Die Lage des Hauses gut, die ebenerdige Lage des Zimmers mit den direkt am einzigen Fenster vorbeilaufenden Fußgängern ehr schlecht! Deswegen ist das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis definitiv schlecht, da wären andere Zimmer im Ort zum gleichen Preis sicher besser gewesen!

La mauvaise isolation phonique qui nous a valu d’être dérangés par un client de la chambre voisine venant nous enjoindre à 10h00 pile d’arrêter de parler et de baisser le son de la télé , ceci alors que nous parlions tout à fait normalement et le volume sonore de la télé n’était pas exagéré, effectivement, nous nous sommes rendu compte que nous aussi entendions parfaitement les éternuements, mouchages et chasse d’eau etc…de la chambre voisine! Objectivement, il y a bien un problème d’isolation phonique.

• HEULLUY (1/5): Voleur !!!! - Le prix excessif pour une prestation médiocre. Les femmes de ménages ignoblent avec le client. Le menage fait au bon vouloir de celles ci. Notre chambre a été nettoyée un jour sur deux. Une chambre qui s apparente plus a une cage a lapin où pour aller prendre sa douche il faut enjamber le toilette. Mon compagnon etant grand, pour aller au toilette il devait laisser la porte ouverte car ses jambes dépassaient de la salle de bain microscopique. La climatisation qui ne fonctionne que lorsque la fenêtre est ouverte. Appel d air sûrement !!??. La climatisation est bloquée a 24 degrés impossible de mettre en dessous. Aucun meuble de rangement si ce n' est un dressing lui aussi microscopique et bancale. Le distributeur de boisson fraîche inclu dans la prestation en panne et caché par un chariots de linge sale. A fuir!!!!!

• Federico (5/5): Pessima: tra il dire e il fare, c’è di mezzo il mare! - Ottima posizione, gentilezza del proprietario Abbiamo prenotato un appartamento per 3 persone. L’appartamento non era come nelle foto, i comodini non ci sono e le lampade nemmeno. Non esistono i prodotti da bagno e viene fornito un telo a persona, con quel telo si deve fare tutto. Nel minuscolo spazio del wc sulla testa si trova il boiler e lo si urta costantemente. Il condizionatore non funzionava, nel salvavita però l’interruttore era stato staccato ma comunque non c’erano i telecomandi per farlo funzionare. Il balcone è 60 cm di larghezza circa e sprovvisto di tavolo e sedie che invece ci sono in foto . La persiana della camera era rotta. L’unico tavolo presente nell’appartamento è un arredo da giardino chiuso in un armadio insieme alle sedie e alla piastra per cucinare. Se si utilizza il tavolo non si può più girare per la stanza. Nel letto singolo mancano parte delle doghe quindi sedendocisi sopra si sprofonda. L’impianto elettrico , non conosco le regolamentazioni Francesi ma in Italia dubito che sarebbe a norma. Le scale per arrivare all’appartamento sono scomode e ripide. In bagno non esistono mensole dove appoggiare un bagnoschiuma o qualsiasi altra cosa. Il telefono della doccia non può essere fissato perché non c’è il supporto. Mancano totalmente aspiratori o finestre nel bagno che quindi si riempie di umidità. Sappiamo che la categoria dell’hotel è due stelle ma avendo pagato 660€ per tre notti ci aspettavamo una struttura diversa. Non commentiamo il check in anticipato perché il proprietario, dopo una telefonata abbastanza irritante, ha poi riconosciuto il suo errore e si è scusato offrendoci una colazione, ma avevamo richiesto con largo anticipo se avessimo potuto avere la camera alle 12.30, la richiesta era stata accettata, ma al nostro arrivo abbiamo dovuto aspettare ugualmente un’ora e mezza.

• vincent (8/5): - Petit hôtel propre, très bien placé (proche port, commerce), calme, climatisé. Accueil sympathique, petit déjeuner sans chichi, on a passé un très bon séjour. Pas de parking voiture inclus, horaires méditerranéens pour le petit déjeuner (début 8h) à savoir pour les matinaux.

Do not rely on a parking space, because there isn't such, though we were told that at the time of our visit it is usually easy to find. The evening we checked in, we were driving around for more than an hour to find a car park lot. The air conditioning is not functioning. We were told they had problems due to a storm the previous evening but no one appeared to fix it. And believe it or not, it wasn't very nice to be in an apartment with no A/C when it is hot outside. Furthermore, due to the same lack we had to sleep with doors open and in fact we had no sleep for 2 nights because people outside were having fun. An interesting fact was that we weren't provided with a remote control for the above mentioned AC, I wonder why.

• Maria Carla (8/5): Tornerei all'hotel, ma chiederei una stanza più grande - La posizione è perfetta e il proprietario e le signore delle pulizie molto gentili e disponibili. Intorno ci sono tutti i negozi necessari e la spiaggia è molto vicina Noi siamo stati nello studio per 3 persone. È molto piccolo e il bagno poco confortevole. Il rubinetto talmente piccolo che si riesce solo a bagnare lo spazzolino. La doccia non si appoggia da nessuna parte e gli asciugamani benché cambiati tutti giorni, sono solo 1 per persona con cui asciugarsi, mani, viso, ecc... quindi raccomando di portarsene uno in più, se si ritiene opportuno...

L'accueil y est très chaleureux, et notre hôte est toujours à l'écoute et très serviable. Un grand merci à tout le personnel pour leur gentillesse et leur professionnalisme.
