• Arno (9/5): Prachtig appartement met uitzicht op zee en vlakbij Dalt Vila - Het maisonnette appartement is werkelijk prachtig: twee ruime badkamers, twee toiletten, een vrijstaand ligbad, twee balkons met uitzicht op de Middellandse Zee, keuken, woonkamer en ruime slaapkamer met een groot tweepersoonsbed en een uitsekend matras. Goede airco. En alles is schoon, mede vanwege de dagelijkse schoonmaak waarbij ook de handdoeken worden ververst. Het is sowieso een mooi modern complex met 24-uurs receptie, ontbijtrestaurant met uitstekend ontbijtbuffet (ook glutenvrij beschikbaar), zwembad met zwembadbar (daarover later meer) en een fitnessruimte. Personeel zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De ligging van het complex is ook supergoed: op 15 minuutjes lopen van Dalt Vila en tevens een goede uitvalbasis naar (de stranden en clubs van) Figueretas en Playa d'en Bossa. Het zwembad en de zwembadbar bleken nog niet geopend. Deze openen kennelijk pas begin/medio mei, hetgeen ons bij het boeken niet bekend was (wij zaten er 29 april - 3 mei). Nu is dit gelukkig zeer goed opgepakt door het management en zijn ze ons hier op een keurige manier tegemoet gekomen. Veel lof hiervoor! Verder is het enige punt ter verbetering de uitrusting van de keuken: er is geen oven (alleen een magnetron) en geen vaatwasser en er is weinig kookgerei en bestek aanwezig. Allemaal niet noodzakelijk uiteraard, want goede restaurants genoeg in de buurt, maar toch... het voelt een beetje als een gemiste kans omdat de ruimte en voorzieningen allemaal wel aanwezig zijn.

• Hanny (1/5): We hebben er wat van gemaakt maar wij komen nooit meer terug en ik zal dit hotel bij niemand aanbevelen - De kamer was op zich goed ( na vwrhuizing door lekkage in de badkamer) Zwembad was dichr, ten tijde van boeken was dat niet aangegeven. Geen enkele compensatie!!! Ja we konden gebruik maken van de spa, tegen betaling!!! Volgens booking zeezicht……. dit was ook niet het geval!

It would have been nice to be told it wouldn’t be open yet for the season as I may have cancelled my booking. Other pools in local hotels were open. The spa pool was not warm and the saunas had also not been switched on.

• Vásquez (10/5): Estupenda estancia. - Está muy bien ubicado, tiene una playa muy cercana y el desayuno es estupendo. Es fácil moverse hacia el centro y hacia muchas zonas de la isla. Todo queda relativamente cerca caminando.

Il giorno dell’arrivo eravamo in reception già alle 10 10,30 sperando in un check in anticipo visto che fuori pioveva che Dio la mandava , ma abbiamo dovuto aspettare fino alle 15,40 per entrare in camera anche se il Chek in era alle ore 15,00 …😡visto che avevamo una prenotazione per 2 gg. non abbiamo avuto modo di goderci la suite anche se era molto bella e accogliente ….

• Vittorio (9/5): Hotel bello da tenere in considerazione per altra visita ad Ibiza. - Struttura moderna, pulita e in una posizione comoda sia alla spiaggia che al centro. Stanza molto bella su 2 livelli con una bellissima vista sul mare. Parte esterna non allestita ed in fase di lavori e sistemazione per la stagione estiva. Piscina non utilizzabile e spa che poteva essere una valida alternativa funzionante a metà in quanto sia bagno turco che sauna ci è stato detto che non erano utilizzabili, sempre per manutenzione.

• davood (6/5): Good hotel if you can sleep at night! - Clean, big and renovated rooms Unfortunately, The windows are not sound proof. There is also a night club right beside the hotel. There was a lot of noise from the drunk people comming out of the club all the way to 6 oclock in the morning and after that the noise from the cars. That's a pitty because we really loved our room. I guess, noise is less of a problem for the rooms that are further away from the street. I tried the spa facility but unfortunately both saunas where turned off.

