Guest Reviews
- Georgios (2/5): - Placement only Absence of staff, too much dust, noisy tenants, the breakfast is minor

- Karin (5/5): -
- Jakub (10/5): I recommend - We were very satisfied, everything was good, location, accommodation, cleanliness and the staff was very kind, polite.

- Attilio (2/5): Very poor -
- Brian (4/5): Disappointing -
- Jankevica (8/5): It was very nice! - It was a very stylish and homey room with a big bathroom and a nice spacious terrace. At the breakfast we got croissants and biscuits that could be brought with in the day. Very close to the city centre. The facilities in the room were a little worn out, but that did not affect the stay in any way. There were two beds, but no blanket for the second bed (I'm sure the staff would have prepared it if asked, but we both decided to sleep in the queen bed).
- Giorgo (1/5): Bad -
- Deepa (2/5): Very poor - heater did not worked. not clean
- Per (7/5): Better than expected and worked fine - Better than expected. 15 minutes walk from the train station and 20 minutes walk to the city center. The room was quite big and it was comfortable. The self check in worked perfect. It was possible to check in from 13:00. The accommendation was a little bit hard to find.
- Nay (7/5): Good -
- Nay (7/5): Good -
- Pawel (10/5): Exceptional - Great check-in especially when you have late arrival. In the room coffee and croissants provided. Nice place for a short stay with very good location.
- Anna (2/5): Awful. The only good thing about it was that there was no bedbugs. - Terrace Smelly carpeted walls
Extremely dirty
No AC
Half of light in bathroom not working
"Breakfast" was a joke (waffer and packed mini croissant)
Marked my payment as invalid, event though it went through
I was uncomfortable touching anything (linen, floor, bathroom, towel)
Tourist tax was not included in the price on Booking
- Murilo (10/5): Exceptional - Easy access, close to the train station and there are few restaurants nearby. Great room, good balcony, the girl who rented was very friendly with us
- Benedict (5/5): Wouldn't rush back - I was checking in very late and the instructions were good to get in. The bathroom and shower was nice (shared) Bed wasn't made in 3 days.
Never saw any staff.
The "breakfast" was some packs of biscuits.
I felt it was 30% too expensive for the experience.
Needs decorating and new bedding etc.
No lamps, only the big light in the ceiling, which cannot be operated from bed.
- Florian (1/5): Bad - Host sent me message requesting a picture of my ID and then never responded again.
Wasn't let into the facility, and even after multiple emails, calls and WhatsApp messages I got no response.
Had to book a last minute option somewhere else.
- Reynolds (5/5): Passable - The room had a big outdoor terrace
Was close to cafes Hard to find. No staff. No kitchen. Breakfast was not provided although it said it was on the booking details. Main door very difficult to get into and had to ring staff to get help
- Adi (1/5): Bad -
- Nicholas (4/5): Disappointing - The room was quite nicely decorated.
The bathroom was spacious
The terrace was quite nice. The shower was broken
It wasn't that clean
There was a cigarette in the bath tub and a general stench of smoke in the room ( which faded after a period of time)
For the price of the room it seemed that the facilities were substandard. For 80€ I would have expected more.
- Giuseppe (1/5): Bad -
- Amir (10/5): Exceptional -
- Paul (4/5): Disappointing -
- Patriza (3/5): This property does nothing to enhance the reputation of booking.com - Bathroom dreadful; no plugs for any of bath, bidet, basin (how can one have a bath without a plug to keep the water in?) Toilet seat hinge and button broken. Extractor fan not working (bathroom became very humid after two showers and the only exit for the humidity was along the corridor and through the bedrooms). One of the chairs was rusty and broken. Found belongings of previous occupant suggesting room had not been properly cleaned. Supplies for breakfast were provided only for the first of our two nights, so second night was effectively bed only, not B&B. Poor kitchen facilities - to fill the kettle or coffee machine one had to walk along the corridor to the shared bathroom. We had no physical or verbal contact with anyone, nor any sign someone had come to the property during our stay. The brief communication we did receive was by text message on how to get in. Etc.
- Antonia (1/5): Bad -
- Nicole (3/5): Poor -
- Enrico (3/5): Poor -
- Marta (1/5): Worst experience in our life as a traveler - Location was fair Very difficult to enter the building and identify the apartment in the property because the key box outside was very difficult to open with the code provided, and there was no lighting in the building hallways to identify the apartment. The elevator was difficult to use. The apartment was depressing and dark. The room smelled like someone had been smoking there prior to our arrival. The bed linen was dirty and very old ( as if used multiple times) it smelled bad. When I asked for it to be changed, the person in charge completely avoided me (never answered my text message request). Everything was broken in the room including a steel table with shelves that felt apart when we used it. The door to the outside terrace fell off the hooks and it almost landed on me when I opened it, so I could never use the terrace. The table where the TV was placed was unsteady and there was no cable TV. The bathroom toilet seat was broken, the wood on the sides of the shower door was rotting away and the drainage was very poor. I was afraid of a.build up of mold in this room.
Above and beyond all of these, we never saw the property caretaker or whoever was in charge, she never showed her face and avoided all our needs as guests, we really had no service. Worst experience in my life as a traveler
- Matthew (8/5): Memorable and characterful. - 1970s interior decoration In terms of nutritional and other qualities, the ‘breakfast’ left much to be desired (others have also commented on this). Since there was no member of staff permanently present, I relied upon SMS/WhatsApp for guidance during my late evening arrival. But the communication was good, so it was okay and once inside everything went smoothly.
- Mario (1/5): Never again - Only the location Extra ultra small shower room
No toilet paper
No water, spoons for cofee
Insignificant breakfast
Other guest smoke a lot
Too much noise
- Anastassia (8/5): Very good -
- Aija (1/5): Bad - Nothing Do not stay here. It is not clean. There is horrible smell. Left it after one night and did not get money back.
- Luigi (3/5): Poor - It was quite close to the city center and overall clean. You could get more for 100€/night Definitely overpriced for the services provided. You cannot ask 100€/night (and sell yourself as a B&B) if you are a guest house where the bathroom is shared and you provide a scarce breakfast. Breakfast was not satisfactory, you could literally buy it for 1,5€/day from a supermarket; there was not a drop of milk, no bread, no fresh fruit... And you are paying more than 100€/night.
- Gardasevic (1/5): Bad - The worst place I've ever been, dark, very bad smells, suffocating and not at all like the pictures, when you enter that place it looks twice as bad, just like from horror movies, the price absolutely does not justify
- Svanhildur (2/5): Very dirty - The host availability over WhatsApp. The pungent smell of smoke and dust. Extremely dirty. The toilet wasn’t attacked to the floor. All the plants on the balcony were long dead. I only once saw staff there for maybe 30 sec.
- Umutmete (1/5): should never be chosen. - Terrible. This is not a hotel. a room in a lousy and filthy apartment.
We paid for breakfast at the reservation, but there was no breakfast.
There were no employees at the facility.
they just put croissants and 1 coffee in the room
