Only complaint I can say is they were short staffed so the person running the front desk was also doing the side bar as well so we had to wait about 10 minutes before being seen. She acknowledge us so we didn't have a problem but a big concert was in town so you would think there would be two people running the front desk and side bar.

Fatimah (8/5): Hyatt Place provided me a very comfortable room during a stressful visit. - The location was excellent; the room was spacious, quiet and comfortable. The Valet parking attendants were very accommodating, friendly and helpful in subzero weather conditions. The front desk staff was always available to assist anytime of the day or night. I arrived late in the evening and left during the very early hours of the morning and everyone helped me. Housekeeping was asked to assist with an issue in my room in the morning before I left for the day. Upon my late return, I came back to my room that was never cleaned and the requested items were not there. I had to request the towels and bedding and change my own sheets after a long, stressful day. I was disappointed with that service.

Jay (9/5): An excellent choice of hotel for all of our needs. - The hotel was extremely clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location was perfect for our plans, going to dinner and then the Fiserv Forum. The hotel had an excellent breakfast too. We only stayed one night but there was nothing that we didn't like about the hotel and our stay.
Amber (8/5): - Location was beautiful and super clean. Staff was friendly. The location is great, nice neighborhood, easy to walk to other places as needed. Overall, it was a really nice hotel. Breakfast was great but was lacking refills when necessary and the garbages were over flowing. The kitchen fryer was down when we were there, which did not allow us to purchase off the menu as desired. We ended up paying to have food delivered.

Sarah (7/5): The start was fine, but lacked any real reason to warrant a return to this property. - Breakfast was so- so. Not bad, but also not great Food was bland. Not a lot in the way of condiments. Bar is tiny and right near front door that kept opening to the cold. Big lobby seating area so why would you make the bar so small? No one uses the seating area. Need to have a better heating system to keep the cold out of the bar lobby. Also our room was cold and despite seeing the heat at the max allowed near could get comfortable temp. Had to close the curtains as the windows were not insulated well. This finally helped, somewhat, with the room temperature. Also our bathroom water took forever to heat up.

We have stayed there one or more times per year since they opened, often with multiple room reservations. Stay in and stay out, always a consistent experience - clean, comfortable, and attentive service. Propers especially to Anna on the late shift. Kind, cheerful and hard working. Keep on keepin on!!!

J6404GPdeniseg (10/5): Convenient and Comfortable - Comfortable hotel. Walkable to area restaurants. Parking garage down the block if you want to skip the valet. There appeared to be a lot of free parking out on the street as well, but with a snowstorm coming in we did not want to avail of street parking. The front desk staff is very friendly. My room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom shower is large and water pressure great. There are only 6 floors in the hotel, so it doesn't feel like an overwhelmingly big hotel. Breakfast is included and was basic but was fine.

K4755UUshannonp (10/5): The Best Solo Trip - I stayed here in 2019 when I came to Milwaukee to lay my mother to rest and I put this hotel in my phone that if I ever came back this is where I would stay. I have now moved back and needed some me time. Ian, Sara, Melissa, Kevin, Onnah made my me time trip the most enjoyable peaceful time. Was able to connect with them. Great staff and place. And although the Block One Lounge fryer was down during my stay, they were still very helpful to me on making eating decisions. Grateful for their hospitality.

Jessica (4/5): Clean, but unorganized and RUDE - The property was very clean and comfortable. Loved there being a Starbucks on the property. The staff were just rude. When I checked in I asked how to park and they said you have to use for valet parking. I said that’s perfectly fine I just need to know how. The older gentlemen at the counter said “next person”….. I went over the valet and asked them the same question and they were super sweet and helpful. There was a car that had pulled in and didn’t give the valet their keys or anything blocking everyone into the parking lot. It was a mess. I have no idea how the valet guys kept it together. I would have lost it. There was cars everywhere and people still pulling in… it was a MESS. Finally get my car where it needed to go and realized I have no idea how to get to my room… back to the desk. I said the same older gentleman if he could tell me where the elevator was and he wouldn’t answer me. I ended up just walking Around until I could find the elevator. I am not happy with how he made my visit and I wouldn’t recommend anyone to stay there like that. After coming back from dinner there was a group waiting by the elevator complaining how unorganized the whole place was….