• filip (9/5): - Bardzo wygodny apartament, 2 osobne sypialnie i łazienki. Wiele urządzeń w siłowni było niedostępnych lub uszkodzonych. Brak możliwości skorzystania z sauny.

• Léanne (10/5): Très belle expérience, je recommande vivement. - J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel. Le service est vraiment au top : le personnel est accueillant, professionnel et toujours à l’écoute. La chambre était superbe, propre, confortable et très agréable. On s’y sent tout de suite bien. Le spa est également un vrai plus, parfait pour se détendre et profiter pleinement du séjour. Je recommande vivement cet établissement et j’y reviendrai avec plaisir ! Le seul point négatif concerne le stationnement. Il est assez difficile de se garer à proximité de l’hôtel, car il n’y a pas de parking et les rues aux alentours sont souvent très chargées. Il faut parfois marcher entre 10 et 15 minutes pour rejoindre l’établissement.

• Olga (8/5): Bien - La ubicación y limpieza Las camas, no son de muy buena calidad y sobre todo la cama supletoria. Pedí la habitación suite para 3 personas y la tercera era un sofá cama con un colchón fino que se clavaba todo. En una suite no puede poner un sofá, debería de ser un cama con colchon aunque fuera de 90cm.
• Heike (8/5): Gutes Hotel, Lage des Balkons vorher erfragen - Mein Studio lag mit kleinem Balkon direkt an der Strasse. Die Aussicht war die Rückseite eines hohen unschönen Hauses. Der Wohnbereich lag in der Mitte des Studios mit Aussicht auf den Fernseher. Wenig Tageslicht. Top Frühstück, freundlicher Service, die Nähe zum Strand und zur Altstadt. Sehr gutes Bett und das Badezimmer war sehr geräumig.

Breakfast was lovely with lots of choices. Some issues in suite 23 meant we were so hot we couldn’t sleep. The floor was hot and only after 5 attempts to find someone to fix the issue did they finally admit the room is over the water heaters! We were moved to suite 24 which was more comfortable but not fully furnished. For 2 nights it was ok but verify if you plan to stay longer.

Además, otro aspecto que nos gustó mucho también fue el poder reservar el spa únicamente para nosotros,sin nadie más, muy bien servicio.

La habitación muy bonita pero pasamos frío,sobretodo en el baño ,la cama muy cómoda y grande,pero faltan pequeños detalles en general,el spa más bien es una bañera grande además el agua también estaba fría! En el baño,muy frío,artículos de aseo tenías que pedir en recepción,secador de pelo son boquilla(no lo entiendo esto pasa en mucho hoteles)El echo de que en pleno invierno tienes para ir al SPA tienes que salir a la calle para coger el ascensor..no había cafetera(si había para hacer Té)El echo de q son como apartamentos tampoco dispone de bar dentro del hotel ni de room servís!!

• Anaïs (10/5): Un cocon élégant et très accueillant - L'amabilité et le soin du personnel pour nous accueillir à rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable. Les chambres sont spacieuses, bien pensées, très propres et confortables. La terrasse est idéale pour se détendre, profiter de la vue sur la mer et du coucher du soleil.

• Lorena (10/5): - Sin duda: ¡la bañera! Las vistas también eran espectaculares y la cama comodísima. Elegí el duplex como sorpresa después de pedida de matrimonio y fue un acierto. El personal súper atento, colaboraron y dejaron entrar antes a mi familia para preparar la habitación. Añadir que el buffet desayuno merece mucho la pena. Todo estuvo perfecto. Si es verdad que para la ocasión especial que era y las estrellas que tiene el hotel me hubiese gustado que tuvieran un detallito (como he visto que hacen otros hoteles) pero aclarar que no es ninguna obligación.

• Chiara (9/5): Habitación grande y confortable. - Ubicación perfecta para ir andando hasta hacia Dalt Vila y a 10 min de aeropuerto. Habitación muy cómoda y espaciosa. Cama grande y cómoda. Decoración moderna y muy bonita. Limpieza muy bien. Personal muy amable. Si tuviera que decir algo las almohadas podrían mejorar.
