- Scott (10/5): - Great place very nice room
- Gordon (10/5): - We had a great stay. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was very good too.

- U9197PFlindac (10/5): Beautiful B and B in Red Lodge. - Fabulous hosts and lovely place to stay. Breakfast was epic. Location is very convenient for enjoying Red Lodge by foot. We would definitely stay with Leah and Gordon again.
- jes22 (10/5): Very good B&B - The B&B is located on the main street so an easy walk to all the shops and restaurants. The property had a nice sitting area and dining area. The property had three rooms (all upstairs), we chose the jacuzzi tub room. The hosts were very nice and informative. The breakfast was wonderful. This is a nice option for lodging if visiting Red Lodge.
- Ramkumar (10/5): Lovely place to stay at Red Lodge - Stay was very comfortable. The room had a queen bed and a twin bed for my kid. Place is on the middle of everything at Red Lodge. We could walk to everywhere. The hosts were friendly and breakfast was very tasty. They had complementary soda, water and beer. Overall an excellent experience. I'd visit again.
- DENNIS (10/5): - The communication was excellent prior to our stay and the hospitality outstanding! Cleanliness and breakfast was amazing!
- Michelle (10/5): - Gordon and Leah were fantastic hosts. They couldn’t do enough for you and Leah’s breakfasts were out of this world. Loved visiting with them. Our room was super cute and comfortable. Big nice shower Jacuzzi tub and the bed was the most comfortable of our entire vacation. Fantastic ambiance. One evening when I went to my car there was a deer at the church next-door just eating flowers.
- F5902XYjenniferm (10/5): Don't miss this terrific spot! - What a gem!! We stayed overnight and felt so welcome. The rooms are so clean and charmingly decorated. Our room had the most wonderful shower...we'd have stayed an extra day just for that! We walked to town for dinner and sat on the front porch after it rained and cooled off. We enjoyed a delicious homemade breakfast including very tasty scones. Our host gave us excellent guide tips for driving over Beartooth Pass and encouraged us to reconsider our route. We were so glad he did!
- Larry (10/5): - Outstanding Host and Hostess! We really enjoyed staying here and highly recommend. Breakfast was superb!!!
Thank you for being so kind to my wife and I.

- kathleenbC9688VD (10/5): Must stay in Red Lodge! - Our hosts, Gordon & Leah Gallagher, were wonderful! Very helpful and accommodating, but they did not hover and left us alone to enjoy our visit to Red Lodge.
The very clean home, which was built in the early 1900’s, was very comfortable and you felt like you were visiting family members. The breakfast served to us was fabulous as well!
- vonnief384 (10/5): Absolutely fantastic - The hosts Gorden and Leah are excellent. Breakfast is top notch. Leah is an excellent cook. It's a wonderful place to stay. It feels like home. I love having coffee on the front porch. It's a block walk from downtown. Every time I get a chance I stay here. Would recommend to anyone.
- Jennifer (10/5): - This was a wonderful place to stay during the Beartooth Rally. Right on the main drag, we parked the car for the entire stay and did not have to drive!
Despite high temps during the day, our room was cool and comfortable. Very clean, quiet, and the best part—amazing breakfast. Quiches, pancakes, scones, fresh fruit, yogurt, granola. Better than any breakfast a person could find at any restaurant—reminded me of a holiday breakfast.
We were in the Emerald Room with a rollaway bed. Both beds were very comfortable and we had a spacious private bathroom with a jetted tub.
Highly recommend!
- 456marshas (10/5): Charming and comfy place tended to by an extraordinary couple. - The Irish Rose is a charming, cozy home within walking distance to the heart of town. Gordon and Leah are the most gracious and caring innkeepers, and Leah prepares absolutely wonderful breakfasts. If I ever get to that neck of the woods again, I will definitely stay with them.
- Susan (10/5): - Adorable BnB right on Broadway in downtown! Park your car and all walkable! Red Lodge is very quaint with great places to eat!
Gallagher’s Irish Rose is amazing! Very charming inside, cozy, comfortable and super clean! Breakfast was delicious! Gordon and Leah are welcoming hosts & helped with Beartooth Hwy info! Highly recommend!
- Lou Ann (10/5): - A nice change from a hotel room!
- 699stacyv (10/5): Great stay on our way to Yellowstone! - The hosts Gordon & Leah were wonderful. Their place is very convenient to downtown places but just enough out of town to be private. The inn is lovely & Leah’s baking was amazing! Her scones were some of the best I’ve ever had! Red Lodge is very convenient to entering Yellowstone National Park through the Beartooth Pass which we also highly recommend!
