Pathetic and completely unacceptable experience. This is by far one of the worst hotels we have ever dealt with.
We had booked the stay for multiple days, but the situation was so bad that we had to leave within just one day. That itself says everything about the condition and management of this place.
The main problem is the manager, Aakash Deep. His behavior is extremely rude, arrogant, and disrespectful. He has no basic manners or professionalism. The way he talks to guests—especially women—is shocking and completely unacceptable. It feels like guests are being treated as a burden rather than customers.
My wife was staying there with our 1-year-old baby, expecting a safe and comfortable environment. Instead, she faced rude behavior and zero support from the staff or management. Not even basic courtesy was shown.
There is absolutely no coordination or help from the staff. Nobody cares about guest concerns. On top of that, the hotel lacks even basic facilities and does not meet minimum standards of hygiene or comfort.
Overall experience:
Extremely rude and ill-mannered management
Zero support from staff
Poor and below-standard facilities
Not safe or suitable for families
We had no choice but to leave within a day despite booking for a longer stay.
Strongly NOT recommended. Avoid this place at all costs, especially if you are traveling with family.
- Escape63806575718 (10/5): 7 seas from a Canadian tourists POV - As a Canadian visiting India for the first time. Lots of things were very overwhelming and hectic. The one sense of relaxation I got was coming back to the hotel. Service is impeccable and extremely accommodating. Rooms are gorgeous and the bed is super comfy compared to the other beds we slept in at other hotels.
Menu is great and you truly have no reason to need to leave the hotel to eat. Dozens of different options for all kinds of different foods.
We actually stayed here and then left to another city just to come back and end off the rest of our trip at the hotel again!
Location is great for us as it’s close to everywhere we needed to go. And the sound insulation was great. Couldn’t hear the busy streets of New Delhi. Truly a top pick for anyone visiting.

There is only one drawback in the hotel: the shampoo and hand wash you provide have a very unpleasant, eggy smell. Otherwise, everything is very good. Once again, I would like to thank Akashdeep.

I had a wonderful experience at Seven Seas Hotel. The staff were extremely courteous and professional throughout my stay. I accidentally left an envelope with money in my room, and to my surprise, they immediately contacted me to ask if I had forgotten something. They handed it back to me safely — such honesty and integrity are truly rare these days!
A special thanks to Akash Vishkarma and the entire Team Seven Seas for their honesty, kindness, and outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a trustworthy and comfortable place to stay !
- 880rochelleb (10/5): Not a Guest, Still Treated Like One - I called Seven Seas hotel on 26th October with an unusual request. I had to get a parcel delivered to the hotel & picked up by a guest who was part of a wedding group & coming to stay at the hotel in a few days. The reception desk listened to my request patiently and said they will call me back. At first, I was unsure of the outcome but the next morning their very helpful bell captain Mr. Shyam Dixit called me. I was about to get onto a flight; he very patiently listened to whatever I had to say in a short time, asked the correct questions, gave me his contact number and assured me my request will be done. Long story short the couriered got delivered to the hotel & was handed over to the guests & I got my parcel :).
I am extremely grateful to Mr. Dixit for his proactiveness to help, I wasn't even staying at the hotel, however they say some hoteliers go that extra mile to make a customer happy and that's Mr. Shyam Dixit for you.

- Raffaela (5/5): Nice stay - Staff was really nice and kind It was nice but noting special, we arrived late at night and after a really long day traveling we entered the Room and took a shower but we couldn’t enjoy it at all because there was no hot water, the day after we had the same problem even if I told the staff to solve the problem by the afternoon because we had a trip that day and we were coming back tired at the hotel and wanted to shower but when we came back the problem was not solved and we had to wait an hour and half more to shower.

There is 24/7 security personnel and all cars and bags get checked consistently.
The buffet is expansive and there are options to order special juices and omelets and parathas.
I just wish Expedia had an option to add breakfast buffet to the price.
The area around the hotel is somewhat unkempt but inside the hotel everything is very clean.
The windows must have some sort of voice protection because the noise from functions did not bother us even though our room was facing the swimming pool/party area.
I specially want to thank Shyam D. Bell captain and Shivam Bell boy for all the assistance they provided.
Also want to thank the night manager who personally came and fixed our remote control and made us laugh with his witty conversation.
We had a pleasant stay.

