Staff accidentally threw away my fav souvenirs which was really disappointing to me..they gave me money for the souvenirs back but still it hurt a lot because they were valuable to me in terms of memories..so I would recommend to put stickers on everything you don’t want to get thrown out or put things somewhere hidden..cause this experience was not a pleasant one for me.

Номер 22 метра а как 15, чисто но очень маленький.кровать не удобная,стены грязные,вода в раковене текла.Гостиница как бы чистая,но или снимать только семейный номер для пары что он больше,или только для тех кому на 2 дня только голову положить.слышимость в комнатах очень слышна,ночью кто то говорит слышно.вообщем персонал хороший ,чисто,завтрак не о чём,гостиница требует ремонта на мой всгляд. Я была одна на 3 ночи за 300 лари,более этого это не стоит

- Denis (8/5): Все понравилось. Советую отель. - Расположение, метро рядом, хороший завтрак, большой хол с диванами, есть курилка. Много молодежи, топают ночами в своих номерах, поишлось ночью идти к ним. В номере не работал светильник, жалюзи перекошены.

В парке при отеле, то потасовки, то собаки ночью лают, тяжело спать. 4. Просто деревянные подушки, очень неудобно спать. 5. Номер в целом не очень чистый и ухоженный, требует как минимум косметического ремонта, а так же не похож на тот, что был на фотографиях. 6. На фотографии завтрак выглядел с широким выбором, по факту кушать особо нечего, да и не совсем вкусно.

I was sick and feeling pain in my stomach and hungry not able to go buy anything and one of the Staff gave me his own bol of nuts that he prepared to himself with chocolate wothout any money How exceptional and godly a person can be to offer you their own food . - Aleksei (6/5): - Отель находится в парке, в центре города и рядом с метро. Приятный персонал и довольно вкусные завтраки. Уборка номеров каждый день. Номер очень маленький. Если бы был большой чемодан, то не понятно было бы куда его поставить, потому что кровать занимала 90% комнаты. Довольно шумные жильцы, которые орали посреди ночи. Окна в номере почти нет. - Tamta (8/5): Enjoyed staying at Urban Park Hotels - A five-minute walk from the Metro station makes the location of the Hotel very favourable. The location will be also very convenient for those who visit Caucasus University - direct bus leaves from that location. The rooms are clean. During my stay is was very cold outside, but the heating system worked well and gave opportunity to heat the room in just several minutes. There is a refrigerator, electric kettle, some tea and sugar and bottles of water. My stay included breakfast that was good, with variety of different food.

But extremely noisy, lack of sound-insulation . - Greenery territory. 24/7 reception My 2 personal cosmetic goods were stolen!!!! can assume that it was done by a clean lady whoever… In the morning of my last stay I have noticed that one item was missing after returning back in the evening starting packing and checking all the luggage ive noticed that another 2d item is stolen. Room 320.

Сначала нас заселили в соседний номер - где орали и визжали соседи , просьба была переселить и если бы не моя настойчивость ! Нас бы не переселили ! Это раз , два УЖАСНАЯ слышимость , слышно все вокруг , как хлопают дверью соседние номера и у тебя в номере все трясется , как сотрудники отеля ходят и разговаривают по рациям громко и будто специально у твоей двери , ванная комната так вообще напоминает психиатрическую больницу , номера обычные , за 6 дней отдали 25.000 с копейками плюс налог , и эта гостиница вообще не стоит этих денег , край это 20.000, все экономно и бюджетно , окошки маленькие выходят на бог знает что , собаки по ночам гавкают , парк в котором находится отель красивый и чистый , но будьте готовы что там ежедневно тусуются потусторонние люди и их много , но нас не особо напрягало , но все же , парковка есть платная своя 5 лари сутки , это плюс . Местоположение не центр , но хорошее по-моему это арабский район , до старого Тбилиси буквально 10 минут на такси , метро если что есть рядом. Больше плюсов нет , хотели бы мы туда вернуться именно в этот отель ? Нет :)

- Nataliya (3/5): Никому не советую - Парк рядом красивый Ужасный опыт. Нам за доплату поменяли номер на "более хороший" и это было все равно плохо - потолки низкие, в ванной заблокировалась дверь и ее пришли вскрывать сотрудники. Завтрак просто чудовищный - зеленые яйца, овощи просто ужасные. Картинки отличаются от реальности на 180 градусов. Никому не советую этот отель. А соотношение цена - качество просто жесть.
- Claudia (3/5): Non credete alle foto che mostrano - Lo staff è cordiale e la colazione buona Rapporto qualità prezzo inqualificabile. Le foto delle stanze non rendono la realtà degli arredi, la dimensione della stanza e del bagno e, in generale, dell’hotel. Se il soggiorno avesse avuto un costo contenuto (max 60 euro a notte per stanza), sarebbe stato giusto, ma per il prezzo che offrono non vale assolutamente la pena. Inoltre le stanze sono assolutamente non insonorizzate, praticamente è come stare nella stanza del vicino.
