• Robyn (8/5): Quaint cottage Perfect for a girls weekend - The welcome hamper was very generous. Quaint older property with plenty of charm. Well equipped kitchen & very comfortable for a relaxing weekend Plenty of firewood but needed smaller kindling to get the open fire going
• Norris (10/5): A gem - This is a beautiful house, lots of sun from midday on. We were surprised to receive a lovely hamper of goodies on arrival, the house was warmed for our comfort. The open fire was a treat. A great position to town & only 10mins to all the mineral springs in Hepburn.

• Di (9/5): A great cosy house in a beautiful garden setting.. - Perfect location, within walking distance of town, surrounded by lovely gardens. Cosy open fireplace with ducted heating. We self-catered and the kitchen was well-provisioned with a fabulous ‘Welcome Hamper’ on arrival! Comfortable home perfect for six adults to enjoy a relaxing break in the country. Care needs to be taken when accessing the galley kitchen due to different floor levels. The fridge is very compact and another cupboard to store food would’ve been handy. The wood fire was difficult to get started as the damper was difficult to use but wood was plentiful. Parking limited to two cars under the carport.

A beautiful house with beautiful gardens, and the presentation was stunning. Everything we needed was provided. Limited parking. The fridge could be updated, we thought it was going to fall over :) Could have an additional bed in the front lounge, the space felt a bit wasted.

• Ms (9/5): A great location near coffee shops, restaurants and the town centre. Fabulous for a girls trip! - Gorgeous house in a perfect location. Everything we needed was provided. Very warm central heating and lovely decor and garden! We loved it!
• Sarah (6/5): beautiful property, very clean and tidy. hospitality could be improved. - good location, very clean lacking basic extras like milk, nice tea and hand soap at sinks. the cheap tea and long life milk don’t feel very generous with 8 people staying considering the nightly rate.
