- Abdikadir (10/5): - The location was what I needed the most, closer to most of tourist attractions. I will recommend to anyone to check in and enjoy the Beethoven Premium Hotel.
- Arnaud (6/5): - Central from all attractions in Istanbul (close from T1 Tranway). However, room was very small, not a single TV channel in English. Broken jacuzzy, nobody really cares. Staff correct but their english capabilities weren't memorable.
- Vicentia (6/5): - Location is closed to the metro and tram. Also, most of the attractions are reachable on foot, lots of places to eat and shop. The property needs a make over and staff needs a welcoming attitude ( neutral and disinterested)…

- Douglas (6/5): - Nosy staff, noisy rooms. Breakfast was good, cleaners were great at cleaning and friendly but the office staff was mostly nosy and always up on the business. Residents next to my room screamed on the daily and I told office staff and nothing was done about it. Also rooms are too small for the price paid.

- Vicentia (8/5): - Well positioned location ( easy access to tram and metro, also to historical sites); clean and with very decent amenities; breakfast offered different options. The downside of the property is in a noisy area( music is played very loud on the nearby terraces; construction work taken place during late evenings and nights, traffic during the day , but very disturbing suppliers during night). Expected some degree of soundproofing, but totally nonexistent!

- A.J. (2/5): - *** READ FIRST*** I’m not the type of people who review things generally speaking. I had to review this hotel and hopefully do favor for someone in future. My experience started with poor customer service when I requested to change my room right after I got checked in due to dirty carpet, dirty curtains, AC out of order due to lack of maintenance! You can imagine staying without AC!! Will NEVER book this hotel again! They advertise free shuttle from airport which is another joke! Was overcharged for candy that was brought by my nephew! When my family came to visit with me ....Seriously! Lastly, they brought security trying to force my brother in law to leave since there was no room to sit in the lobby!!! The gentleman came to give me ride back to the airport and say goodbye. Not sure if anyone would like to experience this BS. I sincerely hope this review will help someone to choose different hotel and enjoy better stay.

Cependant le personnel au spa et à l’accueil et au restaurant sont sympathique ! Petit bémol pour le piscine et le jacuzzi froid ..
