Larry (7/5): Quite basic but works - The hotel is super-clean and we'll located. Breakfast is good. Given how small the room was, having a balcony was nice. Our room was very small and very basic. The shower is tiny, no room for anything in the bathroom. The bed is hard. The weather wasn't super-hot during our stay, so the ceiling fan was sufficient. AC would be needed in summer.

ThAs74 (8/5): Gutes Hotel in Lugano. Wir würden es wieder nehmen. - Ausreichendes Frühstück, freundliches Personal, großer Schlafraum mit Balkon. Man konnte zu Fuß in die Stadt und zum See. Infrastruktur in der Nähe, Parkplätze am Hotel. Schnelle Kommunikation per WhatsApp möglich. Schimmel in der Dusche, spärliche Beleuchtung im Bad, zu wenige Handtücher. Ggf. stellt der fehlende Aufzug ein Problem für ältere Personen dar.

Titty (8/5): Buono! - Molto buona la pulizia e la disponibilità del gestore e dello staff. Discreta la colazione che potrebbe essere migliorata in quanto a varietà. Tutto sommato buona anche la posizione visto che con poche fermate di bus si arriva al centro di Lugano: gli autobus sono molto frequenti e rispettano gli orari e per il turista è compreso il Ticino Ticket che consente di prendere i mezzi pubblici gratis. In ogni caso, l'hotel si trova vicino al lago ed è molto piacevole passeggiare nei dintorni. Cuscini alti e un po' duri.

Gianni 56 (9/5): Di passaggio per Lugano - Buona struttura, decentrata, in zona tranquilla, vicinissima al lago. Con una passeggiata o con I mezzi pubblici si raggiunge il centro in pochi minuti. Camera pulita come pure gli spazi comuni. Colazione buona. Gentilezza dei gestori che vi consiglieranno al meglio per visitare Lugano. Plus, per chi arriva in auto, il parcheggio privato ad un costo equo.
Ina (10/5): Sehr guter Aufenthalt - Ein kleines, sehr gepflegtes Hotel mit aufmerksamen Personal und tollem Frühstück. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Den See, Restaurants und einen Supermarkt erreicht man in unter 5 Minuten Fußweg. Für uns war die Lage etwas abseits vom touristischen Zentrum perfekt und da man die Busse vor Ort als Übernachtungsgast umsonst nutzen kann, auch kein Problem falls man nicht zu Fuß laufen möchte. Es war alles super.

Cindy (7/5): Bon hôtel pour court séjour - Emplacement très bien , petit déjeuner simple mais bon , la personne de l’accueil très gentil Nous avons eu un soucis avec des fourmis dans la salle de bain, mais problème résolu très vite. Le lit de gauche était très affaissée, manque un petit frigo dans la chambre et plus de prise à côté du lit ou au moins une rallonge , car la prise était loin. Insonorisation pas terrible nous entendions tout
