• Sinead (9/5): Superb - Great location and great value for money. Staff were friendly. Food was good but sometimes not as hot as it should be.
• Joeri (8/5): Spacious, clean and utilitarian family ski apartment - Nothing fancy, but a big and very useful, sober and clean apartment. Breakfast and dinner were great! Nice variety and tasty. Few minutes walking to the closest ski piste. Spa centre was good, nice saunas. Restaurant and spa centre were down in the basement, so quite dark without any natural light. Could use a ski storage close to the entrance, and a proper walkway to get from the entrance to the street without navigating through the parking on foot.
• Olga (9/5): היה מאולה ולא רצינו לעזוב - We were three people at the end of February 2025. We received a very large room (35 square meters) with a kitchenette and a dining table. The bed was very large, and there was also a sofa that opened into a double bed. The mattress was very comfortable for me—soft but firm and new, with a visco-style design. The room's cleanliness was excellent. Every day, housekeeping tidied up, changed the towels, and cleaned the bathroom and bathtub. The hotel staff was very friendly. The food was delicious, with a variety of salads and main courses in the evening, at least three types of side dishes, and two types of soups. There were at least four kinds of fruit and plenty of desserts. Various types of cheese were available both in the evening and in the morning. The breakfast selection was more basic but still plentiful. There were three types of eggs: hard-boiled, sunny-side-up, and omelets. There were vegetables, two to three types of cheese, sausages, and several desserts, though simpler than those served in the evening. The spa was very good. There was a relatively large pool (27°C), a dry sauna, an infrared sauna (50°C), a hammam, a steam sauna, and a good massage service. A hairdryer is not in the room, but you can get one at the reception upon request for the entire duration of your stay. The hotel is old and not very beautiful, but it has an excellent location, is clean, warm, and has good food. What more do you need after a day of skiing? 2 lamps were gone out during our stay and were changed immediately upon request . Communication was also very good, and I got the answers on all my questions via mail Everything is a bit old—the design, the bathroom. Water leaked onto the floor during the shower because the glass panel was too short. Sometimes, there was an unpleasant smell from the floor drain, and the showerhead wasn’t held properly in its holder. But these are small things that can surely be fixed.

• Kosto (7/5): Just OK for the short-term stay - Location, view, how comfy apartment was in terms of the size, stuff kindness, dinner. Absences of available parking space- its always full, outdated look of the inside space of the apartment and building itself (old furniture, small tv, bathroom with damaged tiles, sink, old bathtub with dirty shower curtain etc.). Actually, because there is a lack of renovation and taking proper care of the apartment, it looks like it had never been cleaned before, even though cleaning ladies are doing the best they can.

• Shannon (3/5): Pretty good location, food ok, apartment overpriced and in poor condition. - Location was fine. Breakfast was actually ok. We arrived and were put in the residential part of the complex which required a walk up the street to property next door meaning each time we wanted to use facilities we were having to go outside and walk down the street to the hotel complex. Apartment was a state, floor nosing was all coming up and a hazard, radiators were leaking in the room leaving a puddle, blinds were all battered, both reported and not resolved. Beds were uncomfortable.

• Alex_skazka (9/5): Great option for a short stay - 1. Location is great, really close to both parts of the mountain - 3 min walk to the gondola and Martin Baraki chairlift 2. Room was spacious with everything you need for a short stay 3. Breakfast is really good! 4. Saunas and pool are well maintained and just what you want after a day of skiing 5. They've got free parking but it's first come - first served basis, and there are way more cars than spaces (we got lucky though) 6. Very warm in the room 7. Nice and helful stuff 1. The bed was too soft for me (but I do prefer harder mattresses) 2. Cleanliness could be improved (under the bed looked like it hadn't seen a broom for a while) 3. Parking is a bit disorganised 4. Price seemed a bit too high even for the peak season but with breakfast and spa we weren't too disappointed

• Marija (5/5): It was okay, but we expected more. - The hotel is very near to gondola and ski lift. The food was good and the choice was very good. Spa was very good, sauna was hot and clean. Stuffs were rude, there were 11 of us friends and we wanted to join another table to the existing one in the restaurant so we could sit together but that was a problem. We also made a reservation in the main building 6 months ago, but they changed our reservation a week before our arrival, and they changed our one room from the main building to an outer building. There is no place to ski, we used a room with electrical installations. We booked three rooms for three people and the beds for the third person were uncomfortable because it was additional beds.

• Yevgen (7/5): Good - Apartments were close to the slopes. Breakfast and dinner were very tasty and with sufficient variety. Spa was quite good with hamam, several sauna and a swimming pool. The room was not available in the main building, so we got an apartment in a stand alone building and had to go to the main building for all meals and spa. Insufficient lighting inside the apartment. Beds and sofa were not comfortable. Wifi was not working on arrival and was fixed only on the 5th day of the stay.

• Stanislava (5/5): Passable - The food was fresh and well prepared. Even though the hotel advertised the spa facilities and the children's playground, they weren't available during summer time. It should have been explicitly clarified since we chose the hotel exactly because of the playground and the spa facilities (sauna, steam bath and etc). It was disappointing to arrive and not be able to enjoy the playground(we travelled with 2-year-old child).
• Hristo (3/5): Not good out of the winter season - I liked the location, the facilities were old but clean. The people was nice and the food was ok. I make a reservation for a family weekend, me my wife and two kids (2 and 5). I rent apartment with dinner and breakfast. They open rooms for reservations out of the winter season because they have green school with teenagers. They didn't mention that. So they were on the same floor with us and till little houers in the night there was noice, screaming , hitting the doors and was impossible sleeping for the kids. Because of same teens the spa and rest center, the pool and etc. That we paid for was literally impossible to use. I will never came back.

