• Tobias (9/5): 100% Weiterempfehlung wenn man in die Zielgruppe passt. Wir würden nochmal hinfahren. - Sehr schönes Konzept mit besonderer Atmosphäre und wirklich hervorragendem Essen! Der DJ am Pool sorgt tagsüber für eine entspannte Stimmung. Jeden Abend gibt es abwechslungsreiche Angebote wie Karaoke, Live-Musik oder auch mal einen Filmabend. Dadurch wird es nie langweilig, gleichzeitig gibt es aber keine aufdringliche Animation oder ähnliches. Die Unterhaltung ist angenehm dezent und passt gut zur entspannten Atmosphäre des Hotels. Durchweg sehr freundliches und aufmerksames Hotelpersonal. Auch unter den Gästen herrschte ein entspanntes Miteinander, es gab zum Beispiel keinen typischen „Kampf“ um Liegen am Pool oder andere Ressourcen. Insgesamt ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt, wenn man genau dieses Konzept sucht und sich darauf einlässt.

• Relax68693105045 (8/5): Lovely modern hotel - I recently stayed at Cook’s Club in Crete and had a really lovely experience overall. It’s a very modern hotel with a stylish atmosphere, and from the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome and at ease. We were first greeted by Iro at reception, who gave us such a warm welcome and was very helpful throughout our stay. We also had the pleasure of dealing with Naysika at reception, who was just as friendly and accommodating. As the hotel had just opened for the season, it was very quiet during our stay. However, I can easily imagine it having a really fun and lively atmosphere when it’s busier, with the sun out and the DJ playing great music. The hotel also has a spa on site, which is independently run. The spa receptionist, Irene, was so welcoming and explained everything clearly, which made the whole experience very comfortable. I had my treatment with Ioanna, and it was absolutely lovely—very relaxing and just what I needed. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be to consider including access to the spa and hammam when booking a treatment. At the moment, there are quite a few separate charges for different elements, which can add up and slightly take away from the overall relaxing experience. Overall, it was a wonderful stay with genuinely friendly and attentive staff, and I would definitely recommend it.

The bar is also a highlight — well-made cocktails and a great vibe to enjoy them. What I like most is that, although it’s a hotel, it still feels connected to the community. The music, the people, the overall energy — everything fits naturally with the rhythm of Hersonissos. It’s a place where locals feel just as comfortable as visitors. Overall, Cook’s Club Hersonissos has become one of those spots I’m always happy to recommend — modern, lively, and genuinely welcoming.
• Naomi (8/5): Fijn hotel, goede locatie! - De locatie is echt top! Middenin de hoofdstraat, maar daar merk je eenmaal binnen helemaal niks van. Alles ziet er mooi uit en ze hebben bijna elke avond wel een leuk evenement. Fijne sfeer en mooie faciliteiten. Ook hebben ze 2x per week een yogales waar je zonder aanmelding aan kunt deelnemen. Helaas hadden ze geen opties voor een lactosevrij- en glutenvrij dieet, terwijl dit van te voren wel was aangeven. Op de eerste ochtend van het ontbijt werd aangeven dat er 3 dagen later pas lactosevrije yoghurt zou zijn. Dit had eerder geregeld kunnen worden en moet standaard beschikbaar zijn. De muziek bij het zwembad staat in de middag erg hard en helaas zijn er mensen die hun handdoek al vanaf 8 uur neerleggen. Helaas deed het hotel hier niks tegen, waardoor alle goede bedjes vanaf 9 al vol lagen met handdoeken zonder mensen. Jammer!

• Martina (10/5): Definitiv weiter zu empfehlen !!! - Unser Highlight war definitiv jeden Tag das große Frühstücksbuffet. So viel Auswahl !. & die Preise All a Card waren auch super angemessen (wie als würde man an der Promenade essen) Die angenehme Atmosphäre generell, vorallem am Pool. Die Lage war unfassbar zentral und von der belebten Hauptstraße hat man garnichts mitbekommen. Die Einrichtung war sehr modern. Unsere Betten haben wirklich unsfassbar gequitscht, das man kaum eine ruhige Nacht hatte. Wir haben dies nicht an der Rezeption gesagt, was unser Fehler war. Bin mir sicher wir hätten mit dem netten Personal eine Lösung gefunden.

