- Sushant (7/5): - The cleaning of the hotel is very good, the hotel staff is very friendly and the cleaning is also very good. However, when the hotel is located in Mahabaleshwar, there should be a heater in the hotel room for those guests because it is very cold in Mahabaleshwar.

- Raghuvanshi (1/5): I will not recommend this Hotel ever to anyone. - Dinner - we have taken dinner in their Hotel only. Food Items ordered were delivered soon and tasty. 1. We have booked Standard Room, but it was of very 3rd class quality. 2. Bed sheets were dirty and it smells very bad. It seems it hasn’t changed from long time. 3. Bath Towels were dirty, after our complaints they have changed. ( my suggestion is to always carry our own towels and do not use hotel provided towels) 4. Bathrooms were dirty, we found earthworms too. 5. Electric kettle was not functioning, they have changed it after my complaint. 6. TV was not functioning. 7. AC was not functioning. 8. Electric sockets were loose and not functioning and possibility of shock circuits. It seems they are not serious about customer service. We are not expecting luxury service but Treebo Winter Town Venna lake didn’t even provide basic facilities.

Pillow and cushions were dirty, bedsheet and blankets were really smelly. Toilet seat was broken, geyser was not working. Food was also not very good. Over all this place is not at all worth the money I paid.
