• Iratxe (7/5): Apartamento con encanto - La situación es perfecta para moverte unos días por Londres. Tienes a 5 minutos estación de tren, bus y metro. Es verdad que el apartamento no está muy cuidado (estuvimos en el de la primera planta), pero tiene el encanto de las viviendas inglesas, techos altos ventanas típicas, etc...En general la estancia ha sido bastante cómoda. Había pelusas por el suelo. Encontramos unos alfileres en la funda que tiene el sofá. Hubiéramos agradecido unas instrucciones para utilizar la caldera, tanto para bajar la temperatura de los radiadores (al llegar por la noche el calor era sofocante) como para hacer que el agua salga caliente.

Le propriétaire a été réactif et bienveillant à nos demandes. Souplesse pour l'heure de notre départ sachant que notre horaire de retour a été retardé , merci beaucoup. L'appartement serait à améliorer, manque quelques ustensiles de cuisine mais ce n'est qu'un détail. Merci encore pour votre hospitalité.

• Sofia (1/5): Horrible - We were there for an hour and we left. There was mold on the walls and the cutlery was so dirty. The pictures are zoomed in so you cant see the dirty parts. The room was okay but did not look like the picture. I wrote the place and they told me we could get a refund as soon as possible so we could find another accommodation. I said I would like that and thanked him. Now a week later he has stopped replying to me and I still haven’t gotten my refund that I was promised. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The building itself was also really sketchy and did not look like a place you would want to enter let alone live in. Very bad experience:(

• Charuwan (4/5): No need to proof, not worth to try . Not worthy to pay. - Washer, stove ,kitchenette Most of them are disappointing for stay. Cleanliness, safety, security,lack of things that help you have good quality of life. Windows are unlock able. Room is on under roof top floor without lift . Access door are only digital lock without double lock that’s not safe to stay. No cleaning service during 2weeks long(£40 fee charge if required). Heating in bedrooms is not work. Dust and dirt all over the floor. Boiler at shower is uncontrollable temperature. Only 2-3small shower gel and shampoo bottles are provided . The worst experience ever we have in my life for travel accommodation. Contact the owner by booking message is really difficult to get.
• Jennifer (4/5): It was an unpleasant experience and I didn’t feel comfortable and safe. - I did not like anything about the property. Disappointing. I did not feel safe. Additionally, there were bags of rubbish at the entrance lobby which is the first thing we experienced the moment we entered into the property. Not a good first impression. I was disappointed …. The entire place needs renovated and refurbished. Heating was not working in the bedroom, no wardrobe to hang clothes and store anything, no sockets by the bedsides, no bedside tables. The living room and kitchen needs an upgrade. The tap in the kitchen sink was leaking the whole time.

• Danielle (2/5): Beware!! Dirty and decrepit - This place is a dump. It felt dirty and decrepit. The main bed was fine, but the sofa bed was completely broken. They gave us dirty mattresses instead. The shower constantly clogged. There were stains on the walls and the carpet was filthy and falling apart. There were broken tiles in the kitchen and the button for the Fletcher of the toilet is missing.

• Anna (3/5): Potenzialità sprecate - La gentilezza e l'aiuto di Agmad, che ha cercato di risolvere alcuni problemi nell'appartamento. E anche il quartiere mi è piaciuto molto, vicinissimo alla metro King's Cross Purtroppo il primo appartamento che ci era stato assegnato aveva grossi problemi di muffa nel muro. Il secondo appartamento andava molto meglio, ma nella doccia non andava l'acqua calda.
• Casey (2/5): - Very dissapointed with this stay. It is in a great location and would be ideal but we had no hot water, and nearly none of the outlets worked. This meant no WiFi, we had to take turns charging phones, the microwave and toaster didn’t work. But really the lack of hot showers was miserable. The water was so cold it was uncomfortable.
• Shelley R. (4/5): Old and rough but it worked - The place had everything I needed...but it was old. Musty smelling in the kitchen, shower drained slowly. Tiles falling off the wall. Okd frayed dirty carpets in the hall. The owner tried to be accommodate with more towels and dish towels. He was attentive...but the apaneeds some TLC! The price and location are great. The stove worked, hot water was good, fridge and washing machine! No dryer. It isa 2.5 at best
• Jeniffa (5/5): The owner was very helpful and we did enjoy our stay there - The property was close and in walking distance to the train station & underground. There is a co op close by and some lovely restaurants and pubs. Owner was very helpful when we needed him. The walls and doors in the apartment were dirty and could have done with a good clean. The windows didn’t lock and you heard all the traffic from the outside. Some of the rooms didn’t look as nice as what they did in the photos ( bedroom and bathroom). Front door was a bit tricky to open from the inside as there was no handle. There was meant to be a sofa bed in the living room but it was just a sofa. The owner did apologise for this on the phone and we still used it as a bed.