Obsługa w barze i restauracji szybka. Pyszne jedzenie. Pokój był sprzątany ale podłoga ani razu nie została umyta. Piasek w pokoju leżał cały tydzień. W pokoju nie ma miejsca na rozłożenie walizek, dosłownie deptałyśmy po swoich rzeczach.

• U4379AFalexh (10/5): Excellent stay - I stayed here on my own for a week and had an incredible time. The hotel is really stunning, modern, and you can tell it's ran efficiently by management. Housekeeping also cleaned the rooms daily and the hotel itself was nearly always spotless. The reception staff were really helpful and explained everything clearly during my stay. The spa staff were kind and great at explaining their treatment list and the treatments I had were very good. Magda behind the bar was the stand out as she would always serve with a smile, friendliness and nothing was too much for her. Location was excellent - Close to local shops, beaches and the strip. The food was outstanding, perfectly prepared/cooked but not enough local cuisine on the menus. The only other minor negatives were: 1) On arrival I was upgraded to a better room for one night, then downgraded for the following 6 days after. I appreciate having the upgrade, however it's not the best look to then take that room away from a guest after a night. 2) The sauna/steam room were out of order. (I know this happens, but it didn't seem like there was any effort to rectify the issue).

• Stas (8/5): In general , it was very good - The city the hotel is located is nice. It’s a good city for young people, with a lot of bars and clubs. There were an entertainment program every day until 11pm in the pool that is in the middle of the hotel, which were nice. The double bed in the 3 bed room was good and comfortable. The reception workers were nice and the hotel accommodated for a special request we had. The rooms are comfortable and were cleaned everyday, with a view to the pool. Additionally, you can book a private pool at the spa area, which is incredibly nice,And get a professional massage. There were a few problems. The “spa” area didn’t work, and besides a private pool you can book, everything like the jacuzzi and sauna needs to be paid for. The food is not really good, with a little variance in the grand scheme of food itself, with mostly the same menu every day. There was a small kitchen in the room with electrical stove , fridge , however there were no frying pans, dishes.So if you want to cook by yourself it’s problematic.

