• abdulkadir (8/5): - Otel çok merkezi bir konumda. Otoparkı yok ancak girişte görevliler aracınızı alarak uygun bir yere park ediyorlar. Görevliler gerçekten çok ilgili ve yardımcıları. Ancak otel konusunda tek eksi nokta en üst katta yer alan restoran kısmı. Canlı müzik olduğu için gece geç saate kadar müzik sesi rahatsız ediyor. O yüzden oda rezervasyonu nu 5. kattan alttaki odalara yapmanızı tavsiye ederim.

• Caroline (9/5): - We showed very late (3 AM) because of a delay of our train from Erzurum. But, we still were welcomed very nicely. The room was super spacious and the bathroom was super clean. We even had a bathtub ! Location is pretty good.in a small street with little noise but very close from the main attractions. Everything was great

• Gregory (8/5): A great value stalwart in Sivas. - Good VFM. Good restaurant with surprisingly good live band. Serves alcohol (rare in Sivas). Good location. More expensive than when I stayed 5 years ago, by a multiple. Sofa bed for my son not so comfy.

• Heather (10/5): Fantastic hospitality! - A beautiful well situated hotel centrally located. On our arrival we were offered Turkish coffee by the lovely lady at reception. So welcoming! She was also so helpful in arranging for a taxi the next morning. Her English was excellent! Our Turkish very poor unfortunately! The rest of the staff were very kind as well. We stayed in the suite with a bath which was so lovely to relax in after our long train ride from Samsun. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We ate at the restaurant for dinner and breakfast and both times the food was delicious and fresh. Thank you Sultan Hotel!

• Muhannad (7/5): Good - Everything was great very nice location Breakfast was good The hotel staff took my car when we arrived to park it at the nearby car park When I left the hotel next day i found out that he damage it from the back with taillight broken unfortunately I was far away when I found out so I couldn't do anything Now i have to pay around £800 for the rental company to cover the car damage access. It was very clear that he knew it was damage and didn't not report it to the hotel management Very disappointed

Otelin yeri konumu çok iyi. Yatak konforu da güzel. Aham şaham bir lüks bekliyorsanız tercih etmemelisiniz ama kısa süreli dinlenmeler için çok ideal. Orta seviye bir otel. Tercih edebilirsiniz.

• Khaled (10/5): الإقامة جيدة بالمجمل - الفندق صغير ونظيف الطاقم يقدم المساعدة أعتقد القيمة مقابل المال مرتفعة قليلا الافطار جيد والمطعم نظيف الغرف صغيرة نسبيا لكن مريحة بالمجمل بالعموم الفندق جيد بالنسبة لمدينة صغيرة مثل سيفاس وموقعه وسط المدينة لاتحتاج مواصلات التدفئة ممتازة في الشتاء رغم برودة المدينة الشديدة يتعامل الفندق بالعملة المحلية أيضا
• Ceyda (10/5): Güzel bir haftasonu tatili - Sivas Sultan Otel'den konaklamamız süresince çok memnun kaldık. Otele erken geldiğimiz halde oda hazır olduğu için odayı erken verdiler. Kahvaltı oldukça çeşitli. Otel temiz ve konum olarak her yere yakın bir bölgede.
• Aleksey (6/5): - Останавливались на одну ночь.Проблемы начались уже при парковке. Некуда было припарковать авто. Обратите внимание что в отеле есть ресторан. Нас заселили на 4 этаж, а ресторан находился на 6 этаже. Примерно в 23.00 начались пения турецких песен (вживую) и продолжались до 4.00 утра. Оказалось после этого еще очень хорошо слышно как движется лифт. Шумоизоляции в номере нет, поэтому слышно все. Отдохнуть после дороги не получилось. Не советую этот отель кто хочет отдохнуть.
• Emrah (4/5): Disappointment - Even after confirmation on the phone, booked a non-smoking deluxe room with queen-size double bed and 2-person sofa bed just before the night our stay. When we checked into the hotel late in the afternoon in the following day, we were put in smoking-allowed deluxe room with 2 single beds and 2-person sofa bed. I had to stay in that room with my 2 kids. The smell was a bit stronger when the AC was turned on. The staff was not sincere to explain this situation. The room was clean but very small. By the way, they don't have a parking space, just the street in front of the hotel. Therefore, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anybody.

• Ian (10/5): Great hotel and staff in town centre - Stayed here for 2 nights. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and well appointed. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant. The hotel is close to the main sights and many restaurants.
• A (6/5): 部屋自体は快適 - 従業員の方は明るく、とても親切でした。部屋も清潔だし、立地も良く不便ありません。シャワーブースがかなり狭いので体格のいい人は洗い辛そうですが、どこもこの程度かもしれません。シャワー自体は使いやすかったです。ただ、泊まった部屋が路地に面していたせいか、毎日深夜かなり遅い時間まで外がうるさく、なかなか寝付けませんでした。これさえなければかなりお薦めのホテルです。
