SERGEI (10/5): - Супер отель!!! Останавливаемся в Bien Hotel второй год подряд. В отеле добавили услугу бесплатный трансфер из аэропорта. Нас забрали на комфортном автомобиле с приятным водителем. Администраторы, повара и работники клининга вежливые и доброжелательные. Учли наши пожелания о номере с балконом, откуда открывается прекрасный вид на гору Арарат. Остальное всё на таком же высоком уровне как и в прошлом году. Сытные и вкусные завтраки. Номера в идеальной чистоте, ежедневная уборка и замена всех ванных принадлежностей, а также воды, чая, кофе. Бассейн всегда чистый, с комфортной температурой воды. В пяти минутах ходьбы находится торговый центр Далма, его даже видно из номера. Это очень удобно. Помимо брендовых магазинов там есть большой супермаркет и обменные валютные пункты. Расположение отеля хорошее, в тихом районе и одновременно недалеко от центра. Приезжая в Армению однозначно будем останавливаться в Bien Hotel. Рекомендую всем!

Natalia (7/5): - Второй раз останавливались в этом отеле. Выбрали его именно потому, что осталось хорошее впечатление. Но в этот раз он меня не впечатлил, в номере было достаточно прохладно, а из душевой-туалета веял неприятный запах. Про завтрак ничего не могу сказать, так как выезжали рано и не успели. В остальном все хорошо.

Evgeny (10/5): - Очень чистый номер и чистый отель, хороший персонал, очень вкусные и всегда разные блюда на завтраке. Каждый день нам варили вкусный кофе. Удобное расположение. Ходили пешком в центр и нам это очень понравилось. Рядом торговый центр в котором очень много разных марок и хороший фуд корт. Хороший супермаркет рядом. Прилетали ещё в мае сюда и купались в бассейне на улице. Сейчас конечно для купания уже прохладно. Очень рекомендуем этот отель для проживания!

The generous layout provided plenty of room to unwind, and the cleanliness added to the overall sense of calm and quality. The breakfast was satisfactory, offering the basics without any standout features. While it was enough to start the day, the selection was limited and lacked variety or any special touches. Overall, it was a decent experience, but not particularly memorable or impressive.

בגניה (4/5): - מיקום טוב, לובי יפה , חדר יפה . המעלית מתחמם כמו בסאונה , החדר עם מזגן שלא פעל. סבלתי יום שלם עד שניקו אותו למחרת . הניקיון חדר היה ב 17-00 בערב, הייתי בלי מגבות ונייר טואלט עד הערב. חלונות גדולים ואי אפשר לפתוח אותם כאשר יש רוח.

Tabatadze (5/5): This experience is completely unacceptable for the level of service we expected. - It’s difficult to remember something good about the property. It was not cleaned enough. The toilet and bathroom were only superficially cleaned. The biggest disappointment was the pool, which was the main reason we chose this hotel — it was extremely dirty. For two days we kept asking for it to be cleaned, but we were falsely told that it was being taken care of. In reality, the water had already turned green and the filters were never switched on. The breakfast also was very poor.

Чистота везде - в номере, на завтраке, у бассейна. 4. Очень вкусные завтраки. Как только что-то заканчивалось, сразу приносили еще. 5. Находится рядом с ТЦ. 1. Слышимость. К сожалению, было слышно соседей, но на общем впечатлении это не отразилось.

Виктория (8/5): В целом не плохо, но второй раз выберу другой отель. - Уютный отель, с бассейном, рядом тортовый центр с продуктовым магазином. 10 минут от центра города на машине. Завтраки за такую цену норм, не супер вау, но на пару часов наесться можно. В номере плохо убирались, вода шла кипятком, холодная она была либо утром, либо в обед, в остальное время идет жуткий кипяток, пот том что за окном 37 градусов жары.
Arock.8 (6/5): Pleasant - The hotel was relatively good. It had a nice and diverse breakfast. The pool wasn't clean and the water was not purified. During our stay, it didn't get cleaned, and despite its tools, there were a number of mosquitoes and bees on the surface every day that were annoying. Given the small size of the pool, different people came in from outside. The shower wasn't healthy. Water was cut off during the bath and there were no cold water in the toilet for two days, only hot water and it didn't work out despite follow-up of night shift admission. The sheets and bed were not clean, there was dirty stains. It was the cheapest, low-quality shampoo and brush.

Ong (7/5): Extended or stay but they downgraded our room to the worst room - Has free parking and closed to a mall This booking is an extension of our stay but we could not get the same room which is ok. This 2nd booking is supposed to be on 2nd floor but they put us in the worst room on ground floor which every guest will have to pass by to get to the lift and the room is not sound proof! Also our door faces the dining hall directly! For whatever reason, staff wasn't friendly and helpful on this extended stay. Wouldn't stay here again

Robert (7/5): Nice, friendly hotel not too far from city. - Very friendly and helpful staff. Spacious room with plenty of storage. Good size bathroom. Safe water with good pressure. Provided toiletries. Short walk to new shopping mall. Location. Developing area looks like a construction zone aide and a rubbish dump the other. Small safe didn’t work with code so needed key. Bedding not changed when requested.

Johann (10/5): It was splendid! - The hotel is immaculately clean. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds and a cozy sofa for a perfect rest. If you want peace and quiet, this is the right place to be. The staff as well is welcoming and accommodating. My sister and I would have extended our stay if we had the chance. We will definitely stay in this hotel for our next visit..Thank you, Bien Hotel! Hopefully, bidets will be installed in the future and if you can also include sunny side up egg and sausages on the breakfast menu (just a suggestion) :D. The wifi’s signal though is not that strong, maybe because we stayed on the 4th floor.

Denis (9/5): My favorite hotel in Yerevan so far - Great staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Very good breakfast. Large rooms with heat/cool AC. Good WiFi internet. Big mall in 5 min walk time. Quiet nights. No problems with the parking space. Not the fault of the owners, but the hotel is placed in front of a huge construction dump. It will be clean eventually I suppose, when the construction is over, but for now it is how it is.

Anonymous (10/5): Fantastic - It was quite near to centre very close to american mbc as i came with my mom for her visa, she got her visa and very happy to stay in your hotel ,our room was booked in till 19 but i did need to stay one more day ,as all the staff was really kind and friendly my especial thanks to mery the manager of hotel she kindly prepare another room for us to i dont feel embraced next to my mom This trip was so special for me cos i havent seen my mom more than 8 years and we had a great time together even we had some fight (mother and daughter;) i really recommend this hotel I wish i did know how go swim ;)

Hosseini (8/5): Very good - The room was really spacious and comfortable which is very rare to find in Yerevan. Fine and private atmosphere. The shower and its cabin need renovation. It is distanced from the city center but still a good location. Near Dalma garden mall, though the neighborhood is under construction and the road is unpaved yet so you have to walk on the dirt road beside garbage to get to the mall. The breakfast was ordinary but fine. All in all worth the price
