• Przemyslaw (8/5): The nice owner welcomed us to the apartment, explained everything, and sent us additional informatio - Breakfast was not included in the rental price; the apartment had a fully equipped kitchen, allowing for the preparation of all meals. The location was excellent – ​​a 10-minute walk from the main attractions, yet away from the hustle and bustle of traffic. Apartament przestronny, czysty i świetnie wyposażony — idealny zarówno na krótki, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Dużym atutem jest także bardzo dobra lokalizacja, blisko najważniejszych miejsc i atrakcji. • Yaxiao (8/5): 10 minute's wank to Matera historical center. - Francesco came to meet us and opened the door for us. He explained basic things in the apartment. Thank you! The flat isn't far away from the historical center, about 10 minutes' walk. It's quite spacious. There are enough tea bags and coffee capsules during our stay. There are places to park the car. We expected to have some information on supermarket and restaurants and we never got it. The hood above the cooker doesn't work. The dish towels aren't very clean. It is pretty hard to adjust the hot water in the shower. You can't change to temperature unless you turn the knob really hard in the good direction.

Ideal for a short stay (1-2 nights), comfortable beds, heating, clean but damp in some places on the walls (important for allergy sufferers). The host was nice and very helpful, giving us a map of the city and tips on attractions and restaurants. Better kitchen equipment, no large knife for cutting bread.

Il est facile de se garer gratuitement dans la rue devant l'appartement, et l'emplacement est idéal pour rejoindre à pied le centre historique. L'appartement est un peu vieillissant, le robinet thermostatique de la douche fonctionne mal. Ça ne nous a pas gêné pour un court séjour. Le rapport qualité/prix est satisfaisant.

La cucina comincia a sentire gli anni: ha bisogno di un ripristino, come anche il set di pentole. Cambierei anche la tovaglia di plastico che protegge il tavolo di cucina.

Εμείς ταξιδεύαμε με αυτοκίνητο και παρκάραμε χωρίς καμία δυσκολία, κάτι που έκανε τη διαμονή μας ακόμη πιο βολική. Η τοποθεσία είναι ιδανική, καθώς απέχει μόλις δέκα λεπτά με τα πόδια από το Sassi, επιτρέποντας απολαυστικές βόλτες στα γραφικά σοκάκια της Matera χωρίς να χρειάζεται μεταφορικό μέσο. Το σπίτι είναι ευρύχωρο και λειτουργικό, με τρία άνετα και καλαίσθητα υπνοδωμάτια, πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα και πεντακάθαρο μπάνιο. Η καθαριότητα ήταν υποδειγματική, ενώ η διακόσμηση συνδυάζει γούστο και απλότητα, δημιουργώντας μια ζεστή και φιλόξενη ατμόσφαιρα που σε κάνει να αισθάνεσαι σαν στο σπίτι σου. Ο οικοδεσπότης μάς υποδέχθηκε κατά την άφιξή μας με χαμόγελο και ευγένεια, προσφέροντάς μας πολύτιμες πληροφορίες για αξιοθέατα, εστιατόρια και τοπικές εμπειρίες. Συνολικά, η διαμονή μας αποτέλεσε μια υπέροχη εμπειρία που συνδύασε άνεση, καθαριότητα, εξαιρετική τοποθεσία και θερμή φιλοξενία, και το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα σε όσους θέλουν να γνωρίσουν τη γοητεία της Matera με τον καλύτερο δυνατό τρόπο ήταν όλα εξαιρετικά

The appartment is a short walk away from the historical centre of Matera, approximately a 5 minute walk, so really well located. WiFi was quick, kitchen was well equipped. Even the kitchen hood had no dust on it, so someone really takes good care of the appartment cleanliness. Coffee machine with endless capsules is another small bonus trick that makes a stay more pleasant. Nothing to declare.

Historical center is 10-15 minutes walking distance. There is a free public parking next to the apartment. We were greeted on arrival by the host, who has given us the keys, showed the apartment and explained a bit about Matera and what to see there. The host speaks very reasonable English. Apartment itself had everything we needed. There was enough cutlery in the kitchen, bathroom was functioning properly, there was heating and warm water, beds were comfy. Cannot complain about anything. Highly recommended!