Took a while to work out why the Aircon wasn't working as it switches off every time you open the door to the balcony. Bar staff were good and the bean bags around the pool are very comfy so not a problem if you don't get up early enough for a sun bed. Everyone in our party enjoyed the stay the only complaint we had was around smoking. It is very difficult to get away from it as ash trays are places everywhere around the pool and bar, people were even vaping in the breakfast room. Otherwise a good holiday was had by all and the location was perfect it suited everyone in our party from age 19 to 52.
• Compass55272106943 (2/5): Stuck up - I travel a lot and have been to many parts of Greece, including Crete, but honestly, this has to be one of the rudest and most pretentious places I’ve ever experienced. It’s called a 'club hotel,' yet the only ones allowed to have fun—or make any noise—are the hotel itself. Sunbeds are impossible to get, so you’re left trying to catch some sun on a beanie bag. Music is on blast and the hotel looks nothing like its photos. Definitely won’t be coming back.
• Martin (10/5): Cooks Club jederzeit wieder 👍👍👍 - Liegt sehr zentral in Hersonissos. Sofort ist man am Strand, wo es wirklich wundervolle Restaurants und Bars gibt. Wenn man Ruhe sucht, dann ist man hier falsch. Am Nachmittag gibt es immer coole DJ‘s am Pool. Sehr lässige Beats. Wir kennen das Konzept schon von anders Cooks Clubs in Rhodos. Preis Leistung stimmt hier einfach. Das Personal ist unglaublich nett und hat unseren Urlaub bereichert. Wir sagen Danke an das gesamte Cooks Club Team. Die Getränke und das Essen waren hervorragend. Die Preise hierfür besser als in angrenzenden Lokalen. Sehr souverän fanden wir auch, das das Hotel durch gegriffen hat gegenüber den lästigen Poolliegenreservierer, die schon frühmorgens schon versucht haben, mit privaten Dingen ihre Liege zu reservieren. Wurde einfach wieder vom Hotel entfernt. Bravo 👏 hierfür. Toll, wie das vom Personal gehandhabt wurde.
• Curious614518 (10/5): 10/10 perfect holiday! - Cooks club Hersonissos is literally the best hotel I have ever been to! The staff is really nice and helpful. If you have a complaint they’ll fix it immediately and they really listen to you. Every single one of the staff members is kind! The food and drinks are a 10/10! They have an amazing bar with a very wide selection of spirits and they really know how to make an excellent cocktail! The breakfast has a wide variety to choose from and everything is made fresh. The rooms are modern and very clean. The housekeeping came by everyday to clean and to bring fresh new towels and bedsheets. They have a beautiful spa and gym! The pools are nice and there is enough place to go sunbathing. In the afternoon there’s a dj so the vibe is so nice! We would definitely recommend this place! Thankyou team Cook’s club for giving us an unforgettable holiday!
• C2701RPwilll (10/5): 11/10 would stay again - Our stay at Cooks Club Hersonissos was amazing. Firstly the staff were all incredible. Any query we had was dealt with perfectly by the front desk where whoever we spoke to was more than happy to go above and beyond to help. Pool staff were really lovely and bar staff too. The music in the day was not too loud which was great and almost sunbeds were in sunlight most of the day too which was great for October! The pool was always very clean and not too busy even though the hotel was fully booked, and rarely had reserved sunbeds too. The location is great too being only a 5 minute walk from most busy restaurants at the seafront. As well as being on the main road through Chersonisos so travel by bus to Heraklion or Stalis was so easy and cheap! The food at the hotel is also incredible where we ate 3 evenings while staying. Amazing value for money and the selection is wide too. Our room was cleaned daily to a high standard too.

• Bozena (8/5): - Nice hotel for young people that want to relax at the pool. Make sure to arrive during the day while there are english speaking staff. The breakfast was very nice and had lots of varieties. We arrived during the night and the concierge didn‘t have our reservation and told us that he doesn‘t know anything and that we have to talk to his colleagues in the morning because he doesn‘t know what to do. In the end he gave us a room, which was ok but very very small and the furniture was very used. For one night it was ok buf wouldn‘t have stayed longer in this room

The rooms are allright, bit outdated if you ask me. The shower goes warm to cold all the time, but i think thats everywhere you go in Greece. Housekeeping is not the best. Overall, i think its defenitly a nice hotel if you are young and want to relax.
• nicolewJ7945PL (10/5): Perfect location in the Heart of Crete!🇬🇷💙 - Stayed at Cook’s Club and it was an amazing experience from start to finish. All the staff were extremely friendly and lovely to talk too. Check in was simple, you downloaded the cooks club app and checked in, it showed you what events were on and which days etc. You got a 22 euros credit to spend per person which I found was very handy especially with going Half Board. You could use the 22 Euros either for Dinner or your evening meal. The Pool facilities were excellent as well, you got two cards for pool towels at the hotel, members of staff coming around asking if you wanted drinks etc or you could go to the bar if you wanted too and they would bring you them to your sun loungers. The room we stayed in was a decent size room as well with a balcony, over looking the pool for us so we got to see football that was on from our balcony whilst getting ready. The fridge came in handy as well to put in fresh water. The events that they do at this hotel are exceptional. From BBQ nights to DJ vs Violinist, Movies on a Sunday Night and plenty more. The drinks weren’t too expensive either. The hotel is in the heart of Crete with plenty of restaurants and bars to go too. If you love shopping, plenty of shops to choose from as well. A shop next door to the hotel as well so you can get your late night snacks too. We want to say a big thank you to all of the Cleaners and Chefs that work at Cook’s Club. The cleaners clean your room everyday without failure, the chefs cook you omelettes at breakfast or anything that you asked for. They had a variety of options to choose from for breakfast as well from omelettes to pancakes, waffles to fruit and cereals and plenty more. With the hotel being in the heart of Hersonissos, you have the White Lion across the road which we visited plenty of times. We loved Shenanigans bar so much. We would highly recommend this adults only hotel to anyone. We will see you real soon, we had such an amazing experience with you. That we are looking to come back to visit you again next year.

