The hotel perfectly combines retro charm with modern features — every corner is full of warmth, style, and carefully selected details that create a unique feeling of comfort and elegance. The rooms are beautifully decorated with a vintage spirit while still offering all the modern amenities needed for a perfect stay. The location is excellent, the atmosphere peaceful and relaxing, and the entire hotel has a special soul that is very rare to find today. What makes this place absolutely unforgettable, however, is the owner. He is probably the friendliest, warmest, and most welcoming person we have ever met. From the very first moment, we felt more like family than guests. His kindness, positive energy, genuine smile, and sincere desire to make everyone feel happy and comfortable leave an incredible impression. If you are looking for an authentic, special, and heartfelt place to stay in Rimini, this is a hotel you will definitely want to return to.

Small room but had everything we needed including safe, fridge, coffee pod machine, wi-fi, daily cleaning. The host, Roberto, couldn't have been more helpful, recommending places to eat, public transport and local attractions. He was especially helpful in ringing the bus company to change the date of our tickets to San Marino as we couldn't make the original date. Although we probably won't go back to Rimini, we would thoroughly recommend to hotel to anyone. Nothing at all. Everything was great

Der Besitzer ist sehr darauf bedacht alles perfekt zu machen und ist sehr aufgeschlossen und sympathisch. Wir haben schon erneut gebucht. Eine Halterung für die Handtücher in der Nähe der Dusche fehlt. Das ist aber meckern auf hohem Niveau. 😀

- Alexandra (10/5): - I was very impressed with the hotel. Firstly, the atmosphere and all the little details made me feel at home. Secondly, the hotel is close to the beaches and the promenade, yet located on a quiet street. I especially appreciate the breakfast and the cool terrace, which was a pleasant way to spend the evening after the scorching Italian sun. The room was spacious and cosy, and the service was beyond reproach. Rob (and his adorable dog) was a wonderful host, charming, always ready to help, answer questions, and simply make conversation. Thanks to the staff, who made us feel like we were visiting Italian friends, not just at a hotel!

- Sebastian (6/5): - The owner is a very kind and friendly person. There is the possibility to park in a private parking area located not far from the hotel. The hotel itself is practically in the city center, and it’s only a 5-minute walk to the beach. I chose this hotel after reading many positive reviews, but unfortunately the cleanliness of my bathroom was below expectations. I only stayed one night, as I was traveling further south in Italy and was simply looking for a budget place with good reviews. However, there were a few hairs in the bathroom, most likely left from previous guests. The bathroom window handle was placed so high that even with my height of 185 cm, I still had trouble closing it while standing on a chair (I wanted to close it because insects were getting into the room). It looked as if someone had just made a small opening through the wall to provide some ventilation instead of installing a proper vent. I’m not sure if this was an issue with this particular room or if the cleaning staff were just having a busy day, but it was a bit disappointing. It’s also worth noting that the photos of the room in the listing seem to show it right after renovation, while in reality the rooms are a bit worn out – with some visible scratches and marks on the furniture. This didn’t bother me too much, but it’s something worth mentioning for future guests. (I’ve attached four photos to my review, although I’m not sure if Booking will upload them, as I had some issues with that when posting a review for another hotel)

- Claire (10/5): Good value. - Great value 2 night stay. Friendly reception. Rooms clean and functional. Beach really close and only about 5 mins walk to the bus/tram stop. We were there just off-season and so lots of the local hotels, bars and restaurants were already closed for the winter so there were not that many people around.

- Dahnee (9/5): Knusse kamer, fijn verblijf - Vriendelijke eigenaar! Dicht bij het strand Regio was niet wat wij er van verwacht hadden. Alles was wel alsnog zeer goed te bereiken met bijv stepjes of het ov.