- AmberBHanlon (10/5): Great stay and breakfast! - We were fortunate enough to get a room at Gallagher's Irish Rose B&B while on a 2 week motorcycle road trip. Gordan and Leah were perfect hosts, location is great to quickly walk to many great spots in Red Lodge. The best part of the stay was the breakfast - fantastic meal made by Leah, especially the scones! Highlight recommend!
- Ann (10/5): - Cute B&B. Would stay there again
- Kerry (10/5): - Wonderful, quiet stay with a lovely delicious breakfast!
- Steven (10/5): - Great place to stay in Red Lodge! We stayed there one night on June 15 on our way to across the Beartooth Highway to Cooke City and Yellowstone.
Gordon and Leah were so nice and inviting in their home. Easy walking distance along main street of Red Lodge to restaurants and stores.Leah put on a very nice breakfast of pancakes and fruit and great coffee.
Red Lodge area is really nice and would like to visit again in the future and would definitely stay at this B&B again.

- Steve (10/5): - Too cute, ask for the room with the spa bathtub. Owners are attentive and serve a great breakfast.
- Wanderer829996 (10/5): Irish Rose-a fantastic B & B - We had a wonderful stay at the Irish Rose. Gordon and Leah were great hosts. They made us feel welcome and had great suggestions for the area. We loved meeting their sweet dog too. The rooms were very comfortable and clean, and the breakfasts were delicious and filling. We hope to stay at the Irish Rose again one day!
- Jeremy (10/5): - Close to everything but quiet and peaceful. It was a wonderful and very comfortable stay, fabulous breakfast, lovely host and hostess. Hope to visit again soon!
- MickiBillw (10/5): Perfect 4th of July spot - We spent a delightful 5 nights over the 4th of July weekend in the Irish Rose room.
Each morning Leah and Gordon prepared a delicious breakfast for us—fresh berries, a choice of flavored yogurts, homemade granola, and a different tasty entree (e.g., French toast with homemade sauce, scrambled eggs with cheese and mushrooms) and sides (e.g., sausage, toast). Sometimes other guests joined us at the dining table. As they presented or cleared plates, the Gallagher’s took a few minutes to chat about our plans for the day and offer helpful suggestions.
We especially loved indulging in a complimentary soda or water while sitting on the front porch—some days watching the town’s multi-day 4th of July parade pass by; other days chatting with passersby who stopped to admire Leah’s gorgeous flower garden. The heart of Red Lodge, with several good restaurants, farmers market, and shops, was only a right turn and a short stroll from the Inn. Gordon tipped us to where to find a hiking/ walking path that winds up the “bench” to the rodeo grounds (~25 min walk from Inn) so that we could avoid the parking lot traffic jam. “Bench” is the elevated area that surrounds the town.. We also discovered that the corner of the porch is a perfect place from which to view 4th of July fireworks!
- G7055RHdavef (10/5): Weekend trip - Was a very good visit. Gorden and Leah are very good hosts. The rooms are very clean. They attended to all of our needs. The was food is excellent, Leah is a fantastic cook. Thank you so much for everything, we will be back.
- Bigimeyer (10/5): Great stay - We stayed with the Gallagher‘s in the beginning of June on our way into Yellowstone. Our stay was wonderful. We had a great breakfast and Gordon and Leah are very kind hosts. Also all our questions were answered perfectly. We would definetly return.
- T4966QOmichaelm (10/5): Birthday Trip - When here for my wife's birthday. Lovely Bed and Breakfast. The Inn Keepers are friendly and nice. The room was excellent. We had the room with the hot tub. The breakfast was also excellent. We had pancakes, quiche, fresh fruit, coffee. We also got the recipe for the pancakes. I can't wait to make them at home.
- ssulzberger (10/5): Vacation in Red Lodge - great Bed and Breakfast - close to the Bear Tooth Pass, which was an amazing drive. Close to hiking. Walking distance to the downtown area with shopping and great restaurants. Gordon gave us 2 great restaurant recommendations.
- X7918MIdonnar (10/5): We love Red Lodge, Montana - My husband and I visited Red Lodge, Montana for a few days in August. This lovely Bed and Breakfast was the perfect home base for our visit. The Inn keepers are friendly and informative, they gave us great recommendations for hikes, drives and restaurants. Their breakfasts are delicious with homemade quiche, pancakes and scones during our visit. We were able to access coffee and cold drinks 24/7. We truly enjoyed our visit and look forward to a return visit.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - What a sweet home this was to stay in! Gordon and Leah were so lovely and their home made you feel so comfortable! We were able to walk down through town and then head back without even driving. The breakfast was amazing! Thanks for a great stay in Red Lodge.
