Maria del Rosario (9/5): Recomiendo 100% - El hospedaje es hermoso, se encuentra un poco retirado del centro de baños lo que permite tener una estadìa tranquila fuera del ruido y bullicio del centro. Es un ambiente familiar. encuentra a 15 minutos caminando del centro de baños. La habitaciones muy muy amplias, las camas super cómodas, la ducha tiene buena presión y agua caliente. Llega WIFI con buena señal a la habitación. El hospedaje tiene un jardín precioso desde donde se ve el volcàn Tungurahua. El desayuno es abundante y muy rico. Quienes están a cargo del Hostal som muy amables y serviciales. Todo excelente, nada negativo.

David (8/5): Decent hostel outside Banos city center - Extremely friendly hosts. They served a very good breakfast, we got an extra coffee and could refill our water bottles. They have a lovely garden and you can rent mountainbikes for a decent price. There is a good restaurant (La Parrilla) around the corner. The room was quite basic and a bit smelly.

We enjoyed everything, especially the foods and the beautiful place. The family was so welcoming and helpful. Thank you so much Blanca and your family for taking such great care of me and my daughter. Thank you for your daughter Christina for being a big sister to my girl. We loved EVERYTHING.

Quiet area (except for the odd music truck that drove past). The WiFi was good in the restaurant area (30mbps) but didn't work in my room. The area is OK. It's away from the centre so quiet. It's only a 15 minute walk to the centre. Nice garden area. Large room. The WiFi didn't work in my room but was fine in the common / restaurant area. They said that I was near the router but I think that the walls are so thick that the signal can't get through (2 mbps max if I could connect). If you need WiFi then ask for a room with a router.

Jamie (9/5): Hostal Inti Luna stay - A really brilliant accommodation. Arrived a day early and departed a day early but still the amazing host only charged myself for 3 nights. My brother joined and was only charged 18 US dollars to share my room. Lovely breakfast and great grounds. Would thoroughly recommend this Hostal. Lovely and friendly hosts

The location is quiet and safe with a great view on the peak of the vulcano. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. We will definetly return.
Carmen (10/5): Lovely stay in Banos - I loved our stay at Hostal Inti Luna. The owners (Julio and his family) were very accommodating and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure we had a good stay in Banos and helped us answer questions about tours. The property has a beautiful lawn, the rooms were clean, showers were hot, daily housekeeping available, and cute dogs! A nice and quiet property only 15 minutes walk from the center of Banos Nothing! Everything was perfect
Iván (6/5): Para dormir no más - El lugar tenía dos perros bravos que realmente nos tenían aterrados a nuestra llegada. No tenían generador de energía por lo que en el apagón tuvimos que bañarnos con agua helada. Un poco descuidada el Hostal como tal.
Stef (10/5): Exceptional - The place is really beautiful with a great view and a nice garden. Unfortunately, it was quite far away from the centre. There are no nice cafes/restaurants close by, so we needed to walk every time 20 min to the centre. It is in front of a primary school which was very, very noisy from early in the morning. Great place to stay during the weekends or school holidays.
Eamonn (9/5): Solo travel away from the bustle - The host was wonderful, so so helpful with your questions and touristic advice! The location, a 15min walk from the centre is a great relief from the generators' noise and fumes during the blackouts, the room is decent, and there's a baños termales nearby! Couple of little niggly things ref the bathroom but the stay was just so great overall I couldn't dwell on it.

Bastien (10/5): Nice accommodation with very friendly staff - It was a great place, the staff was soooo friendly, it made our stay even better! If you want, you can eat there, they make good pizzas! The breakfast is included and it's delicious. The accommodation is located 10 to 15 minutes by walk to the center of Baños.

Cheryl (6/5): Nice views but noisy, guests are allowed to party 😓 - The views of the surroundings are amazing! The staff is always kind and willing to help you with everything you need. They are pet friendly and have a great garden for dogs. The breakfast was good. The parking lot is the garden and it can be chaotic when there are more people. If you’re looking for a peaceful place, this one is not. The night we spent in there we couldn’t sleep because other guests were parting loudly all night. We asked for spa service and were supposed to enjoy the spa area privately, but that was not the case. We had to share the space with the loud guests that were constantly staring at us while in the jacuzzi. The spa services also were not provided on time and we had to wait a lot of time to get from the jacuzzi to the mud treatment, which seems to be kind of improvised. The entrance door is always open, so even if the garden is great for dogs and kinds, you can really feel safe to let them run free. The rooms and leaning were reasonably clean but there are insects and spiderwebs in all the corners.

Julio (10/5): Great place in Baños - Great location. Breakfast was awesome. They even accommodate my diet meals. The owners were very courteous and friendly. My family and I had a wonderful time there I thought the jacuzzi was included in the room rate but you have to pay extra money for it. Beside that I enjoyed my time at Inti Luna.

The room was clean , yet basic stuff was missing. We arrived late night , so we didn’t want to bother anyone. No hand towel or. Towel on the floor. Bathroom walls need some extra cleaning. Helen (9/5): Superb - The owners made us feel very welcome. The property is in a fabulous location on the outskirts of the town so it was lovely and peaceful. Cute little room. Wonderful breakfast which varied most days. Our final day we had pancakes with fruit. It is a fair walk into the main town area so we did plenty of walking but it is very easy to catch a taxi if preferred. There is a thermal spa only a 10 minute walk away further up the road which is nestled in the hill. Great to relax in after a busy day taking in one of the many tours or activities on offer in and around Banos.

Carisa (9/5): Great place to stay with large grassy area and friendly host dogs! - We chose this quiet neighborhood location because it was on the outskirts of town and not in the crowded center. (One of the hot springs is just up the same road and easy walking distance). We also traveled with kids and we loved that it had a big green grassy area and outdoor space. The morning breakfast was very good (fresh juice, eggs, bread and coffee). We all LOVED the host dogs, Luna & Gordo and the cat Max. The Hostal has a full menu for lunch & dinner and it’s quite good if you come back late from a full day tour and you don’t want to go into the Center to eat. The owner went above and beyond and helped us arrange for a private driver on the day we left to take us to the Coast. She selected a taxi driver with a lot of experience in a nice 4x4 truck who took good care of us on the 11.5 hour trip. This location is very busy on the weekends when Ecuadorians travel to Banos for a weekend trip. You are so busy doing activities during the day that you come back and rest. The TV has access to Netflix, You Tube and good WiFi. Nothing

Endre (9/5): One of the best stays in Ecuador - The view from the garden is priceless!!! It was so nice to have peace and quiet, breakfast in the garden. Something I’ve come to appreciate later in our trip around Ecuador. The family really tried to accommodate to my breakfast preference and I even got beautiful, tasty pancakes one morning. We also forgot our card at the accommodation and within seconds they ran to help us retrieve it at the bus station. The only downside was that the shower took a while to heat up.

They didn't have a record of my booking when I arrived so didn't have a room ready hours after check-in time. The walls are really thin so if you have three men in the next room as I did it's difficult to sleep when they are up all night. The location is not great better places more central

Maria, sa fille et son gendre,ont été des hôtes remarquables. Aux petits soins, attentifs et généreux, ils nous ont permis de passer un agréable séjour. L'hôtel est dans un joli jardin très soigné. Les chambres sont simples, spacieuses et très propres. La literie est de bonne qualité. Peut être quelques petites améliorations augmenteraient le confort du voyageur: pouvoir poser son savon sous la douche, pouvoir étendre une serviette facilement, quelques cintres dans la penderie ........ des petites choses pratiques.
