• Omar (9/5): الفندق جيد بشكل عام انصح به لمن يريد ان يكون قريب من المطار - الفندق نظيف ومرتب مستوى الطعام ليس كالعادة . أنا حجزت الفندق لان لديه باص لخدمة النزلاء لكن الفندق ألغى هذه الخدمة وهي ضرورية

• ليلى (10/5): كانت إقامة فريدة مميزة في حياتي - المكان هادئ ورايق وبعيد عن الصخب والازعاج .. الضيافة شئ مميز خاصةً القهوة العربية موجودة في اي وقت .. المواصلات بصراحة ما توقعت .. وقت صلاة الظهر مافيه وحتى العصر يعني الوقت عندكم من الفجر الساعة 4 الى 7 ونص تقريباً ومن العصر 4 الى 8 ونص ما عجبني التوقيت وماكان موضحة الاوقات قبل الحجز

• Mosab (10/5): Excellent. met my expectations - Excellent and welcoming staff. Excellent room. Clean and wonderful vibe. I can't think of anything . It is an airport hotel. So, there are no service near ( no groceries, restaurants, etc.). Shouldn't be an issue if you have a car or you are travelling early morning. However, not ideal if you want to explore and be close to city. Also, I didn't like the music because I associate Madinah with holiness. There was no need for it, really.

A special thank you to Hanan, who was incredibly helpful and kind. She went out of her way to assist us and arranged connecting rooms for our family, which made our stay much more comfortable and stress-free. Her professionalism and genuine care truly made a difference. We would also like to sincerely thank Yasser, the bus driver, who was very respectful, polite, and helpful. His kindness and good manners left a great impression on us. Highly recommended hotel with excellent service and outstanding staff. We would definitely stay here again. Everything was great.

• Amnah (10/5): راحة نفسية & فخامة & جمال & استجمام &هدوء & استكنان - الموقع ، قريب جداً من المطار ..الغرف واسعه الاطلالات جميله موظفين الاستقبال رائعين جداً شباب وبنات روعة المكان ونظافته وفخامته وتعامل الموظفات والموظفين بشكل راقي الاكل مرتب ونظيف القهوة لذيذة جداً اخص بالشكر الاستاذ ياسر الححيلي الحربي والاستاذ المبتسمة سهى او سماهر نسيت اسمها بصراحه اول ماوصلت استقبلتني بشكل جميل وقدمت لي كوب لاستمتع بالقهوة من تعب السفر كان شي لطيف وجميل منها تشكر عليه الله يسعدهم جميعاً عندما عدت من رحلتي الدولية تاريخ 21 نوفمبر انصدمت السعر صار الضعف كنت انوي المكوث ليله ثم الرجوع الى مدينتي الحبيبه جدة انصدمت بالسعر انا كنت موجوده بالفندق تاريخ 114 نوفمبر يوجد فرق كبير بالسعر سوف اكرر التجربة للسكن بالفندق باذن الله تقبلوا تحياتي ،،،