• 489tessad (10/5): Fabulous hotel and staff - This hotel is stunning, so clean and all the staff are friendly, welcoming and very hard working! We have to say Erica (guest relations) was exceptional, she was so knowledgeable about the island and gave the most amazing recommendations for restaurants and beaches she really is an asset to the hotel she works non stop (as do all the staff) just a lovely genuine person! The rooms are cleaned every day - our room was massive (junior suite). If i had to critique anything it would be to have smart TVs (some nights you just want to chill and watch a movie) and the DJ to play a different set each day as the playlist can be repetitive but this is a minor - i would definitely use Cooks again in the future as it was pretty faultless thanks for a beautiful holiday

From indulging in the many delicious dishes offered in the restaurant, to unwinding poolside, dj playing, and a frozen strawberry daiquiris in hand (naturally) - the very hardworking staff at this clean, minimalist, industrial theme hotel go above and beyond to offer their guests a holiday to remember. The rare negative reviews don’t justify the many, many positive ones. I find it rather odd that a small number of guests didn’t research beforehand the type of hotel that they chose to come to of their own volition - common sense isn’t for everyone I guess. Would like to give an extra shout out to Damira on reception, and Claire and Marina in the cantina - you ladies really show Greek hospitality at its finest and I hope your managers recognise how tirelessly you work to help guests. All staff genuinely went the extra mile in service roles that often get overlooked by visitors - without you all there would have been no holiday! Thanks again CC Hersonissos!!!

Also a special shoutout to Erika who with her enthusiasm and warm aura made you feel at home and very much included. The pool facilities are fantastic with very comfortable service, the towel service is a great add on. The breakfast buffet is overwhelming good, something nice for everyone for sure! We also tried out the spa again with lovely staff and good quality massage. Room was comfortable with out own little balcony to chill at. Probably the most special thing about Cooks Club for me were the special events, bbq, movie night, live music, dancers and dj’s. The vibe was always good. Made it fun to hang out at the hotel itself if you were up to have a chill evening. In short we loved it, once more i would like to give a big thank you to the staff, will definitely book here again if i am going back to Chersonissos.

Only complaint is lack of kettle in rooms and lack of lighting. The rooms were always so dark and so difficult to get ready in an evening. And a cup of tea would have been lovely to have of an evening or first thing, when there is no other option to have one.

• 417susanjaneb (10/5): Well worth every penny - Turned up and thought of no it's so young...had to change rooms as had issues with our room, and was not ready...but moved in our room the next day..we stayed breakfast and evening meal...the food is amazing lots of choice.all cooked fresh... beautiful breakfast as well..the staff especially Magda I think that was her name in the restaurant was so so lovely...all the staff could not do enough for you...it was a lovely chilled relaxing hotel...our reception staff were lovely, nothing to much trouble...my only tiny issue is you can only use your 22 euros voucher in the restaurant. They only serve wine in there, so had to pay for my vodka even thou I had credit...would 100 percent go back there....highly recommend.
• liaworswick (10/5): Amazing! - This was the first time me and my partner stayed in Hersonissos and it was one of the best holidays we have had! The Hotel is so nice and clean. The staff were so friendly and helpful nothing was ever too much trouble. We were apprehensive about the music being too loud from previous reviews but I can honestly say it’s not as bad as some reviews make out! Around the pool had such a calming and peaceful vibe in the mornings and then the DJ plays songs in the afternoons which me and my partner really enjoyed and it wasn’t too loud. Had the vibe of almost a beach club which was lovely. Sunbeds were easy to get and the hotel had a rule of not reserving them which made it easy every morning to get one. The breakfast was so good, so much option and choices and was always fresh. The only thing I would have liked would have been a coffee machine as they just have coffee in a hot jug which I wasn’t keen on but it wasn’t a big deal. There’s plenty of food and drinks on the menu and every single meal we had was amazing and worth every penny. The hotel is in a perfect location next to lots of shops, the beach and lots of restaurants! Will definitely be retuning again in the future!