• Claire (4/5): Cheap accommodation so I expected compromises but this was probably too much of a compromise. The property needs money s - Location was convenient. Host was easy to contact. Entrance hall was filthy. Heating did not work in the bedroom. Shower fixture broken. Hot water only lasted about a minute then it was lukewarm to cold. Strange smell in apartment. Sofa bed not clean. No noise insulation so other noises from other tenants disturbed us.
• Andrew (4/5): Do not stay - Apartment was completely falling apart, tiles falling off the walls, stains on the walls, all fixings damaged and badly presented. Also the shower didn't work at all and no toilet paper provided. I wouldn't wish the place on my worst enemy.
• Heather (1/5): Felt unsafe - I did not stay here. The doors looked as if they had been kicked in and it felt totally unsafe as it felt like there was no way of properly securing the doors. Furthermore one of the windows would not shut. I therefore found alternative accommodation and left to prioritise my safety.

• Bella (5/5): Wouldn’t stay again. - Host is responsive and friendly. Lots of towels provided. I would not stay again. Both entrance locks are not safe and secure. Water pressure awful absolutely awful barely any hot water. Dated decor and just generally not the cleanest.

• Lilach (8/5): Very good - Location! 9 minutes walk to the railway and subway central station. Nice kitchen. The stuff helped in what ever was needed and quickly. The 3 narrow stair cases. The entrance is dirty and crowded with junk. Slow water in the bathroom.

The windows were dirty. They were single glazing and did not block out the noise from the street. The building and the apartment looks like it needs a deep clean. The furniture was dirty. The bathroom could do with a renovation. There was lots of mail left in the ground floor entrance corridor and things left lying around there and on the landing by the entrance.

• Marion (10/5): Exceptional - I liked the very clean place, and it is situated close to Kings Cross Station, where you find many tubes. It did not matter to me, but it is a busy road with much traffic.
• Yvonne (5/5): Very disappointed - Close to Kings Cross station. A separate bedroom to lounge/kitchen area The host needs to put some serious work into the entrance, entrance hall, and stairways. All were dirty untidy and off-putting. Eg grimy banister rails, skirting boards thick with dirt. Apartment clean in some places but dusty under bed, several slats on slat bed missing, bedding for couch in lounge looked stained and unclean. Pillows were cheap. We stayed over a week but only given 1 towel each in that time. No bath mat, no bathroom hand towel, no tea towels. No soap or handwash for bathroom. Cooking - facilities could be improved. Eg we didn't find an oven tray or an oven mit.

Don’t let the entrance put you off - Close to Kings Cross station with easy access to good pubs, cafes and good coffee shops Front access and entrance doesn’t portray what the apartment is really like with boxes of old letters in entrance and old carpet.
• Verified traveler (6/5): - The location is convenient and I loved how straightforward it was to get in. Just using door codes etc. But that was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. And the whole place felt very dirty and uncared for. I think they greatly improve the property by make some small improvements to the furniture, bed & overall vibe.

• Pauline (6/5): Good Apartment for a short Sightseeing Trip - The apartment was nice located close to Kings Cross. Its pretty easy to go for a Sightseeing Trip from there. All over a nice apartment, but it needs some more maintenance. The apartment needs a deep clean and some new furniture. The sleeping sofa could not longer be used for sleeping or sitting and the shower mixer should probably be replaced.

• Verified traveler (4/5): - Es ist unpersönlich, da alles über SMS oder Email läuft.Wir haben den Vermieter nicht zu Gesicht bekommen. Er war im Kontakt allerdings sehr zuvorkommend. In der Whg gab es eklatante Missstände. Beide Betten waren kaputt, bei dem Schlafsofa ließ sich der herausziehbare Teil nicht fixieren, da die Führung kaputt war, bei dem Doppelbett war das Lattenrost und das Metallbettgestell kaputt, es war schon notdürftig repariert, aber nicht zu benutzen. Wir haben auf dem Boden in der ersten Nacht geschlafen.Wir haben den Vermieter sofort kontaktiert, allerdings konnte erst am nächsten Tag jemans kommen. Es war dann im Wohnzimmer ok, doch am nächten Moren war das Probelem wieder da, denn es ließ sich nicht zurückschieben, fiel ais der Führung und das Probelm war das gleiche. Das Doppelbett war auch nur etwas besser, aber nicht dazu geeignet eine ruhige Nacht daruf zu verbringen, denn die Metallfüße standen nicht am Boden und es schaukelte wie ein Ozeandampfer.Wir haben dann die Matratze wieder an den boden gelegt und im Wohnzimmer schlie ja nur einer und der hat den schmalen Teil benutzt. Ich hatte das auch dem Vermieter mitgeteilt, dass ich keine Lust mehr auf weitere "schlechte" Reperaturen habe. Er hat sich entschuldigt und mir für meinen Aufenthalt beim nächsten Mal einen Discount versprochen. Das wird sicherlich keine Option,.Außerdem gab es keinerlei Infos zur Wohnung(Heizung.... Dusche schimmlig, es gab keine Wassergläser, kein Geschirrhandtuch,Küchenaussattung minderwertig...
• Verified traveler (6/5): - Convenient for my work, the flat was smaller than expected but there were a few nice touches like bathroom shampoos/bath towels nicely presented. Heating wasnt working properly but owner sent plumber fairly rapidly. Large TV, could have done with some tea bags/sugar as the flat did come with milk and a kettle, so couldn't make tea. 3rd bed was not made up on arrival despite booking for 3 adults. Had to contact owner to find out about bedding. Toilet seat loose and shower didnt drain properly, but overall we were only there for a few hours so it didn't bother me too much. Owner very helpful though.
