- CHRISTEL (8/5): A very disappointing breakfast overshadowed an otherwise good stay. - Please see my ratings above for the hotel, the room and its location. The information on Booking.com promised the option of a "very good breakfast" for 9,95 EUR. However, for the breakfast the everyday line of plates with tapas was extended by just 2 plates with pastries. - Very disappointing! That's definitely not a "very good breakfast".

Desayuné en el restaurante y por tres euros desayune mi café y tostada. El hotel es muy accesible desde la carretera. Por 20 euros mas te permiten salir a las 14:00 horas.

- JOAQUIN (10/5): HOTEL 100% RECOMENDABLE - LO QUE MÁS ME GUSTÓ ES LO BIEN ADAPTADA QUE ESTABA MI HABITACIÓN Y EL HOTEL EN GENERAL, YA QUE VOY EN SILLA DE RUEDAS. ADEMÁS, EL RESTAURANTE ESTÁ MUY BIEN Y NO ES NADA CARO. ESTÁ A UNOS 15 MINUTOS DE MURCIA CAPITAL Y PEGADO A LA AUTOPISTA, POR LO QUE EL ACCESO ES MUY BUENO. EL WIFI VA UN POQUITO LENTO Y NO HAY MUCHA COBERTURA EN ALGUNAS PARTES.

Erg kindvriendelijk en goede service. Mooi hotel met een mooi uitzicht, alleen je moet wel met de auto er op uit.

- Katherine (9/5): We only stopped over after a family wedding, but the hotel more than met our needs. - The hotel rooms were decorated to a very high spec and there was ample room. The restaurant was very clean and the staff very efficient.

However the food was very good and the staff were very accommodating. There was real buss in the cafe bar, where the locals come to eat. Great.
- Matthew (3/5): Not a good experience for us. - clean and good facilities. decent food in the cafferia We stayed for 4 nights. Initially we were shown to a suite, but it was on the roadside and there was too much traffic noise for a 4 night stay. We were then moved to a smaller room at the front of the hotel. which should have been quieter. Unfortunately the first 2 nights we got no sleep due to firstly excessive noise of cars revving and racing in the car park with extremely loud music playing, reminiscent of Fast and Furious. We were certainly furious. The staff did call the police and the people and cars were moved on after some hours. The second night the air-conditioning failed for all rooms and we had to try and sleep in 28 degrees heat. We did not sleep. We raised a formal complaint and were told that as compensation they would cover the cost of our breakfasts, but on check out they did not honour this. We will be pursuing a further complaint and seeking compensation through booking.com

The floor and walls tiles were chosen by someone with a great sense of style. The room was so nice, with a perfect light system, nice bed and pillows. The bathroom from the towels' quality to the cleanliness, the climatisation that worked perfectly, the internet connection that was very good... The hotel had many parking lots. We would definitely stay there again.

- Natalia (10/5): Lovely small family like hotel - Lovely hotel really enjoyed the stay, convenient location and staff were all very helpful, very family like atmosphere, you can see they all enjoy working there, my only complaint was that there was only one salad available as vegetarian dish, it really would be great if there was something more like just simple pasta with cheese and tomato sauce or something like that to accommodate vegetarian guests. Just be aware that the hotel is in a remote location so there won’t be anything to do in the area around.
- Marion (10/5): Very Welcoming Hotel - We enjoyed staying in this hotel. The staff were welcoming, the room large, clean and comfortable. Our one concern was that our room was off a corridor that, because of the origins of the hotel, was really uneven and pethaps not for those of our age and slight unsteadiness. On mentioning it to the receptionist, she agreed and put a note on our file for our next stay. Our room was on the first floor, the numbering starting with 121.
