- Giulia (10/5): Alloggio davvero super confy e accogliente! - Il personale è stato davvero gentilissimo e ci ha accolto calorosamente dopo una giornata stancante, consigliandoci anche alcuni posti dove andare a mangiare. Ci siamo sentite subito a nostro agio, quasi come a casa. L’atmosfera dell’hotel era tranquilla e molto piacevole. La camera era pulita, curata, moderna e molto confortevole, perfetta per rilassarsi dopo una giornata fuori. Ogni giorno la stanza veniva riordinata con attenzione: rifacevano i letti, sostituivano tutto ciò che avevamo consumato e lasciavano sempre una bottiglietta d’acqua. Nota super apprezzata, soprattutto per gli italiani: in camera c’era anche una macchinetta Nespresso con diverse cialde disponibili. Anche se la colazione non era inclusa, ogni mattina lasciavano una brioche a persona vicino all’ascensore, chiusa in un sacchettino per ogni camera: un piccolo gesto davvero carino e gradito. Ci tornerei sicuramente! Non c’è stato nulla che non ci sia piaciuto.

Room seemed generous in size. Staff at reception all pleasant and helpful over the 4-5 days I was there I can’t fault it - my room was a mattress on the floor which I enjoyed however I’ve got friends who if they stayed would struggle to get in and out of bed easily.

Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam, de kamer was schoon en comfortabel, en de sfeer was erg prettig. De locatie van het hotel was perfect, 3 minuten lopen naar Nishiki markt. De winkels en metro ook in de buurt, kortom centraal gelegen. Ik zou dit hotel zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

L'accueil est sympathique et s'accorde à l'atmosphère de ce petit l'hôtel très zen. La chambre standard était très bien équipée, ce qui compense l'absence de petit déjeuner. Tout était très bien, mais le cours du m2 japonais doit suivre celui du Yen, car les 20 m2 indiqués sur le site de booking nous ont plutôt paru 15 ;-).

The room is in a traditional style, cleaned every day, all the amenities are present, tea, coffee, and fresh croissants are free every day. Near the hotel there is a samurai ninja museum, a market, and restaurants. By taxi, which you can order at the hotel, you can get to the Gion area, Kiyomizu-dera Temple, and Kyoto Station inexpensively. Everything was great! Thank you very much!

- Frank (10/5): Perfektes Hotel in Kyoto - Alles war fantastisch! Wirklich ein super Hotel mit freundlichem Personal, super sauberen Zimmern, ein mega bequemes und riesiges Bett, jeden Tag frische Croissants, Wasser und Kaffee auf dem Zimmer. Und das Zimmer war perfekt ausgestattet mit einer kleinen Küchenecke mit Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle und Bügeleisen. Die kleine Sitzecke und der Schreibtisch machen das Zimmer komplett. Es ist einfach alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist genial mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen oder Kaffee trinken direkt um die Ecke. Dabei war es im Hotel (sogar auf der Strassenseite) sehr ruhig. Wir würden sofort wieder im Miru Kyoto Nishiki übernachten. Einfach perfekt! Es war schade, dass wir unsere Fahrräder nicht vor dem Hotel über Nacht parken konnten. Das wäre noch ganz nett gewesen.

- Briahna (9/5): Lovely stay in Kyoto - • The room was really lovely, with lots of ambient lighting and a comfy bed • Smart TV with streaming services, including Disney+ which wasn’t common for other hotels I stayed at during my trip • It was nice to have a washer and dryer in the hotel, that could be used at no extra charge • The lady at the check-in desk was super friendly and allowed me to check in an hour earlier with no issues • Daily croissants was a nice touch! • Relatively close to the heart of Kyoto by foot if you’re up for a nice walk • Personal preference, but I didn’t like not having a separate shower (it was only a shower/bath combo with a curtain)

- Lynn (9/5): Beautiful room and a very warm welcome - Lovely friendly staff, beautiful and spacious room, and so clean! In a quiet street but close to Nishiki Market. Loved this hotel. I was in a room near reception and it could be a bit noisy until 11pm, usually nothing big just staff members chatting and the noise carried. They did quiet down after that but wasn't easy to get an early night. Its a very small thing but something to go with the complimentary croissants (e.g. butter) would be great :)

- Mojca (10/5): Izjemno lepo bivanje na Japonskem. - Izjemno prijeten hotel, osebje, ki z dušo in srcem živi za vse, super lokacija ter čudovita soba s tatamijem. V sobi je vsa oprema, notri so stvari, ki jih v drugih hotelskih sobah ni in tako naredijo bivanje še bolj domače. Vsako jutro pa te pred sobo čakata še dva super rogljička, ki naredita dan še lepši. - Hung Kun (10/5): 真是太棒了 - 服務人員非常親切，就算語言不通也竭盡所能提供一切服務。 地點很好，靠近四條烏丸、錦市場、新京極，想逛街不怕沒地方！ 旁邊的「山とみ」關東煮餐廳，非常好吃，清酒好喝！ 酒店早上提供的可頌麵包，太香了，讓一整天的旅程有愉悅的開始！ 最不滿意的地方，就是太舒服卻沒辦法一直住下去，實在太可惡了！

The room was a good size, but it was expensive for what I got. The bathroom felt very cheap, all plastic that creaked and wobbled as you entered. The bathroom door being incredibly flimsy.

- Olga (9/5): - прекрасный отель в чудесном районе Киото. все очень понравилось. в отеле нет завтраков, но приносят круассаны рано утром и есть кофе-машина в номере. номер сам чистый и светлый. для завтраков/обедов/ужинов у отеля есть подборки ресторанчиков, но в целом район рядом богат и на магазины и на рестораны, голодным не останешься даже в 10 вечера (буквально в 5 минутах ходьбы от отеля знаменитый рынок Нишики и улица Сидзё, до Гиона 10..15 минут пешком или на автобусе можно доехать). нет такого
- Audrey (10/5): Overall I enjoyed my stay in Miru. The Pros outweigh the Coms. - The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Hotel provide free laundry. Room size was just nice for 2 paxs and clean. Nespresso coffee provided in the room. TV allow guests to sign in to a few Apps like Spotify, NetFlix, Amazon Prime, etc. Ideal for foreigners who don’t have to be stuck with Local Japanese network. Nikishi Market was less than 5mins walk from the hotel. Daimaru shopping Mall was about 5 to 8mims away. Lawson convenient store just 2mins walk. Surprisingly there is no telephone in the guest room

- Alan (10/5): Would definitely recommend, and we will try to stay here when in Kyoto in the future. - Location was excellent being so close to Nishiki markets and the main retail strip. Great coffee places nearby also. The room was clean and cleverly designed to include a sofa and a desk and a large bed. Ability to use laundry also very useful, and free! Hair dryer was a bit small and lacked power.