- 237rohank (4/5): Loud Partying at Midnight and No Soundproofing in the Rooms & Inadequate Staff Behaviour - I had a room booked for multiple days. On one of the nights, there was an engagement ceremony happening, which is fine of course. But the issue was that the engagement party music was vibrating the building with its bass at 11 pm on a Sunday night. I understand it is not feasible to request them to shut it down. But there needed to be a resolution since these ROOMS ARE NOT NOISE PROOF. When I asked the reception, they offerred me to change the room, which would have required me to pack everything (I travel heavy) At 11 pm, ready to sleep, I wasn't exactly keen on that. There was no option of keeping my things in one room and going to another. By the way, a different room may have not helped since the bass was vibrating the whole building. When I asked at what time the music will shut down, at first I was told 12 am; then I was told 12 am or 1 am. To have such lack of specific information, which is causing an issue with guests' sleep is another layer of horrible service.
I should have been warned in advance, given rooms at a reduced rate, or waived one night of payment, or at least a free breakfast as a gesture of goodwill, like other high-end hotels tend to do. But upon asking the reception, there was nothing of such sorts.
On the night after, I went to sleep peacefully but was woken up at 7 am with a call, stating that it was my wake up call. This was false since I had not requested any. There was most likely a mix up with some other room, which means not only I was woken up but someone else missed their wake up call. Two days in a row - my sleep had been severely compromised.
During the check out, upon explaining to the different reception staff what my issues were - I was ignored & the issues were not addressed.
Other than that, Akash Rajput and Rajan Singh helped me at reception with my various requests. Therefore I am giving it 2 stars, instead of 1.

- Guide50220292555 (10/5): Seven Seas Hotel - The Seven Seas Hotel was a pleasant stay. Hotel was clean and perfect. Shyam was there to greet us and accommodate are needs. The morning breakfast had a great selection for food and everyone was so helpful. Choice for everyone’s taste buds. Gym was nice and pool was clean.
- Coastal03968047015 (10/5): 9/10 - I went for a wedding, and stayed in this hotel. I am from Chicago and I had a good time attempting to communicate with the locals. Some had good English and were very understanding talking back and forth about different life experiences and overall was my favorite part. In general, the room was clean and comfortable, very acceptable. And the workout facility was accommodating and the breakfast was also very accommodating, Americanized. Overall very well

From the moment I arrived, Abhishek Mishra & Akash Deep Rajput made me feel welcome and valued. They surprised me with a room upgrade, which was a lovely touch.
What really impressed me, though, was their exceptional guidance on exploring Delhi. They recommended fantastic spots for sightseeing and eating, which made my solo trip truly unforgettable.

Bad points:
1. Front Staff is wholly unhelpful.
2. Initially given a room with stains on bedsheet, and duvet and pillow covers; there were drawings on the wall; the furniture was dirty; and toilet was dirty too. After 2 calls to hotel front desk I had to go to Reception and inform them again of the issues with the room. A member of staff came with me to inspect the issues complained of and once inspecting agreed with deficiencies and offered another room. It was 11pm now. The 2nd room offered also had stained bedding sheets and pillow and duvet covers. These were again highlighted to the hotel staff and they agreed. Time was taken to change bedding after which I was able to move into the room. In return I was offered complimentary breakfast for the duration of my stay which I did not require and was not utilised.
3. I was ordering food via room service for the duration of my stay and had the option of making payment all in one go upon check out. On one occasion room service insisted that I make payment for the service for that particular day immediately without reason. The member of staff gave me part of my order and then explained that he needed to clarify the payment matter with his manager. The 2nd part of my order was brought to me after I’d finished my meal brought to me the first time round. I was disturbed constantly whilst trying to eat my meal after a long day.
4. Empty dishes were not collected after meals were finished even upon request. Dishes were left even when the room was done up.
5. The front desk staff refused to book any taxi when requested and informed that I should use Uber.
6. I was reliant upon taxis whilst staying in the hotel which I had to book myself. The taxi drivers informed me that they were being refused access to the hotel by the security guard at the barriers. The hotel is not a place primarily used to accommodate people because it is used as a venue for weddings.
- Shehan (1/5): HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! Would highly recommend NOT going here. - I did not like anything about my stay there. The water from the shower head and tap in my room was red/brown water i.e. rusty water - I have attached a photo to my review. When I went down to ask for refund (this was only 30 mins in to me checking in), the owner was very rude and did not give me a refund which indicates that they care more about the money than their customers. After a 2 hour discussion I decided to go to Crowne Plaza - this was the same price and was 10 fold better than this hotel. Additionally although the staff were polite, it was hard to communicate with them in English. Would highly recommend going with hotel chains such as Crown Plaza!
Just an FYI - Booking.com did a great job with taking my side on this. They called the hotel multiple times to force a refund. At the end booking.com gave me a small amount out of their own pocket which I appreciated.

Very bad location as there are slams area (left side) when you get out of the hotel. I didn’t feel safe when get out at night. You should try to avoid the area, otherwise its a good hotel. Also, bit far from airport or Delhi city. with traffic at Delhi, it wasn’t very convenient. Very good restaurant, could be bit cleaner, but ok.
