Żadnych nie potrzebnych wiadomości, tylko jedna wiadomość gdzie się mamy udać i wszystko na nas czekało. Żadnych dopłat, żadnych złych emocji, sam profesjonalizm. Dziękuję i od tej strony śmiało polecam (gość nie zostaje pozostawiony) - personel bardzo odpowiedzialny. 😄😄💪💪🤘

• Marine (4/5): - L'emplacement est parfait, loin du tumulte du centre mais très proche à la fois pour se permettre de faire une pause. Le personnel est très professionnel et serviable. Le goûté avec les petites gaufres est un plus aussi. L'état de la chambre est déplorable. Un canapé lit abîmé++, une tête de lit où des éléments ont été enlevés mais les trous sont encore visibles. Des câbles de la télé et du radiateur pas rangé, pas de table de nuit à côté du lit. La salle de bain rien pour poser les affaires et les serviettes de bain ne sont pas du tout qualitatives abîmées...

• Amy (10/5): Great, central, amazing staff - Friendly staff, very accommodating! Waffles in the evening were a huge perk in the price. I was checking out at 5am and they arranged a breakfast to go for me. No lift, wasn’t an issue for myself but I’m aware some people may need it.

We appreciated being able to keep our bags at the hotel after we checked out and until we left Bergen. No elevator to get us to the third floor primarily due to the fact that the building was 200 years old.

• Jennie (9/5): Great value independent stay in Bergen - Beautiful building in a great neighbourhood with easy access to everything and lovely views. Nice small boutique hotel. Bed was super comfy and everything in the bathroom worked well. Breakfast was delicious and the breakfast room was a nice feel. The staff were great too. The room was a little on the small side so lacked space to store our luggage and no bedside tables. There was space around the edges of the blinds which let light in super early, but I should have realised how early the sun rose and brought an eye mask!

• Gill (9/5): Lovely Hotel, extremely helpful staff & comfy bed, can’t ask for much more! - Lovely Hotel, extremely helpful staff & comfy bed, can’t ask for much more! Whilst the hotel was up a hill it was in a fabulous residential neighbourhood with easy to access the wharf where the ferries left from, which also gave great views across to Bryggen. The centre of Bergen is quite compact so it is also easy to walk to the Funicular and Bryggen itself plus many of the other tourist attractions. Breakfast was very good with something for everyone within their fresh local produce and homemade jams/breads. Complimentary Waffles/jam & a hot drink are offered from 5pm to 8pm, such a nice touch. For 75nok (£6) pp they will give you wax paper with a plastic bag for you to make up a lunch pack, a great idea (and a bargain given Norwegian prices). Clothes Storage in the room is minimal so we did not unpack suitcases and instead hung items out the night before. No bedside table/shelf so nowhere to put books etc, we moved the desk chair next to the bed.

• Lorna (10/5): Enjoyed our stay - This is a warm, friendly hotel in a lovely location close to, but just on the edge of the city centre. Yes - there are sloping ceilings on the top floor but these are part of the charm. Our room was bright with plenty of room. Breakfasts were very good with a wide range of choices which were replenished quickly. Staff were helpful and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay very much. This didn't bother us but I note from some reviews that people with mobility issues struggled with the stairs and the walk from town.

• Lynda (8/5): Positive experience - Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast good. Room was a bit basic but adequate, quiet and clean. And good value. If it was a double, it would have been a bit cosy but as a single, it was fine. I liked the location because it is in a very picuresque part of Bergen, a litte way from the hub of the Bryggen, but still walkable for everything you need. You should know it is up a pretty steep hill and the hotel does not have a lift. Staff kindly helped with my luggage. I had not been told in advance that the hotel was shutting down completely for Easter on the Wednesday before, so I was unable to store my luggage there on Wednesday when I had an evening flight. If you are planning to stay near a public holiday, best to check how long the hotel will be open.

• Adam (7/5): Convenient budget hotel in a beautiful central area of Bergen - - very convenient location - staff was friendly - we were even able to check-in almost 3 hours earlier - beautiful view from the window - tasty breakfast with decent selection, however if you don’t come early, they may run out of things quickly - the room definitely could have been cleaner (the armchair was dirty, we even found stuff probably of previous guests under the bed) - the walls are not soundproof at all, so if you are a light sleeper, you can easily get woken up by people walking on the corridor / talking or coughing in other rooms
