- Wayne (6/5): Great burgers, central but overpriced for the size of rooms and small balcony - Great location in the mix of Patong. The burgers were Special. Exit doors on both sides of the street. The rooms were disappointing in quality for the price, not cheap, price over the top considering no pool but then you did get a great location.
- Zhijie (9/5): 优异的的服务，位置和房间，下次来还会考虑入住。 - 整体是民宿的感受，位置就在芭东，过了马路就是海边，而且这里是芭东最热闹区域的中心，到哪里都非常方便。员工的服务非常好非常到位。尤其是那位会说中文的来自缅甸的女孩子，非常照顾老人很贴心。我们住的家庭房，两个独立的房间，非常大，客房服务也很到位。 浴室的台盆太小了使用起来不是很方便，热水器最好调整一下才能更稳定。

Die Klimaanlage war defekt und wurde nach 3 Nächten (ohne Kühlung) ausgetauscht, weshalb das Zimmer an dem Tag von 9 bis 13 Uhr nicht genutzt werden konnte. Die Anfrage nach Ermäßigung oder Voucher deshalb, blieb unbeantwortet.

Meget stort badeværelse og store badehåndklæder, som blev skiftet hver dag. Desuden meget store strandhåndklæder til fri afbenyttelse. Ligger som nabo/del af meget god burgerbar med høj kvalitet. Kan bestemt anbefales. Når man sidder på balkonen, får man ofte lugten fra køkkenet. Udsigten lige ud for balkonen var ikke interessant. Værelse 9.

- David (10/5): - From the moment we arrived the Staff couldn't be more helpful they carried our cases up to the top floor and gave me a direct Watts app number for anything we wanted. First place I have ever stayed in Thailand with free laundry service and comes back smelling nice a fresh within a few hours. Room was massive and sleeps 6 people. (Room10) Ice cold air-conditioning in both rooms. Location is perfect with a 7/11 at the end of the road, beach over the road and a 3 min walk to bangla road. Couldn't hear any noise from the clubs etc. Loads of hangers in 2 big wardrobes. 6 bottles of water in room constantly and loads of fresh beach towels. We originally booked 2 nights but extended an extra 2 nights . We will definitely return here next time we are in phucket. Thanks for the lovely hospitality. The place is a little out dated. Beds are a tiny bit hard but still better than 90% of places we have stayed. Only 1 bathroom in the room which is in the back bedroom so privacy could be a problem for some people, this didn't affect us personally. Toilet and sink are very small but shower is great. These are not negative comments they are just honest comments. For the money we paid I cannot really fault this place. It you want everything perfect you will pay probably 5x the amount we paid and won't be in as good location.

Mimo wszystko polecam jeżeli to lokalizacja ma dla Ciebie największe znaczenie Jeśli chodzi,i o czystość,pościel ręczniki ok,ale zasłony i firany nie widziały prania od bardzo dawna co od razu obniża ocenę i wygląd pokoju.Apartanent wymaga odświeżenia,meble mocno złużyte,farba pod prysznicem ochodzi podczas mycia i zapycha odpływ. Straszny zapach rozłożonych kulek w toalecie,które mają niwelować zapach a śmierdzą jak kulki na mole,które od razu wyrzuciliśmy bo aż dusiło.

Laundry service was free of charge, had the clothes washed and brought at the doorstep in 4 hours, super fast!! Room and bathroom are bit outdated needing renovation, but it is clean.

- Peter (10/5): First time in Patong and the room was perfect for me. Great value for money. They take care of everything, burgers taste - Awesome location, close enough to everything but hidden away so you can’t hear anything when sleeping. Laundry done everyday no charge. Room serviced and sheets changed everyday. 7-11 50mtrs away, restaurants, stalls, tours, Bangla Rd, jocelyn, markets all a short walk away. Wasn’t an issue for me but can only access rooms via stairs so if you aren’t mobile keep that in mind.

- Samuel (10/5): AMAZING 🤩 - We were mildly apprehensive about staying here, and we were proved wrong!! This hotel had the most comfiest bed, great showers, excellent aircon, the most convenient location to everything, and still quiet in the evenings/overnight. We received 20% off for eating at their burger restaurant underneath. We cannot fault this place at all. Will stay here again. Thank you guys !

- Forbes (7/5): Outstanding Staff, Below Average Accommodations - The hospitality was a 10/10. When I arrived, I was greeted downstairs at the restaurant and offered a welcome beverage, which was a really nice touch after traveling. Scott handled my check-in and was extremely kind, attentive, and accommodating throughout my stay. He checked in with me multiple times to make sure everything was okay, and everyone I interacted with was friendly and welcoming. From a service standpoint, the hospitality was genuinely excellent. The food at the restaurant was also delicious — 10/10. I didn’t try the burgers (they looked great but were a bit heavier than what I wanted at the time), but everything I did eat (wings, chicken sandwich) was very good and well prepared. The location is another big plus. It’s very central — about a 2–3 minute walk to the beach and roughly a 5–6 minute walk to Bangla Road, which made it easy to get around without needing transportation. The room itself was the weak point. While the photos weren’t misleading, the space felt quite old once I was actually inside — dusty, dated, and in need of renovation. The bathroom was large but there was a strong urine-like odor for the first couple of days that was hard to ignore. That said, I want to be fair: this seems more reflective of accommodations in the Patong Beach area in general. Many hotels here are older unless you opt for a higher price point or stay in areas like Kata or Karon Beach. Scott did ask several times whether the room was okay, and in hindsight, I should have spoken up or asked about switching rooms instead of assuming all rooms were similar. That part is on me.

- Melna (9/5): - The staff is extremely sweet and polite. The location is near the beach and near the Bangla walking street. The room is comfortable enough for 3 people. Not really a con, but there is no elevator but the staff would take care of the luggage.

They do you washing for you which is incredible Kio who checked us in was amazing he was 10/10. He text us every couple days to make sure we had everything we needed Room was cleaned every day with fresh towels too and they offer free towels to take to the beach Not much to say. Sometimes you can hear the music from Bangla road but that didn’t affect my stay

Ręczniki plażowe dostępne na korytarzu. Pokój i łazienka mało funkcjonalne. W pokoju „meble” z betonu ;) a w łazience nie było ani mini półeczki, żeby położysz cokolwiek. Mało wygodne schody ( dobrze, że tylko na pierwsze piętro ;) )

O atendimento fez toda a diferença — deixo um agradecimento especial ao Scott, que foi extremamente atencioso, prestativo e sempre disposto a ajudar. Hatte zimmer mit Meerblick , Da konnte man das regeln treiben gut beobachten Mann sollte keine zu hohen Ansprüche haben wenn man hier bucht

- Kaushik (10/5): - The location and staff, specially Scott. He made us feel comfortable and welcome. The toilet needs a cloth hanger or hook and a curtain to separate the toilet from the bedroom will help in privacy.
- Iain (10/5): - The staff were so welcoming we dealt with Scott who carried our cases up & down, was very attentive to all our needs. The room was massive, very clean & comfortable. We had a lovely sea view from room number 9. Fabulous location in Patong! The shower wasn't the best, but did the job.. The balcony furniture could be getting updated, as very worn & well used. The only other thing was rubbish along the road was a bit off putting.
