• Robert (8/5): Great assistance from Laura using WhatApp, however, not worth the high daily rate we paid - The assistant I received from Laura by WhatApp was Outstanding. Once we got in the door (it was a little complicated using the door code to get in the first time) we found the virtual key that I had asked them to provide us, that was very helpful. Also, they allowed us an extra hour to checkout, which was very nice. The location is outstanding, near the Seville Cathedral and the Real Alcazar, although the high daily rate is not worth the better location. Taxis are inexpensive in Seville so you can stay away from the center and save a lot of money. We also liked the LOR Barista machine and the milk they left. I suggest guest before checking in, ask for 10-15 of the Lor pods (I'm not sure if the brown or purple pods make the strongest coffee). The coffee though was outstanding. The bed was overall comfortable, although about six inches short for me. Future guests should download WhatsApp and connect with Laura using WhatsApp. Also I suggest requesting Laura to provide you a virtual key that you can use during your stay. The high daily rate was not worth the value. That's not necessary a knock against the hotel, as many hotels in the central location charged very high rates during the time we were in Seville (which also happened during a festival). We didn't like the bathroom setup with the lavatory always leaving water running down the sides and the very cheap small bar soap. They hotel should consider going with liquid soap at the lavatory area. The bedroom and bathroom are upstairs so be prepared to walk up at least three flights of stairs. The stairs are a dark brown so be sure to sure on the stair lights so you don't slip on the steps.

Personal was nice and helpful, we arrived earlier, beofore check in time, but they called to cleaning lady and asking if we can went to the appartment, that was very nice. No big complaints, but for your information, we had a duplex, beautiful, but wc + shower only on the second floor. The reception is in one building, but the apartments in another, it was not easy to find right away. Overall, I liked everything.

• Barbara (10/5): Top gelegene Wohnung mit einer fantastischen Dachterrasse. Sehr empfehlenswert! - Alles. Die Wohnung ist super gelegen. Die Einrichtung ist sehr praktisch und vollständig. Die Betten sind bequem. Für drei Personen war die Wohnung ideal. Die Dachterrasse ist ein wahres Bijou. Gleich gegenüber liegt ein kleines Café mit wunderbarem Frühstück. Nichts. Es war wirklich perfekt.
• Benedetta (9/5): - La posizione dell’appartamento è super, in una zona perfetta per visitare Siviglia a piedi. La casa è bellissima, con una vista stupenda e davvero comoda sotto ogni aspetto. Era ordinata e pulita, e se dovessi tornare a Siviglia, ci tornerei sicuramente volentieri. La persona con cui abbiamo avuto a che fare è stata molto gentile: ci ha consigliato di salire sulla terrazza del palazzo di fronte alla Cattedrale per goderci una vista mozzafiato, e ci ha permesso di lasciare i bagagli anche dopo il check-out, cosa molto comoda. L’unica piccola nota negativa è che abbiamo trovato qualche formica vicino ai fornelli, ma la signora delle pulizie è venuta subito dopo la segnalazione. Come suggerimento, aggiungerei magari qualcosa in più per la colazione e sistemerei le guarnizioni della doccia, che perdeva un po’ d’acqua. Nel complesso, un soggiorno davvero piacevole e consigliatissimo!

Took a while to figure out you could only re enter by the door you left so there was a lot of running up and down stairs to the other entrance.

The door entry business was a little confusing and maybe the company can have someone meet you there to sign paperwork and scan passports as opposed to sending over phone. To give it more of a personal touch h. You need to have data roaming on to access the key door entry so that may not be something that all tourists want to have on. But they did leave a an entry key inside the flat for you so that was nice..

