• Filipp (9/5): Great experience of a contemporary apartment with a sea view. - All was fine. Floor-ceiling windows, large balcony adjacent to kidchen and living room, all spaces are large, dishwasher and gas stove - all working. There is one full functional shower in the master bedroom, One in front of the first secondary bedroom and one the third bathroom is rather a restroom as it only has a sink and a Turkish style toilet (in the floor). Funny thing: there is a fire exit from master bedroom shower, right to another staircase.

Прекрасный вид из окна. Есть подземная парковка. Замок в мастер бедрум был немного сломан. Одна подушка была толстовата и тяжеловата.

• Andrei (7/5): - Просторные апартаменты. В целом чистые и опрятные. Расположены на адском холме. Дорога почти вертикальная. Пешком спуститься до магазина и подняться обратно это хорошая кардиотренировка. В целом чисто и опрятно, но есть откровенные косяки - обглоданный комод в ванной, облезлая стиралка и такая же облезлая дверь пожарного выхода скрытая за видавшей виды шторкой. Где то на кухне обитают муравьи. Уронил виноградину и утром офигел от их колличества.

The highlight was definitely the amazing view, which created a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was polite and helpful. However, there were a few small details that could be improved, which is why I rated it 8/10.

• Yousef (8/5): i will sure come again to this hotel if they fixed the water cut off problem. - the view from 9th floor is exceptional. the staff hospitality (khalid and zaid) comfortable beds and Ac everywhere in the apartment amazing well equipped kitchen. i would have give this property 10 but the water kept cutting off in important times. which made us really angry. the balcony’s door is really tricky to close. the master bathroom is not well equipped for bathing ( no glass fens to keep the water away from the rest bathrooms and there is an exit door in the bathing area

• Faisal (7/5): Not as reviews here say! - Good view from the balcony Thanks for the staff Maysara who understood my request in changing the apartment Shocked by the high ratings here on Booking.com ! not realistic at all , definitely not more than 7 ,being a traveller for over ten years. Our apartment had major safety issues 2 of the doors not closing and the guy working there couldn’t help . Then it turned out that the kids room door not closing too and we are at a ground level, I went down to reception and the answer “ you can simply put a cupboard or something to keep it closed “! it’s all about safety not creativity in finding such solutions! The reception staff asked me clearly to rate them 10 ! just for coming to fix the doors ! also apartment is very smelly all time as if all kitchens evacuate in our apartment! toilets not clean and we found 3 cockroaches in bathrooms not to say throughout 11 nights the apartment was cleaned once only . Definitely the property wasn’t the good option

The apartment is neat, clean & well furnished and the kitchen is well equipped with all the amenities. Hospitality of Mr. Muharrem & his staff members is excellent. They went all the way to help & guide us to plan our tour. Overall it was our best stay in Turkey and we look forward to going back and staying at this place again.
