All the services were very easy to order and it was really easy to talk and connect with our host Emma. The villa was really well maintained and it's not easy in this ruthless climate. The premises were clean and comfortable. Villa is located in a quiet area and quite close to the more lively area, but I would recommend to rent a car or a scooter, altough taxies are also easy to use. We enjoyed our time there and recommend to others!

Oczywiście mieliśmy informację o tym że oplata zostanie naliczona i pobrana z wskazaniem ceny z kW, jednak na pytanie ile wynosi średnie zużycie nie otrzymałem odpowiedzi. Za tygodniowe zużycie prądu zaplacilismy ok. 330-340 zł. Czy to duża dopłata ? Napewno nie biorąc pod uwagę cenę obiektu, lecz wiekszosc czasu przebywalismy poza obiektem zwiedzajac wyspę.

• ESTHER (8/5): Luces y sombras - La casa es muy bonita y amplia, tal y como se ve en las fotos. Hay que tener en cuenta que la villa está apartada, por lo que gastarás entre 10 y 12€ cada vez que cojas un taxi para ir y volver a cualquier sitio. Te cobran la luz, que bien podrían cobrar 10€ más por noche y evitar el tema. Si vuelves a casa, tienes que estar guardando baths( sin saber cuantos) para pagar la dichosa luz. Tuvimos que pagar 1200 baths por 6 noches, controlando más la luz que en casa. Dejamos 150€ de depósito al llegar, por lo que nos obligó a sacar dinero, con sus comisiones. La ducha de la habitación principal no la pudimos hacer servir, ya que el agua salía ardiendo. Avisamos 3 veces. Ni lo arreglaron ni nos dieron una explicación. Faltan toallas pequeñas. Solo hay una de ducha grande. Te duchas, lavas cara y manos con la misma. La limpieza se puede mejorar mucho. Dejábamos la casa a las 6:30 y a las 6:00 nos vinieron a revisarla, cuando te estás arreglando para irte. Además, me sentí mal, parecía un registro policial.

The villa is spacious, super clean, and feels fresh from the moment you walk in. It has a private pool and a quiet, secluded vibe that makes it perfect for relaxing. One of the best things is how responsive the staff is – cleaning is available on request and they arrive almost immediately. You can also ask for a grill to be brought over, which is perfect for enjoying a good steak by the pool. The manager is incredibly kind and helpful – she explains everything clearly when you check in and makes you feel completely at home. The security deposit is only 2000 THB, which is very reasonable. Highly recommend this place. It’s peaceful, well-maintained, and I keep coming back again and again. All was good!

Emma is also such a lovely host, with good communication and fun recommendations for things to do. We really enjoyed our stay here and will certainly come back. Although the place is nice, it is a bit far from things and we would have liked to know beforehand that we would need to rent a motorbike or a car to get around.

You can experience massage and floating breakfast in the villa, but the massage and food did not fully meet my expectations. They felt special mainly because they were offered in the villa. Overall, the villa is very nice, but there is still room for improvement in the details and in-villa activities. The air conditioning isn’t very comfortable since it blows directly onto the body, especially while sleeping, making it uncomfortable. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to be any other solution. The pillow is also uncomfortable for me; having more pillow options available would be helpful.

The stay was super comfortable, and Ema, as other reviews suggest- was a super helpful with everything. Our issues were address instantaneously and Ema proactively followed up to make sure we do not face any problems. Ema also helped us arrange a scooter as soon as we checked in. The master bedroom has a walk in wardrobe, with two sinks and a good sized Bathtub. Loved the property. Location might be far if you want to go to Patong or Old Phuket (30-45 mins). Perfect if you want to go around Kata and Karon. (10 mins)

• Eli (8/5): A nice stay - The staff at Inspire Villas Phuket is welcoming, and the property's location is ideal for a leisurely day by the pool. However, the non-functioning waterfall in the pool was a significant disappointment as it really it ruined the ambiance. Additionally, the random assignment of villas is a major drawback. Paying upfront without knowing the specific villa you’ll be staying in is frustrating, especially considering the variation in size and layout, including duplex options. This lack of transparency is disappointing.

I think it added a lot to the experience. There is nothing wrong with it, except maybe it is a little remote from all the venues so if you want a quick access to most of those please consider renting a bike which can also be rented on site for your convenience.

We were ok with them cleaning since we came early but the cleaning was rushed and felt sloppy. They will ask you for 2000 baht deposit - make sure to request a receipt. Staying at hotel in Patong was a much better experience honestly. I have too much to say but the text limit has exceeded so I tried to highlight some stuff. We paid more compared to a nice hotel in Patong expecting a nice villa getaway with nothing to worry about. The shower only hot water, you cant make it cold, the pressure was terrible and the shower head is also broken so the little water pressure sprays everywhere. Tried to take a bath on the last night and the tap does not work, so I had to wait a long time for the shower head to fill up the bath- only to find it was kinda broken too. You have to be VERY specific with the position of the nozzle to turn it off which I couldnt do, so the host end up sending staff to fix. (My bath time shorter than the time it took to fill the bath water up). There is no hand soap anywhere, shower gel only. The hair dryer was broken, I requested another one and they didn't have, so they offered me a fan - which if you're chinese you know its bad to sleep with wet hair, and its also bad to blow your head with cold air directly. This cause me to stay up later than intended even though I was so tired because I didnt want to get sick from sleeping with wet hair. The location is not close to anything, even to go out and stock up on food etc its a mission and even worst for some reason the grab(taxi) rates in this area are hiked up. We took a 1.2km ride to local noodle shop and it was 330baht. For reference in Patong we took a 10.2km ride for only 500baht. If the maths is correct thats 49baht per km in Patong. And 257baht per km from this villa. Last but not least, the electricity scam. The listing doesn't say anything about electricity being "charged by the unit" you use. But when we arrive we were told electricity is not included. We used AC super sparingly in our 2nights stay, and for most of the stay I was out so it was turned off. But after 2 nights stay the "electricity total" was 900 baht. It might not seem like much to some but everything adds up here.

• Cotecia (9/5): Superb - The host Emma is an absolute angel. She was so helpful and always replied quickly. The villa was great, it has a bit of wear and tear but overall a great villa. The villa is quite far from a lot of shops. You will spend a lot on Taxi etc. There were a few bugs but after a while it was ok.

• Roman (10/5): Exceptional - Our honeymoon at this villa left us with only the warmest memories! The villa manager, Emma, is an extremely pleasant woman who was always ready to help. Thanks to her care, our stay was completely worry-free. It was particularly touching that they decorated the bedroom with rose petals for our honeymoon. Special thanks to the staff who maintained the property: their diligent work ensured the villa was always spotlessly clean. The villa is well-equipped with plenty of cookware, which is very convenient. There are two supermarkets, 7/11 and Lotus, just a 10-15 minute walk away. We highly recommend staying here to enjoy impeccable service and a cozy atmosphere!
