This was my first visit and i will be staying many more times in the future. What was so amazing how the staff allowed me to bring my grandchildren to use the pool for three days - most hotels would refuse, the staff made us all welcome thank you so much. my daughter lost a empty shopping bag - within fifteen minutes of asking reception a staff member returned it to my room. My daughter and i experienced two facials - staff again excellent. Thank you to all of you for making me and my grandsons welcome. nothing - just keep the excellent staff.

Басейн з підігрівом, дитяча кімната, дитяче меню та близькість до пляжу не змусить вигадувати, чим зайняти дітей. Наступного разу обовʼязково залишимо час для катання на скейтах. Окремо хочу відзначити дуже відкритий та дружелюбний персонал готелю. Важко знайти недоліки: продумано багато нюансів, як от вода біля сауни, перекус у номері, смішні написи на халатах чи блокнот "для листів у пляшці" :) дійсно було вкладено багато творчості при створенні простору.

Sensational:) - We nearly cancelled our stay because of the dangerous storm conditions but we really wanted to try and give our friend a well needed relaxing break. We could not have chosen a more perfect place. In the midst of yet another storm we were cossetted and given such care. EVERYTHING exceeded our expectations.

Rooms are absolutely gorgeous, we had 3-bedroom apartment with kitchen. I cannot wait till go back at the summertime; it has all kind activity outside and stunning sea view from the hotel.

The breakfast was excellent. The staff very friendly and young. The apartment for 6 people was huge and we also liked a lot the design and the terrace! Looking forward to coming back!! In the Bathroom there was no window or ventilation.

Everything was great, the staff so helpful and apartments excellent, spacious and airy, everything you need. Used pool and sauna everyday. Highly recommend.

Room is good, but it would be great to have a bottle of water, and since there is a coffee machine, some coffee capsules would be great for the price you pay. And the hotel is pet friendly, you pay extra for your pet, that is good, but you can go with it only to hermetic places... hotel offers you welcoming drinks but there are a lot of conditions and limitations for it, so that we could drink only one of two... Cleanliness is great!

- Sofia (9/5): Super sweet welcoming place where you feel at home 😉 - Facilities and amenities are top. Staff is SUPER nice and always available to help. I loved to see that the cleaning staff has a stretching session every time before shift starts and this is sooooooooo important in the wellbeing of those who ensure others are taken care of. Congrats to the management for supporting this idea! Ah and very important: breakfast is AWESOME! and the restaurant and bar very cozy. I’ll be back! 😉

We were able to checkin early, we were upgraded to a bigger place for no charge, and were able to get a late checkout. Сучасний ремонт, все у гарному стані, класна кухня, всі необхідні зручності й обладнання, навіть ліжко і іграшки для собаки. Халати, капці, рушники - входять у вартість. Непоганий ресторан, басейни, сауна, тренажерний зал, дитяча кімната, велосипеди на прокат, підземний паркінг із зарядкою для електромобілів і шум океану. Персонал був ввічливим і намагався всіляко прикрасити наш відпочинок. Хіба що сніданок слабкуватий: багато булок і фруктів, мюслі, ковбаса, сир, яйця, але взагалі не було свіжих овочів, зелені, оливок, ніякої риби чи інших морепродуктів.

Sem dúvida, um lugar a regressar! O único ponto menos positivo da minha experiência foi o facto de o hotel permitir animais. Para quem procura um ambiente totalmente livre dessa possibilidade, este aspeto pode ser relevante. Tudo o resto esteve perfeito!

- Hanna (8/5): - Wir hatten ein Apartment mit zwei Schlafzimmern – es war wunderschön eingerichtet, riesig groß und trotzdem total gemütlich. Wir waren über Halloween dort, und das Hotel hat sich richtig Mühe gegeben: Es gab viele liebevolle Kleinigkeiten, zum Beispiel standen auf dem Tisch Süßigkeiten zum Verteilen für die Kinder, und die ganze Anlage war toll geschmückt. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt! 🎃✨ Was uns jedoch nicht so gut gefallen hat: Es gab keinen Raum für private Surfboards oder Neoprenanzüge, in dem man sie hätte trocknen können. Der Fitnessraum war sehr klein, ohne Fenster und dadurch eher ungemütlich. Außerdem fehlten im Apartment nach unserem Geschmack Ablagemöglichkeiten und Haken. Für das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hätten wir uns zudem ein paar Extras gewünscht – zum Beispiel Regenschirme oder Spa-Handtücher ohne hohe Kaution. Für jedes Handtuch betrug die Kaution 30 Euro, was bei einem Gesamtpreis von fast 2.000 Euro für fünf Nächte etwas übertrieben wirkt. Außerdem hat der Gesamtpreis beim Auschecken nicht gestimmt und die Rechnung wurde falsch ausgestellt. Wir mussten mehr bezahlen und warten bis heute auf die Klärung.

- M539FCdirkm (10/5): Great time to surf and wonderful place to stay, to enjoy all other moments around it - Very kind and ceative team with lovely communication. Great Pizza and Breakfast. We didn't check too many alternatives as the flat was fully equipped. Even washing maschine in it. Micro- and Oven, several pans and pots, so that cooking on demand was easy as well. Eating or just relaxing on a big balcony (depends on the flat for sure) kept us in the flat from time to time. Pools outside in a calm area not too far away from the beach. Not giant, but for the size of the house, quiete nice. Even indoor, which is heated hence appreciated by the littles, is an alternative. All over toys for them. Tiny skateoption and nice cooperation with a fully equipped surf- and skatearea is expecting you. Check out the scaleprices with Lin and his team-mates. Not too many other houses in that range would have Sauna and even Steambath, here we found a cozy area with both. Gym, also great for the size, mainly in a very good shape. So in case of too much rain and wind, or other reasons not to surf the wohler days, you might be happy here as well. Is it all fancy and highend? No, but that is, what we are looking for. Very high quality with some charme we did not expect up front. Trips to Lissabon, further cultural heritages even closer, may fill up your scheddule as it did for us. Easy to find sundowner sailing, great tuktuk trips, shopping or close bye several hiking path not too overrate the history. A car might be nice, parking in the included garage slighty tricky, but worth. So I saved it for another trip, when Portugal is again in focus. Enjoy and all the best for the great locals who made our days special. Rest... AI may tell you ...
- Erin (10/5): Amazing service and location! - The location has resort amenities within walking distance to town. Our spacious room had a stunning ocean view terrace. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our group had a restful vacation. They have us an early check-in, helped coordinate multiple spa bookings, greeted us with delicious cookies & a welcome beverage, and even packed to-go breakfast boxes for an early flight. We will definitely return. I recommend this hotel for families and group travel.
