9/5): Volvería otra vez - La ubicación muy buena. Cerca de Ueno station, parque Ueno que vale la pena visitar, el museo nacional de tokio, también aconsejable ir. Calles de tiendas, comida callejera y mercado de pescado. También esta Inaricho station a 300 m que te lleva a Ginza, asakusa etc. Es un apartamento, con espacio. Buena ducha. Cocina, paella, cazo para calentar leche, agua o lo que quieras. Tazas, vasos, platos. Te ofrecen servicio de agua en la planta baja. Las camas un poco duras. Otra cosa que no me gustó es que aunque hay cocina, no se puede abrir ventanas, el olor de la comida se quedaba dentro, solo fueron 2 veces pero suficientes para entender que no es conveniente hacer nada que no sea calentar leche, y ya para eso hay microondas.

• Kira (8/5): - The customer service was very good and the rooms were cleaned well. It was great to have 3 washing machine and dryers accessible. There was a stove top of you wanted to cook And a table and 4 chairs There was some noise as we could hear the people moving above us.
• Henrik (9/5): - The staff was very kind. Thanks to Rina and Noora at the front desk for all their help. They room was spacious and great for staying with a 10 month old baby. We loved sleeping on the futons without having to worry about the baby falling off.

• Megan (10/5): A great MIMARU location! - Our room was well appointed in the MIMARU style - excellent shower room and Toto Washlet, clean and well stocked kitchenette, comfy beds and a giant table (for all the delicious konbini meals!) and kind, helpful staff. We received a particularly excellent dinner recommendation (Bibibi Shokudo - be sure to check it out!) And the location was fantastic for transit - it was very easy to get around. Being within walking distance to Ueno Park was a huge plus! The blossoms were spectacular (especially at night). Just FYI (not a complaint) - this is an elevator-only building for guests. The stairs are for staff only or emergencies.

• STEVE (10/5): FANTASTIC STAY WHENEVER WE VISIT!!! STAFF & ROOMS ARE EXCELLENT!!! - The staff (Chio) at reception desk remembered us and our luggage tag upon check-in. WOW!!! We stayed there in April 2025. Chio and other Staff Members are also excellent, always greeting us, smiling and thankful. The rooms are clean and spacious. Housekeeping staff are meticulous in keeping the rooms very clean. Location is just a few minutes walk to Ueno Station. Supermarket around the corner is open 24/7. Mimaru is also able to ship luggage to Narita Airport on the day we left when pre-reserved the day before.