We had a broken toilet seat which wasn’t fixed even though we mentioned it on arrival. Also it was the end of the ski season but it was very quiet, we joked it could be haunted!

• Diana (8/5): Nice place to stay for a family - The room was spacious and the kitchenette was well equipped. The food at breakfast and the dinner buffet was simple but very tasty and kids friendly. The rooms were regularly cleaned. The shared space as the corridors and elevators was not cleaned often and sometimes was pretty dirty.
• Handan (7/5): Flora Hotel Ski - The rooms are very large and the kitchen has enough dishes if you wanted to prepare meals. But do book HB as the meals were mainly good. The doors are key lock so you need to lock yourself in (we forgot the 1st night and got a visit from a very drunk other guest). There are NO plugs near any of the mirrors so straightening you hair was difficult. 🙄.

• Klodian (1/5): Poor customer service, did not feel welcomed. Reception staff were not helpful. - The spa facilities were the only good thing about the property. The staff were not welcoming. Although we booked to stay at Flora Hotel, we were walked across to a hotel called Tulip Residence. I questioned why we were staying at a hotel that’s not the one we booked and they responded with “we’re fully booked” even though I booked weeks in advance.

• Savescu (4/5): Disappointing - Location mainly, close to the ski lift, restaurants. Breakfast although not diverse from one day to another, reach enough. The room had very little in common with the picture on booking site. We had to change one due to cigarettes smoke persistent smell. Second one had a persistent sewage smell, exfoliating floors, walls affected by humidity and mold. Although cleaning personnel was coming daily, their activity was minimal: lot of dust and dirt we had to remove personally. Sheets never changed over 7 nights staying. Extra swimming pool, sauna facilities were closing 20:00 so very little possibility to take advantage of. Multiple business branches of Flora in same location, so difficult to find the one booked. Lot of dirt on the corridors starting from entrance, easy to be carried inside the rooms. The extensible sofa for kid was making terrible noises with each move.
• Mihai (10/5): Exceptional - ACCOMODATIONS- VERY GOOD, SPATIOUS AND COMFORTABLE ROOM, QUIET SLEEP, EVERY DAY CHANGE TOWELS. FOOD- VERY NATURAL TASTE, DELICIOUS, SUITABLE FOR VEGETARIANS TOO, COMPLIMENTS TO THE TALENTED CHEFS! NICE PERSONAL SPEAKING ENGLISH. LOCATION- NOT FAR FROM GONDOLA AND SKI LIFT.OK WALKING. I RECCOMAND THIS HOTEL FOR A SKI HOLIDAY SUGESTIONS- IT WOULD BE NICE TO WARM THE SWIMING POOL.

• Samuil (10/5): Nice winter holiday - The location is really good near the ski lift and close to the all shops . The relax centre is really nice the breakfast is good I think the furniture in the hotel room can be a bit more modern
• Emma (5/5): Passable - Good location, good-sized rooms that were clean, breakfast had a fair amount of choices. Rooms are very dated, good old key system, no fob/card. Services are quite weak, considering they are a 4*... no hair dryer in the room, had to pick one up at the reception and couldn't just leave this in the room, had to return it upon check-out...
• Johngus (5/5): Overpriced poor quality accomodation but a good location - The location is excellent.The view from the room of the slopes especially of a night was great The room is extremely dated and cleaning is not great.Curtains hanging off the rail was not a good start and there was a stained dirty double mattress stuck behind the sofa when we got in.Only one key provided.The duvet was very thin almost like a blanket and the sheets didn't stay put.As there was no mattress topper you ended up sleeping on the mattress which is not hygienic Pillows stained.No English speaking TV channels and service was intermittent.Maid would not take no for an answer on a day we wanted to have a late start and insisted on cleaning the room so we had to get up and sit on the chairs whilst she mopped around us and then wait for the floors to dry! Restaurant food for breakfast was plentiful tho quality left a lot to be desired.Orange juice watered down so much it looked like water.Coffee out of the machines tasted awful.Hot food often cold.The Irish Bar isn't a bar..it's in a corner of the restaurant with sofas to sit on.As the restaurant is in the basement as is the bar and has no windows it's not a pleasant place to want to be.Had to ask for a hairdryer as that should have been included in the room rate and it wasn't.We upgraded from a studio to a one bed apartment.and expected more from the pictures and the room description.Very noisy neighbours on a few nights..smoking on their balcony next to our bedroom which filters through and was not pleasant No soundproofing at all.Very noisy when people were coming in of an evening. Dog barking on a balcony to the right of us on one afternoon when trying to have a break from skiing..hotel says no dogs ?!! .The best thing about it was the view.Otherwise it was uncomfortable and unpleasant to stay in so we literally slept and showered there and spent most of the day out of the hotel.Hotel towels very thin tho they were changed on 5 of the 7 days we were there.The bed sheets weren't changed.No one took the dirty mattress out of the room.

• Mirjana (10/5): Great week on Borovec - We spent beautiful week in this hotel. Everything was perfect! Apartament, food, weather... Maybe it was a little cold by the pool but it didn't spoil the whole impression. The hotel is in a great location, but it may lack additional parking spaces.
