Guest Reviews
- adrienne (6/5): Peaceful and relaxing stay in a lovely accommodation base. - Location, peaceful land quiet, hamper was a nice touch, plenty of wood for stove provided No screen door on front door allowing flies to get in,
Needs a door or screen between Lounge area and bedroom for privacy/sound/ comfort.
- Simon (8/5): Nice quiet location easy to find - Quiet location Maybe a baking dish to heat lasagne we bought in town-frypans etc had plastic handles
- Meagan (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, it was comfy. In terms of views, not quite as advertised. - It was comfortable and in a good location. (If you’re walking, the hill to the town centre is very steep).
The spa bath was nice. TV and bedside lamp didn’t work.
Most disappointing was probably the lack of sunshine and view from the deck. The trees are big and the views are not as depicted in the photos.

- Christie (6/5): Conveniently located to our family who live here but glad we had their house to use wifi, do washing and shower. - Good size for what we needed. Hamper was lovely. Bed was comfortable and electric blankets much appreciated. No wifi was inconvenient, but we managed as we have relatives living in Daylesford but the worst thing was the shower in the spa. Pretty dangerous for us older folks trying to climb in and out of it and very slippery with uneven floor when standing under a shower head that was too low.
Was hoping it had a washing machine and dryer but sadly not.
- Inga (9/5): The area was nice and quiet, we enjoyed great food around Daylesford - Nice cozy place, well equipped kitchen. We loved the old pot belly fire, the weather was really cold, so we lit it every day. Hamper pack was a lovely surprise. The bed was uncomfortable, sagging in the middle. I think it was time for a bed.

- Nieve (9/5): The perfect launch-pad for a relaxing holiday - The property has all the necessities for a holiday and was very comfortable. The stove top took a while to figure out and we resorted to using matches to spark the flame.
- Rebecca (9/5): - Loved the fire, spa & deck. The coffee plunger jug was missing, we reported this & they said it would be replaced. But great coffee in town at local cafes.
- Isabelle (9/5): -
- Pantelidis (8/5): -
- Jessica (9/5): Lovely little getaway - Lovely Location, like the shower and log burner. Bedside lamp wasn't very nice, no coffee table, no coat hooks.
- Fiona (8/5): Tranquil and relaxing. - Breakfast was not provided. The electric blanket had a solid piece under the sheet which made that side of the bed uncomfortable.
- Kylie (9/5): Enjoyed our lovely stay. - Very hard to see the code when getting keys, didn’t like purculated coffee.
- Brianna (7/5): Good -
- Sanjeev (10/5): Exceptional -
- Matthew (10/5): Every lovely - Everything Nothing
- Mark (10/5): Exceptional -
- Rhondda (4/5): Nice location, would not return…. Not to our standard of presentation and cleanliness - Location Outside I mowed, cobwebs around windows, unclean .inside dusty , old carpet, dirty rangehood , generally sad looking, cobwebs in the corners of ceiling
- Joanne (7/5): Good -
- Cameron (6/5): Pleasant -
- Danielle (8/5): Great studio place. - Loved it . Clean and welcoming All was good
- Sutton (7/5): Good -
- Carl (8/5): Very good -
- Avril (9/5): Cozy studio cottage - Warm and cosy, log burner and spa were great especially as the weather was cold and rainy. Very clean presentation and nice and private surrounded by trees. No internet and calls and messages reception was patchy, otherwise all good
- Erin (6/5): Pleasant -
- John (8/5): Having everything we needed and being close to all amenities made it a very enjoyable stay - In a very thoughtful gesture, they left the guess a food hamper in the refrigerator
- Stefany (7/5): Good - The location was great because it's close to everything. The spa was great as well. We loved the hamper included in the fridge, that was very nice. One side of the bed didn't have a working heated blanket or lamp, I believe the outlet wasn't working on that side. For the price there is no WiFi which was annoying and whoever stayed there before us left the DVD remote on the fireplace so we couldn't even watch a movie using the DVD player and ended up hotspotting from our phone.
- Paige (9/5): Superb -
- David (8/5): Very good - Nice clean place very happy. Light on for tea and milk rest was great.
