- Isak (2/5): Worst hotel experience so far - My worst hotel experience so far. We booked and payed online but when we arrived to the hotel they refused us the room, made us pay for the coming night and said that they will solve the problem tomorrow and give us our money back. The upcoming morning only one of us got breakfast (included in the price). On the second day they said they hair problems contacting the lady who appearently had the money. So we waited for a couple of hours for her to arrive but she never came, the staff then told us that she was going to come at 8 the next morning. Next morning she didn’t come... and they none of us got breakfast. Don’t book this hotel through internet, they don’t know how to manage it... We got our money a couple of hours after we checked out and had to come back to the hotel to fetch it. Not coming back for sure. Also the internet was terrible and it was placed above a nightclub