- adriaandianao (8/5): Quiet On Main Street - We loved our first time visit to the Irish Rose B&B. We chose the Emerald Room in this quaint get away right on the corner of Main Street, Red Lodge. Our hosts were gracious and attentive to details. We look forward to coming back again!
- PeteBarb_IL (10/5): Great location, great hosts - Very nice old home. We were there 4th of July and were able to sit on the front porch and watch the parade. Breakfasts to die for! Hosts were very accommodating. Beds were a little soft for us, but very comfortable. We give Irish Rose "two thumbs up"!
- 427rick (10/5): A great place to stay - We were pleasantly surprised to find out how big and beautiful the rooms were. A Jacuzzi tub, an excellent shower, a very nice bed and TV. Breakfast the next morning with the owners Gordon & Leah along with the other guests was the best.
I would highly recommend this B&B to anyone who plans to travel to Red Lodge Montana!
- Rick (10/5): - Everything was absolutely great. We were totally surprised. I would recommend this establishment to everyone.
- 189codyb (10/5): Reunion - We loved the home feel of the Irish Rose. The owners were great hosts and the breakfast was to die for! We also lived the convenience of being located downtown for easy access to stores and restaurants.
- Cody (10/5): Won’t be disappointed - It was great for several reasons. Location was downtown with easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast was to die for and the other guess were great to visit with at breakfast. It was just a great experience. I would do it again if I was staying in Red Lodge.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay at the Irish Rose B&B. It was clean and quiet. Beautiful art work adorned the walls. The breakfast was served a little early to suit my travel schedule. It was fantastic. I would absolutely stay here again.
- Larry (10/5): Wonderful B&B in the quaint town of Red Lodge - I absolutely loved staying at the Irish Rose in Red Lodge. Very spacious room with a comfortable bed. Quiet. Delicious home cooked breakfast in the company of other guests definitely beats any standard continental breakfast you get at most hotels and motels. Perfect location where you can walk the main drag with wonderful shops and restaurants. Worked out perfect for me being only 2 blocks from the Cycle Greater Yellowstone camp.
- williwaw66 (10/5): Gracious Hosts and Wonderful Accomodations... Strongly Recommended! - The Irish Rose B&B was one of the best stays we had during a 5,600 mile trip from Maryland to Wyoming/Montana and back. The hosts were most gracious, the home is beautifully restored and appointed, the private room was very comfortable, and the bathroom was modern and well equiped. We had a wonderful breakfast after a good night's sleep. We very much appreciated the good communications from Gordon prior to our arrival. Red Lodge is a very cool little town. We hightly recommend the Irish Rose B&B for anyone traveling to or through Red Lodge.
- Samuel (10/5): Blizzard on 212 - We were so impressed by the proprietor of the Irish Rose. When we called him close to 10:00 p.m., finally having phone service, he was incredibly hospitable. We explained that a blizzard had blocked our arriving by highway 212, and therefore we were 2.5 hours later than planned. He freely offered to wait for arrival at 10:30, and then graciously showed us our room and amenities at that late hour. He was most gracious and kind! And the breakfast was the most creative and delicious of our two week road trip. Thank you!!
- W6812OOteresab (2/5): Terrible Customer Service - My husband and I and our 2 friends were traveling Montana on our Harleys. Rode 5 hours to Red Lodge so I could write this off our bucket list. We were tired and needed to find a place to stay. We rang the doorbell and the "wife" answered. The look on her face was the look of a judgmental scared woman. We've never been treated that way, ever. We were tired and looked tired with all the gear we had to wear riding in 30 degree weather. I nicely asked if she had a vacancy and you could literally hear her wheels turning. We knew then she would lie to us about their vacancy. And she did! She gave us the "let me ask my husband" excuse. She came back telling us they only had 1 room. She knew we needed 2. What a terrible place to judge us by the way we looked at the time. Not knowing what good and friendly people we actually are. I called later after we found a place to stay and they had more than 1 room available. Shame on this business. I would never recommend them. I will from here on out trash their business as often as I can. I rate this place less than a 1.
- RuthAnn (10/5): - Very beautiful B&B. Owners were very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!
- K (10/5): - Within 5 minutes walking to everything "downtown" Red Lodge.
- Thomas (10/5): Charming and clean. - The Gallagher house was lovely, clean and comfortable. The hosts were equally lovely and made a wonderful breakfast. The homemade scones were absolutely delicious.
