- Susan (8/5): 雖然浴室有些小瑕疵，但是整體住宿經驗還是好的，下次到台中仍會考慮住在這間酒店。 - 房間很大、很安靜(隔音超級好、空調和冰箱也都蠻靜音的)。 氛圍讓人感覺很溫馨、很舒適，早餐很豐富口味也好。 床頭的閱讀燈設計得讓人驚豔，半夜起床很方便。 服務人員很熱心，雖然提早到，但是因為房間已經清潔好，就讓我們提早進房間了。 主要對浴室有些小意見。 1. 洗手台太高。 2. 淋浴間只有頭頂的蓮蓬頭，沒有手持式的。門外沒有掛毛巾的地方，洗完得整個人走出來才能拿到毛巾。 3. 洗手台和浴缸的冷熱水水龍頭是分開的，溫度不容易調節。 4. 浴室裡面沒有紙巾，把房間裡的紙巾拿進來外面就又沒得用了。 5. 浴室很大，但只有馬桶旁邊有垃圾桶，丟個紙巾要走好幾步路。 6. 掛勾只有兩個，很不夠用。

- Susanne (6/5): Wir würden das nächste Mal ein anderes Hotel wählen - Das große Zimmer! Wir hatten eine Premier Suite gebucht. Leider hatten wir aus dem Fenster nur Blick in einen Schacht. Der BegrüßungCocktail, den man nicht wählen konnte, wurde in einem Plastikbecher serviert Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools können wir nicht nachvollziehen. Von 11:00 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr Ruhepause! Das hat uns nicht gefallen! Außerdem wurde das Zimmer nicht zu unserer Zufriedenheit gereinigt, die gebrauchten Teller und das gebrauchte Besteck wurde nicht abgeräumt!
- Susanne (6/5): Wir würden dieses Hotel nicht mehr wählen! - Die Größe des Zimmers Bei der Begrüßung erhielt man einen Gutschein für einen Cocktail, der nicht frei wählbar war! Nicht schön fanden wir, dass er in einem Plastikbecher serviert wurde! Die Öffnungszeiten des Pools waren sehr begrenzt, von 11:00 Uhr am Morgen bis um 17:00 Uhr war er geschlossen. Für uns völlig unverständlich! Das Zimmer wurde auch nicht gründlich gereinigt, unser dreckiges Geschirr wurde nicht entfernt, die dreckigen Tassen nicht erneuert. Bei den Preisen erwarte ich vom Service mehr!

- 雲翔 (10/5): 真正放鬆真正享受，很推薦的飯店 - 發自內心的真實評語：不論什麼時段接待人員服務態度超好，熱心親切也不會臭臉；床超大，冷氣控制不是裝飾用，太冷太熱都可調到自己舒服溫度，已這樣的價錢住到這樣的空間大小cp值超高；浴室廁所超乾淨，色調及擺設都讓人很放鬆，還有超乾淨超大浴缸，乾濕分離；隔音部分也是黑馬，能那麼不吵的飯店不常見啊！沒有一早外面退房七七雜雜的聲音，也沒有在晚上睡覺時會聽到流水聲馬達聲，總之隔音的部分是不用擔心的；想吃美食都在附近不遠處，超方便的！入住前 退房後 舒適的休息區超棒，每個座位都很舒服！想考慮選擇這家飯店的妳（你）們，下單吧！別擔心雷到！！很棒的一間👍 沒有不滿意

- Karen (10/5): Nice hotel in a good location but I felt invisible to staff - Room was spacious, great shower and deep bath. Staff were not very friendly basically ignored you

- 文文 (9/5): - 房間舒適, 浴缸水量大 1.如果電視可以升級為智慧電視, 有NEXFLEX等APP, 會更好 2.淋浴間的蓮蓬頭及開關設計較差, 冬天時的溫度不夠高, 沖澡時須經歷一段冷水, 有點煎熬