• Evan2606 (10/5): Outstanding Hotel - This is an excellent adults-only venue. The food and drinks are brilliant, the staff are all very friendly and the service is quick. The room was perfect, with great air conditioning and a nice balcony, and credit to the cleaning staff who had the whole hotel sparkling clean at all times. The poolside area has a great atmosphere, with DJs during the day and entertainment during the evenings. This hotel is great for everyone, we met many people during our 2 week stay that were of all ages and everyone enjoyed themselves. Prices for food and drinks were also very reasonable and the quality was outstanding with big portions too. The reception staff were so helpful with any questions we had and were always on hand to help. The spa experience was brilliant with good prices for the treatments. We had stayed in Cooks Club in 2023 and knew that for us it is the best place to stay again in 2025 in Hersonissos, and the location is also very central. We will definitely come back again!

• tzach (8/5): נחמד לצעירים, יש מקום לשיפור. - מיקום מעולה קרוב לכל הברים/מסיבות/חנויות. יש דיגי בבריכה ואווירה צעירה קיבלנו חדר שבו במקלחת אין דלת, ובעקבות כך כל חדר האמבטיה והשירותים נהיו רטובים לאחר השימוש. התלוננתי בקבלה ונמסר לנו שזהו המבנה של החדר, אך בבדיקה בתמונות ובתיאור סוג החדר באתר נראה כי כן אמורה להיות שם דלת – ייתכן שפשוט נשברה ולא תוקנה. בנוסף, הכניסה לבריכת המלון פתוחה לכלל הציבור, כך שהבריכה עמוסה מאוד ולעיתים קשה למצוא מיטות פנויות. מעבר לכך, לא ניתן להכניס שתייה אישית לבריכה אלא רק לרכוש במקום במחירים גבוהים – דבר מתסכל במיוחד, שכן שילמנו עבור השהות במלון ובכלל זה גם שימוש בבריכה, וזכותנו להביא בקבוק מים או שתייה אישית פשוטה. הייתי בהמון מלונות גם בארץ וגם בחו”ל ובחיים לא נתקלתי במדיניות כזו. הם אפילו לא מתביישים לבוא ולהעיר לאורחים על כך שהם שותים מים שלא נקנו מהם במחיר מופקע (2.5 יורו לבקבוק מים!!!!). והכי גרוע – הבריכה גם לא נקייה. יש חול בקרקעית וזה מאוד לא נעים להיכנס ככה. קראתי בביקורות קודמות שאמרו שיש בעיה עם הרובוט, אבל התחושה היא שזה לא תקלה נקודתית אלא משהו קבוע שלא מטופל כמו שצריך. כמו כן, ארוחות הבוקר כמעט ואינן משתנות ונשארות די דומות מיום ליום, מה שמקשה על הגיוון והחוויה הקולינרית במהלך השהייה

