Guest Reviews
- Sarah (10/5): -
- samantha (8/5): Surprise hidden gem - We loved the cottage presentation and appreciated the welcome pack of breakfast items, the bacon was the best we've ever tasted. It was nicely lit for our arrival at dusk A dirty cutting board with someone's old smelly cheese. Someone entered when we were out for the day, this was not expected as there is no daily housekeeping provided so we had not secured our property/valuables
- Elise (10/5): -
- ROBYN (9/5): A very comfortable and relaxing stay. Quite an adorable little house with all we needed. - Ideal location for walking to and around the lake. Very quiet and peaceful. A short drive into town. It was lovely to receive the hamper package on arrival and have a few essentials in the kitchen.
- Marita (10/5): Loved the stay, would definitely book again - It was cute, self contained, had everything we needed Didn’t have a fence, annoying if you have pets that can take off.
Tv didn’t have all channels
- Adam (10/5): - This awesome little wood cabin had everything we needed and was very clean and well catered for
- Sharon (10/5): Would recommend it 100% - It was superb loved every bit of it and the breskfast bix was yummm Nothing
- Gayle (10/5): We will definitely return, such a cosy retreat, with all the creature comforts. - The fire, cosiness, breakfast and bubbles were amazing Very noisy neighbours (on the same side as the bedroom)
- Kathy (10/5): Perfection! - What an amazing little cottage! Loved, loved, loved the decor, all the amenities were spot on, everything was thought of.
- Paul (10/5): Awesome, just one word - Everything cannot fault Nil
- Janelle (10/5): Gorgeous cottage that felt like a second home. - Cosy warm atmosphere in all the rooms.
- Lukey (10/5): Perfect. Would come here again with my partner - All the little things, decor, welcome box coffee etc. very well put together Machinery in area early in morning, but not the venues fault.
- Andrew (9/5): Relaxing. - Perfect location. Quiet and peaceful. Cosy cottage. It was lovely to have our 2 small dogs with us. A shelf in the bathroom would have been helpful to place toiletries on other than on the floor or in the bath.
A small gate across the stairs on the deck would have been good. It would enable one to sit on the deck with the dogs ( or a crawling baby) without fearing that the dogs would wander off into the infenced yard or chase a kangaroo.
- IAN (8/5): Great weekend getaway - Basic but nice Nothing
- Leonie (10/5): Exceptional -
- Alex (5/5): Time for a change - We have been staying at AllViews for many years now and this was the first year that the place felt tired and furniture uncomfortable. The property requires some love, update the creature comforts, new furniture and perhaps some heating in the bathroom BRRRR!!!
- Di (9/5): Comfortable, relaxing and homely but lacked an eye for detail to make it a super stay. - Location, cleanliness except the wine glasses, wood heater, homeliness, Dirty wine glasses, no condiments like olive oil, herbs, salt shaker kept dropping salt crystals and needs replacing, no information about the cottage - its history which is always interesting and appreciated and the matches for the fire were old and hardly lit. It was just the little things that needed improvement but make a huge difference. This cottage is a little gem. It needs someone to pay more attention to what is left there for the customers, not just a cleaner who comes in and doesn’t have an eye for detail.
- Annie (8/5): Very good - A comfortable cute little cottage with a full kitchen. I missed the fact that there wasn't any iview, Sbs or netflix, etc. One of my days there it rained and so I would've like to watch a good new movie.
- Pote (9/5): When we left we were already planning our return. It was effortless and enjoyable - A gorgeous box of local treats to welcome our stay. Quaint miners cottage home that was empathetic with the local terrain and vibe. Well appointed, comfortable and oozed cozy. Open fireplace was a delight. A charming place. No wifi
Not well lit up on arrival
- George (7/5): Good -
- Genevieve (9/5): Superb -
- Tamara (8/5): Liked the property but no Wifi and no fenced off area for your dog - Love the space. Very cozy and comfortable. Really cute place. A fenced off area would have made it easier for me rather than having to put my dog on lead every time I wanted to take him to the toilet. Also the steps in the front to carry luggage are a nightmare especially having issues with my feet. Much easier going around the back.
