- Verified traveler (6/5): - I like the pool, the staff were very nice and approachable , the room were cute but there were cockroach in the room and crawling beside the pool, cigarettes in the pool, and the WiFi is weak.

- NancyJ (10/5): - The first thing that caught my eye was the wall covering of the ocean water. It made the room feel relaxing and inviting. I loved the beddings, and the toiletries. And also, the refreshments that were complimentary with our stay. The only drawback we saw was the mattress sunk in the middle so, it was difficult to sleep. And, the front desk kept our I.D.’s which we did not feel comfortable about.

- joey marie (8/5): responsive to concerns - great.... we were provided with everything we need. however the bathroom had a problem with drainage for two days but when we reported it, it was addressed right away. we had one less towel both hand and bath although we informed them there were three of us. initially we were told they only provide for two to our disappointment but they rectified it the next day and sent an extra one. overall, it was great to have picked maxstay. thanks
