• Skantz (10/5): Trivdes jätte bra hos er! - Vi trivdes väldigt bra! Ägaren var väldigt trevlig samt personalen! Läget var perfekt. 1 minut till gågatan och några minuter till Diamond beach, men lugnt ifrån trafik. Tack för en fin vistelse!

• david (8/5): - Property in good location between the port and beach so 8 min walk to each, a shower that actually gave out hot water when you needed it which I’ve not had before in ko samed as the few other hotels I’ve stayed at it’s always cold. The terrace was full of cockroaches at night, some as big as your hand. Staff or previous guests had blocked a small water outlet hole where they were coming in from with tissue paper. If you don’t like cockroaches do not stay here as it’s close to fields full of them

The worst bed ever—springy and harder than a rock! It was impossible to sleep for more than an hour straight; it was literally like sleeping on the floor. Your arms and shoulders would go numb from how hard the bed was, and you'd constantly wake up to turn over. The room was full of mosquitoes. When I arrived, I killed about 15 in a short time, and later I killed a few more. At night, they were swarming us with bites; it was insane. I spoke to the owner, and she refused to do anything about it. She just wanted to spray insecticide in the room. She said that wasn't a problem. I told her to buy some mosquito repellent plug-in devices, and she said they didn't have any. As if that wasn't enough, there were three air conditioning fans on the terrace running constantly, making a lot of noise. In short, everything was terrible. The only good thing was the guy who gave us the key and did the cleaning. He was very attentive and friendly, and it wasn't his fault at all.

• Kesiree (5/5): Good value for the price and great location next to the pier and main beach. - Location, value, kitchenette. The bed was uncomfortable and the walls were thin. This would be fine if you have quiet neighbors, but we could clearly hear the couple next door arguing late at night.

Posto abbastanza squallido. Non so come faccia ad essere valutato 8.3. A questo prezzo potete trovare di meglio.

• Daniel (7/5): A nice basic setup in a spacious room - It’s nice with the basic amendments for breakfast and the small table outside. Bed had diamond buttons and the room was spacious. They were a little hard to reach and not that commutative digital. E.g wrote them on WhatsApp but never got an answer. A bit of noise during the night.

• Bas (2/5): We will not book again here - Airconditioning Shower is good temperature We won't come back: Most of the time we didn't get an answer on our questions, only on time we've got an answer. The lady said when we arrived: "you can always write me on what's app", but she didn't react once. We didn't got the studio we booked, but a different one. Much smaller then we booked. (Or they put wrong pictures at the add on booking.) On the pictures the studio seemed MUCH bigger than the one we got. The view and street in front of the studio are very dirty. It's impossible to take a shower without making the bathroom completely wet. So if you want to go to the toilet, you have to wait a few hours or dry the complete toilet. Showerdrain is obstructed by hair (I'm bold, and we found out before my wife took her first shower...) All day constructionwork in the street , so a lot of noise! Not enough toiletpaper The bed is hard as a rock.

Theres a sister property with waterfront access that you can use. Random junk on the street outside. Not scenic.

Staff were friendly and helpful - although there isn't always a member of staff around, they are responsive through WhatsApp or this app. Located on a quiet side street, just a few minutes walk from the pier and main beach, and close to plenty of restaurants and bars

Nice to have access to the private beach at Minnie Sea View: (their other property with a restaurant on the beach with very decent food). They also rent scooters a bit cheaper than other places but they didn’t have any when we wanted it. Very responsive owners who speak English. Nothing.

There were no windows looking outside and there were a lot of mosquitoes in the room. Obviously this is easily rectified with some spray.

Location to beach/restaurants was great while being off of the busy street. It was hard to tell what other accommodations were under the same management in the building. I thought there would be a little sense of community.

• Khalid (9/5): Superb - Beautiful room. comfortable bed. Toilet was spacious and clean. Staff are available over messages on Booking.com and respond quickly enough. Away from the little noise that this peaceful island makes, yet within easy access to everything. I would pick this place again for sure. One point to future travelers: close your entrance gate when you leave your room. The stray dogs like to play with shoes and I lost 1 ( one ) shoe only. I loved this place.

Took a while for drains to drain the water in the shower and sink. Would have been helpful to have knives in the kitchenette.

The owner welcomed us with warmth. We truly feel like home away from home. There was water shortage during our stay, but gratefully the owner handled it well.
