• David (3/5): - La ubicación es ideal para el sector de Chapinero y alrededores con una tarifa mas baja. El hotel claramente era un motel (con la connotación que en Colombia esto significa) y aún presta servicio de esta manera, lo cual no es anunciado y genera una experiencia poco grata en el alojamiento. Adicionalmente el agua caliente no funcionaba, lo cual para una ciudad como Bogotá es fundamental.

• Donado Suarez (6/5): Recomendado en la relación calidad-precio - La limpieza del lugar, la atención del personal fueron agradables, me parece que en relación calidad precio fue una buena experiencia. La comodidad de la cama de la habitación, no era mala pero puede mejorarse el confort para un mejor descanso.

• Carlos (9/5): Fue una gran experiencia para hacer los planes en Chapinero. - Me gustó la cercanía a las actividades que debía desarrollar, además el ambiente del hotel fue bastante familiar. El parqueadero fue adecuado. Tal vez no me gustó que esté debajo de la Caracas, pero esas son cosas que no tienen nada que ver con el hotel. Están en reparaciones y obra del metro, por lo que el entorno se ve un poco desordenado. Pero el hotel anda súper.

• John (9/5): Perfect Hotel for our stay - Secure onsite parking for our adventure bikes was a priority, and very easy to access. Reception was very helpful and rooms excellent. No elevator to upper floors

• Adam (8/5): Great option motel-style stay if looking for value. - Good budget option. Great warm, high pressure showers. Clean facilities. Expect a motel-like feel to it. You can buy drinks and basics at reception, so you don't have to go out at night. Neighborhood is not the best. Was travelling alone and got a little bit haggled (more than other areas during my month trip) when going out in the evening. But for the price, I really can't complain. You are adjacent to the nicer area of Chaperino.
• davidarthurk2022 (2/5): Awful - Among the worst experiences regarding the staff of the hotel, the service is terrible in every sense, the receptionist is just an awful and careless person who doesn’t give a damn about you as a guest, Someone can organise a party or speak out loud overnight and she would do nothing about it. The rooms aren’t bad, However the noise is very annoying, and you can hear people on the hallways, other rooms and from the outside so expect your rest being interrupted several times overnight. You also need to carry your own products like soap and shampoo. If you take a room in a lower floor, you probably could hear the noise and loud talks on the reception. And as I said, the receptionist is a disrespectful and careless person
• MichaelALWinterdaal (10/5): Excellent Budget Hotel - It a very nice hotel. Bed are a bit hard tough and staff is very trustworthy. They will clean your room and leave everything where it is even money!!!! i would deffinetly go back to this hotel since its inexpensive and you are very close to a "TransMilenio " station (Flores). I had no breakfast offered but they do they water, and other drinks to room service.
