- Guenther (8/5): Apartment mit tollem Grundriss - Das Apartment liegt in gehweite zu meinem Geschaeftstermin. Das Haus selbst ist sehr "russisch". Der Hausgang riecht etwas und der Aufzg ist ein Erlebniss. Das Apartment selbst war mal ein richtiges Juwel. Guter Grundriss, ein Rundgemauerter Eingangsbereich une eine phantisievolle Abgehaengte Decke. Die Klimaanlage arbeitet leise und kuehlt gut. Allerdings ist seit mehreren Jahren nichts renoviert worden. Das sieht man am abgewohnte Teppichboden, im Bad ist etwas repariert worden. Die Wand wurde allerdings nicht mehr richtig verspachtelt und gestrichen. Der Whirlpool waehre klasse wuerde er auch noch funktionieren. Dies und einige andere Unstimmigkeiten trueben den sonst tollen Eindruck.
