Imposible estar en la habitación hasta las 3 am. Nos tuvimos que ir al día siguiente sin completar la estancia. No nos dijeron la verdad. Reclamamos varias veces y nunca nos respondieron. No aconsejo para nada este establecimiento por su falta de ética profesional.

- Liz (10/5): - Fabulous character hotel in the best location for the historic centre of Arles. The staff are wonderful, really helpful and kind. Our junior suite on the top floor was very comfortable and quiet. Just be sure you can handle the steps up, no lift! Not a problem for us. Breakfast was a good array of buffet style choices, eating outside on sunny mornings joyous. Loved it all, thoroughly recommend!

Palazzo d'epoca con ristrutturazione interna valida, camera razionale e bagno con grande cabina doccia, adeguati alle esigenze attuali. Staff dell'Hotel efficiente, cordiale, collaborativo. Molto utile l'invio alla prenotazione di email con indicazioni per raggiungere la struttura e il Parking du Centre, con cui l'Hotel è convenzionato. Non ho riscontrato nulla sfavorevole.

- ANNA (7/5): Pleasant, but noisy - the room and all facilities in the room were very pleasant and new. The overall room and bath were very good. Location is very central and great. Very thin walls. I could hear my neighbours sneezing. Overall noise isolation in the room and on the windows really disappointed. Morning were spoiled by outside noise from streets cleaning and neighbouring room noise. That is why I cannot give more than 7 for overall experience.

From blvd des lisses turn on rue jean Jaurès 2. Call number to lower the bollard 3. Enter and immediately turn on Rue de la rotonde 4. Drive 200 meter to hotel No need for map or point rouge or great line. Nobody watches a phone while driving

Tuvieron la cortesía se darnos una habitación superior a la contratada y estuvimos súper cómodos. La cama muy confortable, la temperatura de la habitación perfecta, el baño y productos de higiene geniales. Cogimos desayuno y también estuvo muy correcto, vale la pena. Nos hubiéramos quedado más noches de haber podido!! Y el personal súper amable y agradable. Nada.

La habitación está recién reformada y la cama es muy cómoda. La ubicación es excelente para moverse por el centro histórico. Tienen un parking a 5 min y el hotel te facilita un descuento que está muy bien. El desayuno es muy completo. Cuando volvamos a Arlès que nos gustó mucho no dudaremos en repetir este Hotel. Nada

I typically don’t mind stairs, but the stairwell was a little tight and beige, which I found a bit uncomfortable to go down from a depth perception standpoint. Maybe add a black strip to breakup the beige? Just a consideration but it wouldn’t stop me from staying there.

Très calme la nuit grâce à un double vitrage efficace. Petit déjeuner bon et frais. Le petit banc et la chaise dans la chambre ne sont pas solide. Il faut les remplacer avec un seul meuble plus utile.

- Peter L (9/5): Charming and quaint hotel with lots of atmosphere, I loved it. - Great location, right in the center of the old part of Arles. I had a really nice lunch at their outside seating area. My room was on the third floor with no elevator which was fine for me me but perhaps not for those who find a lot of stairs difficult. The desk clerk helped my carry my bags upstairs when I arrived. I had just finished a three-week bike trip and I stored my my bike in a hallway at the side of the restaurant - there was no dedicated bike storage area. The hotel is quaint with lots of charm and personality. The charm of the hotel outweighed any downsides.

Possibilità di pagare il parcheggio in hotel ad un prezzo agevolato per l'intera giornata. Camera ampia e ben organizzata (scrivania, frigo, macchina caffè, ...). Personale molto cordiale e disponibile a fornire tutte le indicazioni per un piacevole soggiorno. Durante il nostro soggiorno, abbiamo avuto la sensazione di rivivere l'atmosfera e la storia lasciata dai famosi artisti che hanno animato questa città.

Location could not have been better. Accommodation was clean and comfortable. It wasn't an issue for us but there is no elevator so if mobility is a factor consider requesting a lower floor.