• Gregory (8/5): Perfect apartment marred by imperfect entry system. - Location could not have been better. Apartment was very spacious, well equipped, beautifully furnished and spotlessly clean. Would absolutely stay there again. We were disappointed by the convoluted digital entry system running off an App that needed to be downloaded. Numerous pre-arrival communications failed to resolve our confusion (we are not all Gen Z!). Two different staff attempted to resolve that matter post-arrival, but we were ultimately given a key card to open the door - genius! We are tech-savvy and experienced world travellers recently turned 70. People like us tend to treat short stay accommodation very respectfully. It would be a pity if our demographic was turned away by overly complicated entry procedures.
• Cara (10/5): - Check in was a little bumpy for us: late night arrival and the electronic key didn't work for us, but the emergency number and staff assisted promptly. The location is excellent - very centrally located, and everything was walkable. The apartment was fantastic - downstairs was living area and kitchenette and dining table with smart TV; upstairs was the bedroom with plenty of storage space, and the bathroom. In the good-to-know category: shampoo and soap provided but bring your own conditioner; wifi was not great (zoom meetings were a bit of a challenge); and there is an elevator to the apartment but 21 steps to the bedroom. A/C was excellent! We'd definitely stay again!

Greeted us outside to help us park the car, walked us to our room, suggested a perfect restaurant and did the same thing on our way out. Strongly recommend!
• Patrizia (10/5): - Perfect apartment, everything you need- we had the attic loft with private terrace, which was perfect for evening drinks overlooking the Cathedral and Alcazar. Stayed 4 nights so had a mid clean provided and changed towels. Keys are electronically provided via App and very easy instructions. Staff were easily contactable via WhatsApp and were helpful and responsive. Highly recommend if you are after a self catering style place.

• Kerry (7/5): I love Seville and decided to revisit after 50 years, my only stop in Spain. The apartment location is perfect - The location is excellent, just around the corner from the Lions Gate and entrance to Real Alcazar. The communication with Staff was generally good but there was some conflicting advice There was a welcome pack with tea, coffee, capsules of olive oil and balsamic vinegar I was not aware in Spain that Duplex means two story within the same apartment/unit, so the living room/kitchenette was on the first floor and then up 21 winding steps without a handrail to the bedroom and bathroom. I had to leave my luggage in the living room which wasn’t great for my 5 night stay. It was my understanding on booking that the reference to Duplex meant there were two separate Lofts/apartments. The bathroom shower recess had mould, when I brought it to their attention they had their cleaner attend to it but it wasn’t removed entirely. The wifi was very slow, they later advised there were three wifi options but I found all three to be slow - 1 to 2 bars. The room safe needed new batteries and there was no clothes airer as stated, these were attended to promptly when I notified them. It would be great to see the property managers give some up front advice before the stay eg booking in advance for Real Alcazar, recommendations for cafes and restaurants

However, Plaza de Espańa and Parque de Maria Luiza and river are also walking distance. Contact with the host was perfect. Close to the apartment there are plenty places for the breakfast. Lack of parking. However, Host recommended us parking nearby which worked perfectly ok.

We had to download an app to get the access code to the apartment. That was fine - but the code didn’t work one night and we got locked out! We had to contact someone to help us get inside - this was very inconvenient.

Located on quiet street, 1 block from Seville Cathedral and possibly 100 restaurants and bars (all inside the radius of a 10-minute walk). Beautiful area that felt safe with many people out and about after midnight (many places close at 1130pm). Apartment was spacious and extremely clean. Evening drink on patio was relaxing and offered a very nice view. Once inside your private apartment, take the stairs or ride up in the elevator (lift). Staff was very helpful with assisting with check-in a your electronic key (on your phone). Very easy stay. Highly recommend Puerta Catedral Indios lifts to everyone coming to Seville. Thank you

• Nina (10/5): - The location was absolutely perfect - short walking distance to Catedral and Real Alcázar. The size was also perfect for a small family, complete with a kitchen. There was plenty of closet space and the bathroom was large. And the record player and smart TV were a nice touch.

I arrived a bit earlier - actually quite early before noon - fortunately the toom was ready and they let us get in to the room, which is huge relief for us. The view from terrace was awesome, just it's too hot to get out, but early morning coffee at the terrace was priceless. It's cenrally located and everything is walking distance as one cam see from the map. I travelled woth my kids and they loved the apartment and immediately complained we stay there just for 2 nights. Would love to return and set as base camp for Andalucia travel.

Location wise it is probably the best place you can find in Sevilla. The host was extremely helpful with all of his recommendations, especially regarding flamenco show.
