- Kim (10/5): Fantastic - Lovely clean property, received a little hamper with coffee, tea, sparkling water and a few little snacks. Loved the fact we both had our own bathroom and beds where comfy, the property had everything we needed.
- Swaroopananda (8/5): - Our accommodation was just what we wanted and the location did not disappoint. Unfortunately the pool was not available to use for the whole week we were there and my girls were disappointed about this because that was one of the main reasons we booked this accommodation.
- Brian (9/5): - All good All good
- Olivia (9/5): -
- Nicolle (10/5): Amazing location, excellent facilities - Great villa, 2 bedrooms with their own bathrooms. Well appointed furniture and convenient parking at the door. We found the location central to everything, we hardly used the car. Restaurants, shopping and attractions all walking distance. Nothing. The pool is currently out of action but not a big issue. We had booked into a mineral spa close by
- Des (10/5): Clean, great location, en-suite bathrooms & well equipped apartment - The apartment was in a great location & lovely & clean when we arrived. We were welcomed with a lovely welcome pack which was unexpected. It was a cold weekend but we were cosy & warm with several great heating options. Beds were huge & very comfy. Great that each room had an en-suite & were very well stocked with plenty of towels. A very minor annoyance was the tap over the kitchen sink made a big mess every time we used it.
- Bill (9/5): It fit the bill, just the tv issue was a shame as we weee stuck in one day with the bad weather - Cosy and good position The tvs didn’t get many stations. The bedroom tv only shows sbs and abc
- James (8/5): -
- Kylie (9/5): Perfect place to stay. - Clean, comfortable couch, beds cozy and comfy, easy access to enter. Everything you need was supplied. Close to shops. Gorgeous gift box left on arrival. Bedroom TVs do not work in either rooms. Otherwise the property is perfectly secure and warm in winter.
- Matthew (9/5): Very enjoyable stay. Highly recommend this place!!! - Very comfortable place to stay and close to town. The only down side was the indoor pool isn't open from June to September which defeats the purpose of having an indoor pool.
- Lisa (9/5): Fabulous stay in Daylesford. Warm and welcoming villa with everything you need for fabulous holiday - Gorgeous villa with fabulous amenities, 1 block from the centre of town. Nothing
- Caroline (9/5): Superb -
- Nicole (10/5): Exceptional - Felt very homely, amazing decor and great extras provided such as games, dvds NA

- Ash (10/5): Exceptional -
- Carla (9/5): Superb -
- Greg (8/5): stairs were a little difficult with cases -
- Blanka (8/5): Lovely stay , close to main street easy to walk to places - Location was good and hamper on arrival The coffee sorry & saw many cobwebs.
- Sun (8/5): Very good - Decor needs a freshen up but great layout and location.
- Peter (10/5): Would book and stay again :) - Great location, good space for two couples
- Pun (9/5): Superb -
- Wendy (8/5): We enjoyed our stay and accommodation was great - The parking was a bit tight as we were at the end of the units turning around wasn’t the best
- Peatey (10/5): Exceptional - I loved the gardens, the proximity to shopping and restaurants. The Merindah 4 had everything we needed and more. In one bathroom, not the one with the spa, I, being elderly, would have liked a handrail to assist getting out of the shower/bath. Luckily I am a fairly fit person so wasn't a problem for me but maybe for others.
- Laura (9/5): Superb -
- Natasha (10/5): Absolutely perfect and highly recommended. - Location was perfect - in walking distance to the township which is what we liked. A perfect property to stay at and will definitely recommend to anyone. Modern and very comfortable. The only thing that concerned us was that there was only one door to the property, no second door for safety reasons.
- Dave (10/5): Exceptional -
- Susan (10/5): Exceptional -
- Shaun (7/5): Good -
- Carissa (9/5): Amazing, relaxing, very enjoyed. - Clean, like the description for accomodation. Hamper was a nice surprise. Issues with using the oven and took a while to get hot water for the showers. Considering the weather understandable though.
- Ed (10/5): I would go back and we had best accommodation of all the family who stayed in other places - was a great place 2 bedrooms separate Ensuites was fantastic
- Melinda (9/5): Superb -
- Tim (10/5): Exceptional -
- Debra (2/5): Very disappointing! - The 'Welcome Pack' did not include breakfast cereal which would have been useful. All other items were great.
The location is great. Upon arrival in Daylesford I was contacted and advise that tree clearing would take place over the next three days being Wednesday through to Friday and that I need to park my car on the street! I was not offered alternative accommodation or any sort of compensation. Wednesday and Thursday the noise of chainsaws and a wood chipper was so loud that we needed to go out on those days. The works continued until 4:45pm. We could not sit on the veranda to enjoy the facility that if not for the noise is very pleasant. The swimming pool was not accessible for two days as the branches from the tree clearing were blocking access to the pool and significant tree clearing was carried out along that pathway. Access was not available for safety reasons. The tree clearers not at fault in anyway as they were doing what they were employed to do.
Upon my request for compensation I was advised this would be discussed with the property owner and the management team. I have received a credit of $200.00 for the inconvenience which I felt was hardly in line with the disruption to my holiday which I was greatly looking forward to a week of relaxation and peace and quiet.
I also advise that the swimming pool whilst advertised as heated was freezing cold! So by Friday when the pool was accessible I couldn't swim in it as it was too cold. I understand that in summer it would not be heated like it is in winter but it should not be numbingly cold! I have been holidaying in Daylesford for more than 20 years. Most of my stays have been booked through Daygets or Daylesford Getaways as it used to be known.I was extremely disappointed with the attitude around the disruption to my stay with respect to the noise, having to park my car in the street and the unavailability of the pool.If you had been given notice by the OC Management that the tree clearing was to take place I would assume (hope) that the three days would have been blocked out. I expected a refund of at least one night being...