• MelTheTraveler (7/5): Great location, lack of attention to detail - Amazing location, only 5 minutes walk from the beach and literally on the main strip so access to restaurants and bars is great. Staff were lovely. Whatever we asked for, they were always willing to help and with lots of smiles. From reception, housekeeping to bar staff, everyone was very welcoming and friendly. Our room was ok, best part was the balcony. The air-conditioning was good, comes on automatically when doors close. Also great to have a proper fridge to store our water and snacks. Hotel itself had a lot of amenities but unfortunately we didnt get to use most of the them as it was super busy and packed when we arrived so we didnt tend to spend much time at the hotel. Evening entertainment was super fun! Loved the live singing group on Fridays and movie night by the pool on Sunday was really fun, especially with the fresh warm popcorn. Bar was great, good variety of drink options and delicious cocktails. Also the evening food was pretty tasty, we had dinner at the hotel once and it was quite nice. Rooms and facilities are in much need of renovation. We had to ask to change our room on the first day as it was so dilapidated and dirty. Next room was cleaned whilst we waited. Shower cubicle was so tiny, could barely turn around in it. May be better to turn the bathroom into a wet room and open the shower up to give guests more comfort. Furniture is low with very sharp edges so both myself and my partner badly bashed and bruised our shins. Could solve this by adding some padding strips. There are hot plates fitted in the kitchen but it doesn't work and there isn't any cookware. Should either take these out or give guests the option to prepare food (self catering option). Also would be nice to have some tea/coffee in the room (although we were given a kettle when we asked but without any cups). Breakfast was not good, twice we ordered the freshly cooked omelette and both times it was served burnt (charred black bottom) so we gave up on omelette. The scrambled eggs are powdered so we stuck to boiled or fried eggs. There was some variety of fruit, bread, cakes and cereal which were nice, also the freshly cooked pancakes were nice and fluffy. Poolside music is on full blast most of the day and most days and although there are posted rules against saving sunbeds with towels, it still happened every morning so there wasn't much space. Also the atmosphere was a bit too "rave " instead of "chill". The whole time we stayed, there was 1 day where the DJ seemed to get the vibe and played nice music.

• F7182QRaimees (6/5): More accurate as 3* - We are just over halfway through our 10 night stay and thought we would write a review for anyone considering this hotel, as we rely on these kind of in depth opinions ourselves when booking 🙂. To start with the positives, the hotel is in a very central location. It's just set back from the main road so plenty of shops and bars nearby and the beach is a short walk away. The daily balance for Half Board is useful, meaning you can pick when you eat and also use your allowance on drinks too. They have a good system in place in the restaurant which works well. Food & drink prices are fair and staff are lovely. The hotel itself is pleasant and clean enough, and there is a DJ playing music around the pool daily. Unfortunately, we've stayed in many 4-5* hotels but this doesn't come close, I would give 3* at best. Rooms are spacious and clean but basic and the beds aren't the most comfortable. There is a small kitchen area consisting of a fridge, sink and cooker, but no utensils or pans so pretty useless really, except for the fridge. The air con is good. I would advise keeping the bathroom door shut at all times due to the drain smell from the shower. Breakfast is ok, nothing special but has some variety on offer. The biggest issue we have encountered is the noise and lack of respect from other guests. We arrived at 2am our first night, after a long day we got to our room then barely slept due to the excessive noise through the night. We couldn't figure out if it was neighbours, cleaners or the restaurant below us. After we managed to drift off, we then woke up to no power as the board had tripped and therefore no aircon. The lady on reception (I didn't get a name but with blonde hair) was an absolute pleasure to deal with and did everything she could to help - she is a real asset to the hotel! We were shown a second room which was directly opposite the first, so we asked for somewhere else thinking that wouldn't help the noise problem. We were then moved to the block above reception which was much better for the next few nights. It has since become very noisey but this time with people shouting and arguing in the hallways, or moving furniture around until early hours of the morning causing more sleepless nights. Reception were helpful upon contacting them, but it’s not ideal having to get in touch in the early hours instead of sleeping. The pool is aesthetic and a nice vibe however gets very busy so you won't get a sun lounger from about 10am onwards and there are lots reserved with towels, even though you won't see anyone on them for the full day. It definitely seems like other people come to use the facilities who aren't staying at the hotel, as it gets very very busy, so worth baring that in mind. There is a mix of young groups and couples, but I would say this hotel caters more for those coming for a lively, party holiday. If you don't plan to spend much time in the room, not bothered about a good nights sleep and aren't looking for any luxuries, then it's a safe choice. I would like to add that many of the staff working in the bar / restaurant are extremely friendly and helpful. I appreciate it isn't their fault how the hotel is run, but is such a shame as it's the first holiday we have felt let down and not been able to fully enjoy.

