Consigliata per chi vuole visitare Matera senza lo stress dell'auto. Gentilissima e accogliente la padrona di casa. Mobilio un pò datato ma con tutto il necessario.

• Bruno (9/5): - Appartamento grande con locali molto spaziosi e dotato del necessario per il soggiorno. La sua posizione strategica permette di visitare il centro di Matera comodamente a piedi. La padrona di casa è stata molto gentile, disponibile e preparata nel darci delle "dritte" per visitare la città e i ristoranti. In conclusione un ottima esperienza, grazie.
• Francesca (10/5): - La proprietaria è stata una persona molto disponibile, la casa è dotata di tutto ciò che serve per venire incontro alle esigenze di chi pernotta.La casa è molto grande e comoda può ospitare più famiglie. La cucina è completa di tutto dalle stoviglie al caffè in modo da poterlo prendere comodamente a casa senza dover uscire.Anche se lontana 10 minuti dal centro,i mezzi di trasporto si prendono comodamente sotto casa e passano ogni quindici minuti senza dover prendere la macchina.Due posti auto comodi e riservati agli ospiti dell'appartamento.I bagni sono modesti ,piccoli ma comodi e soprattutto funzionanti Solo alcuni letti scomodi,ma per 1-2 notti vanno bene

Esperienza eccellente! La casa è spaziosa, pulita, ben arredata e dotata di ogni comfort: camere comode, cucina attrezzata, soggiorno accogliente e due bagni funzionali. Il giardino è perfetto per rilassarsi e il parcheggio interno è un valore aggiunto. La posizione è comoda e tranquilla, ideale per visitare Matera e dintorni. Accoglienza impeccabile: la signora Monika è stata gentile e disponibile, sempre pronta a fornire indicazioni utili. Consigliatissima sia per famiglie che per gruppi di amici. Torneremo sicuramente! --

• DAVIDE (10/5): Appemartamento molto grande anche per più famiglie in ottima posizione - Eravamo due famiglie con cane, appartamento molto grande , tante camere e letti da scegliere , fresco e pulito, parcheggio privato e posizione comoda per raggiungere il centro storico , cordialità e discrezione dei padroni di casa Niente da segnalare
• Laura (7/5): Welcoming and attentive host, The kitchen needs organization, and a washing machine would help. - The house was big and comfortable. The host was welcoming and helpful with information. It was in a convenient location, not far from parking lots to visit the town center. We were given a map with many helpful suggestions. The kitchen was not convenient. It did not have a toaster or other basic kitchen supplies. There was this big machine in the kitchen that I assumed was once a vending machine, that only took up place. Many plates were chipped, and everything was piled one on top of the other with the pot lids hidden in the oven. If that machine were removed and an addition counter-storage space put, the kitchen could be organized to be more functional. The only complaint, which I did not notice before booking, was that there is no washing machine. We were travelling with 2 young children (3 and 1) and that was a very inconvenient! We have to go to a self serve laundry, while the kids napped. We stayed at 3 other places during our 3 week vacation, and this was the only one without.

• Mike (7/5): large premise - good location, 15 min walk to centre. Secure reserved parking space in gated area. large, 4 bedroom house. Facilities need some maintenance. no spare power point in kitchen for kettle.
• Erika (9/5): Superb - A lot of space, parking available, apartament is fully equipped, further from the old town and therefore quiet. The host was extremely friendly, offered good advice of where to go. Noisy vending machine in the kitchen.
