- Yves (4/5): Très moyen et WC ridicule - La porte de la chambre est bricolée et difficile à fermer, la porte fenêtre du balcon ne ferme pas, pas de ventilation ni de climatisation, hôtel très mal insonorisé, nous entendions marcher les gens au dessus, Pas de va et vient lumière près du lit, WC ridicule : 20 cm entre la cuvette et la porte rendant impossible de s'assoir la porte fermée, lit et matelas correct avec draps propres.

- Christine (4/5): - Dommage que la chambre soit tres mal insonorisée: - juste a côté: couple avec 1 enfant: crient, chantent, parlent jusqu'à 1h30 du matin. - autre chambre a coté: la personne a ronflé toute la nuit de 21h30 a 6h00. Bilan: j'ai pu dormir un peu de 2h a 5h30. Sans cela tout serai parfait.

- FABIENNE (4/5): - Arrivée devant l'hôtel du Gave, le rideau de fer était baissé. Une affiche stipulait que l'hôtel était fermé pour travaux de rénovation et qu'il fallait s'adresser à l'hôtel d'à côté. Je n'avais pas reçu de mail en ce sens. A priori j'aurai dû recevoir un mail m'informant d'un relogement sur un autre hôtel. Le responsable de l'hôtel Peyremale qui m'a accueillie a été très sympathique et n'ayant pas trouvé sur quel hôtel j'étais relogée, m'a proposé une chambre dans son établissement.

- René (2/5): impensable ! - Très déçus, la différence de ce que l'on nous propose à la réservation, vision sur internet, et la découverte de l'hôtel et de la chambre, une literie très inconfortable, pas de chauffage, je me suis couché avec mon pull, coin toilette exiguë, pas de baignoire la douche avec un serpentin raide et entortillé le pommeau de douche laisse couler 3 filets d'eau le lavabo bouge, le WC touche carrément la cloison, pas de restaurant, un petit déjeuner une tasse, pas de café pas de lait juste une machine automatique comme dans les stations services mais en moins bien, c'est d'abord que de l'eau qui coule, goût déplorable, seule la personne de service était très agréable, dans le détails des prestations: restaurant baignoire douche animaux acceptés chauffage, que des mensonges si j'avais su , j'aurais pris des photos il faut vraiment changer les photos et la description sur le site

Propreté non digne d un hôtel : poils et cheveux sur couverture, papier derrière toilette gobelet avec mégots, moquette sale. Néon arraché, tapisserie qui se décolle et j en passe. Cet hôtel est dans son jus comme on dit et mériterait un bon coup de jeune et de propre. Vu les avis, pas testé le déjeuner. Une chose est sure, plus jamais.

- Malina (10/5): - Der receptionist Murat war hervorragend, freundlich und wir hätten uns keine schönere und hilfsbereitere Ankunft vorstellen können! Wir sind sehr glücklich dieses Hotel gebucht zu haben und bedanken uns noch einmal für den tollen Aufenthalt! Sollten wir wieder einmal in der Nähe sein, würden wir wieder dorthin gehen. Auch beim check out war eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame, die den Schlüssel entgegen nahm. Trotz der Sprachbarriere gaben sich alle sehr Mühe uns alles recht zu machen!

- Verified traveler (4/5): Décevant - Pour un hotel 3 étoiles, l'hygiène n'est pas respecté, la taie d'oreiller était tachée, les toilettes sales et bouchés....le garage n'est pas un parking, il n'y a que 5 places, pas de clim, ni de ventilateur et une chaleur étouffante dans la chambre.....même si l'accueil fut sympathique et que le personnel m'a attribué une autre chambre car j'ai insisté, je ne recommande pas cet hôtel qui vaut une à deux étoiles...
- Alfonso (4/5): Decepción - En general ha sido algo decepcionante. No hablan español, cuando deberia ser normal que hablasen diversos idiomas por ser la ciudad que es. No habia aire acondicionado cuando tambien es necesario en verano y mas con la ola de calor que vivimos estos dias. Dificil conciliar el sueño. Mucho jaleo de los vecinos, las paredes parecen de papel. No cambian las toallas diariamente. Las 3 estrellas deben ser del siglo pasado. Los desagües de la ducha y del lavabo se embozaban. Y por ultimo hay que destacar que la puntuacion que Hoteles.com muestra en la web y app no coincide con lo vivido por nosotros. Lo unico bueno es la ubicacion del establecimiento.
