- Quach (8/5): Very good - Supportive hoist and very responsive to our request. Location is accessible to Ben Thanh metro and walkable everywhere in district 1. It's near Bui Vien ie beer street which is party every night till 4 am. So it's personal choice. Mattresses are firm.

- Ra (8/5): Good value, large rooms - can be noisy - Our rooms were large, the bed was huge and very comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. We would likely stay again even with the risk of noise from outside. We were on the 4th and 6th floors. Very good value clean accommodation. A little dated, but very clean. The street outside is very busy but one night we heard nothing and the next we heard some noises from outside but nothing too annoying - definitely not as bad as we feared on seeing the street.

- David (5/5): Sleepless night and sore back due to hard mattress .Will not stay again - Location was what I had expected. Easy to find and relatively quiet considering the location. I was aware of the location when I booked the room The bed was like sleeping on a concreter floor. The mattress was so uncomfortably hard I had to create a sleeping space by using pillows

The rooms was simply not what I expected. The first room was poor so I asked for another one which I got it. We had to settle for a place in the noisy street. I was expecting to have a free one day extension or at least 50% discount for the hassle and inconvenience that night. Although they were very nice, we should have been compensated for the terrible experience especially when we were very tired. We are thankfulnfor the free shuttle going to the airport but it was just not enough for the hassle on our first night.