• Sara (10/5): - Das Personal war extrem freundlich, vorallem mit Erika, Claire und Giorgio haben wir uns sehr gut unterhalten. Die Anlage ist gepflegt und sehr schön angelegt. Die Liegen am Pool und im Garten super bequem. Das Essen war zu jeder Tageszeit frisch zubereitet und sehr lecker. Die Auswahl am Buffet riesig und die Portionen ziemlich groß. Sehr zu empfehlen sind auch die Cocktails an der Bar. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet, sauber und die Betten sehr bequem. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenfalls super. Direkt vor der Hoteltür ist man direkt in der Stadt und in wenigen Minuten erreicht man zu Fuß die schöne Strandpromenade zum Flanieren. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und empfehlen das Hotel definitiv weiter! Der einzige Minikritikpunkt, wir hätten uns noch ein paar mehr Liegen mit Schirm oder Schatten gewünscht, aber das ist Meckern auf sehr hohem Niveau.

Guests in the hotel Where mostly between the ages of 21-30. Also a lot of people who like to party. So if you are looking for peace and quiet, This hotel is not for you.

Even though the hotel is located on a busy street, you don’t notice any of the noise. The pool area gets sun all day, and music is played during the day, creating a great atmosphere. Ordering a taxi through reception is easy and convenient. Rooms are very clean and kept spotless during your stay. The only small downside for me was the bed, especially the pillow so if you value your own pillow and have space in your suitcase, I’d recommend bringing it along.

• Tia_demetriou (10/5): The best summer getaway! - We had such a fantastic summer getaway. From the moment we arrived the staff were all so kind and happy to help us. Throughout our time at the hotel, there was never a silly question and they received our requests with a smile - If that was for an extra duvet, a kettle in the room or a midnight tea. We were also amazed at how hard housekeeping work- we were provided daily with new towels, a new shower mat and fresh bedding. The pool was always lively and such a great vibe ! We spent our time reading and taking in the great atmosphere. This quickly became one of our favourite spots to relax! We never got bored of lounging around - the sun beds were comfortable and it was such a plus that we were provided with clean towels daily ! The breakfast buffet was another plus ! We loved the variety and enjoyed trying something new each day. It was good to see how well stocked it was and how it catered for different diets - the staff regularly replenished different stations throughout the morning. Our favourites were the pancakes and waffles, which were cooked in front of us and had a variety of toppings on offer. I miss it already! Everyday there was something to look forward to: from a movie night, live band or a classic violin performance which all added to the holiday getaway vibes. Everyone we met was so kind and overtime we became more like friends. They were easy to talk to and offered great advice on the towns top tavernas. We grew to love Hersonissos and the breathtaking views it has to offer. A great location! A special mention to Erica, which always put a smile on our faces! This hotel is ideal for young adults looking for a modern, vibrant, and relaxing place to stay without the hustle of families and children. The cleanliness is second to none – the entire hotel is spotless and always smells fresh. Our room was beautifully maintained each day with fresh towels and bedding, thanks to the amazing cleaning staff. It’s clear that cleanliness is a top priority here. The beds are also incredibly comfortable, giving us the best night’s sleep after long days sunbathing, swimming, and exploring Crete. The air conditioning was excellent too, keeping the room cool at all times. Breakfast each morning was perfect, with a fantastic selection ranging from fresh fruits, yogurts, and cereals to cooked breakfast options. Everything felt fresh and plentiful, setting us up nicely for the day ahead. A real highlight of our stay was the staff – every single person we encountered was friendly, welcoming, and went above and beyond to ensure our holiday was special. In particular, we’d like to thank Erika (PR & Reception) who was absolutely wonderful. She helped us with bus routes, recommendations, and general local information, always with a smile. Our cleaner also deserves a special mention for her amazing work, even though we sadly don’t know her name. The location is fantastic. The beaches are just a short walk away, and there are plenty of charming family-run Greek tavernas tucked away along side streets nearby. It’s the perfect balance of lively atmosphere and traditional charm. Back at the hotel, the pool area was one of our favorite spots. Sunbeds are free (with fresh towels provided daily via a card system), but can’t be reserved, so it’s worth getting up early if you want to secure a spot. Music by the pool starts off at 1pm, creating a fun, upbeat vibe – just right for younger adults looking to relax but still enjoy a holiday atmosphere. Overall, Cooks Club Hersonissos was everything we could have hoped for and more. As teachers, this was the ideal way to wind down before heading back to work in September. Thank you to everyone at Cooks Club for a truly memorable stay!
• 975tillyd (10/5): Incredible experience - The experience at cooks is unmatched. I have been twice in two months and both times have been incredible. The staff are so polite and friendly, the facilities are always clean and they honestly cannot do enough for you. The hotel is situated in an amazing spot with so much to do both activities and places to eat. The beach is a short walk away. Whether you’re looking for a chilled environment or a party holiday, the option is always there due to the location of the hotel. I will definitely visit again. Ericka, a member of staff at the hotel, is always willing to go above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable, a lovely person who provided recommendations and just general chit chat.

• K6238YEgabriellag (10/5): Beautiful, lively, efficiently run hotel - Loved our stay at Cook’s Club Crete. Beautiful pool area, friendly staff, great food, clean rooms and only a short walk to restaurants/bars/shops. Special mention to the reception staff who were absolute angels!

• dangerousb257 (2/5): Worst welcome in the history of human kind - Hi, first thing i want to explain a few things As a person who has indulged in many resorts in greece, i know the standard, and i know what professional hotels are like. I also would like to say that i regret to make this review, soms cases which i will describe below have led to me having to make this, and this is as a result of the hotels faults, not mine. First of all, as i start to read any lower reviews, the unprofessional manager roasts everybody, and states facts and information, to make the customer look like a fool, and then using expensive words so it would seem professional, it does not, it looks like a child reacts mid temper. Okay so now that you heard this, lets educate you on how to reply, - be friendly -no personal attacks -state the problem, and be friendly in saying why and where you tried to help -no biting or barking back -dont react like an automated machine Now the actual review, First when we arrived, we got steriotyped, they said to not be loud which we never have been, and would never be, next up, everyone but the morning crew has a big attitude, rude, not customer friendly, the service of the functionality, towels etc, are amazing, i love the record side of things, its sad that i just have to check in to a bad mood, people that you ask a question and they react like they just heard the stupidest question and asked it 1000 times, very angry, it was an expensive trip, i was AT least, expecting customer friendlyness, after all, the driades, had customer service that WELCOMED us happy and even ordered food for us!, they were always happy to answer friendly, no matter what the question was, this is called being professional, and especially in hotels, this is the MOST important thing, now i dont expect you to order pizza, i just expect a happy welcome, a smile, etc etc, just explain the rules and let it go, and no, it wasnt just saying you cant be loud, they said “if your loud we have police here that will take you out”, now im sorry, but your hotel crew? This is not normal, and i see that same attitude in your responses to reviews, steriotyping is not okay, and we are well behaved people, we dont even party, imagine that, i would rather go to driades next year, never again… Pool, room, etc etc were perfect, morning crew too, just the night crew is the first thing we seen, and the welcome was hostile.

• Ryan (10/5): - The staff was prompt, professional, and personable. The Summer months at the hotel are frequented by mostly younger, single guests. The demographics shift to a wider audience including mostly couples and families in other months. That being said, an enjoyable experience may be found whenever you visit. Daily afternoon DJ service and a variety of evening shows across the week are provided in the spacious pool area. The breakfast buffet boasts numerous options with my favorite being made-to-order omelette service. Handmade pizzas, gyros, and various other culinary delights are available throughout the day. Drinks from the pool area bar are great with sangria being a particularly great choice while sunbathing. The hotel location is well-situated in the middle of numerous shopping, dining, and entertainment options with exciting nightlife well within walking distance. If fun in the menu for your holiday, then Cook’s Club Hersonissos is the perfect selection!
