• Καζικ (3/5): - The location was good The checking process was weird. They don't send booking information nor contact on their own. I called and the owner/manager video called me back telling me to go to a nearby kiosk, show some person a photo the owner sent to get the keys. The photos are way better than the reality. So photoshopped and clean. It was not so clean. One look under the bed and you see weeks of dust. Would not book again.

• Charalambous (1/5): Το χειρότερο καταλυμα - Είναι το χειρότερο κατάλυμα που έχω πάει. Ήταν βρώμικο, με μόνο υποσεντονα. Δεν είχαμε καθόλου ζεστό νερό. Δεν έτρεχε το ζεστό νερό Χειμώνα καιρό. Το θεωρώ αδικαιολόγητο. Δεν θα έπρεπε να είχε άδεια το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Είναι το χειρότερο κατάλυμα που έχω πάει. Ήταν βρώμικο, με μόνο υποσεντονα. Δεν είχαμε καθόλου ζεστό νερό. Δεν έτρεχε το ζεστό νερό Χειμώνα καιρό. Το θεωρώ αδικαιολόγητο. Δεν θα έπρεπε να είχε άδεια το συγκεκριμένο κατάλυμα. Και ενώ πήραμε την κοπέλα που το είχε δεν απάντησαν ΠΟΤΕ.
• Susanna (1/5): Not a place for human beings - It was close to the exhibition center in Technopoli, which suited us. It was extremely dirty, smelling a mixture of sigarette and toilet (we had to buy Dettol spray), old, some doors were broken and wouldn't open to the balcony or were blocked by the bed, no handle on the furniture. 2days before leaving we were sent a mail "take your garbage and clean your plates, we will do the rest"😂 NO HAIRDRYER, hot water for the shower to be heated 20 minutes in advance, in the old way! Unbelievable! And NOT CHEAP!!!

• עדי (8/5): Huge apartment in a good neighborhood - A huge apartment built for 2 families. Located in a good neighborhood. There is no apartment design such as pictures, flower pots, etc.
• Michael (3/5): Not a nice place to stay. - The location is good with some great bars and restaurants close by. That's all that was good. Having to pick up keys from a news kiosk across a busy dual carriageway. The apartment itself is in need of not just a clean but a refurbishment. The walls need repainting. The shower frame is coming away from the ceiling. The kitchen is old and tired. Bed frames and sofa were dirty. The pictures did not reflect the true condition of the apartment. It was dingy.

• George (6/5): Definitely far from paradise - Collecting the key was easy, although a little bit strange - from a local kyosk :) Close to the metro station. Nice coffee shop nearby. There's a petrol station in the building (fortunately without a smell), which is very convenient if you travel by car. The AC was working when we arrive. Nice balcony, although it is above a busy street. Has a washing machine Far from paradise :) The apartment, like the building, is old. Needs complete renovation. Sheets are clean, but the mattresses are very dirty. It's fine for a one-night stay, but no more. One single bedside table for eight beds :) The electrical outlets are few. You need to have a long enough cable to safely charge your phone

• Martin (3/5): Unprofessional - The balcony We arrived at the agreed time but the host left us outside waiting for 45 minutes. We saw him taking rubbish out but he didn't speak to us, he then dropped the key off at a local shop and messaged us to tell us to go and collect it. The apartment was mostly clean but there was bin juice on the floor of the main room 🤢 One of the shutters didn't work so the sun woke us up early

There is nothing to like in apartment, old apartment with bad smell, cockroaches running in kitchen, floor has black sticky patches everywhere, broken wooden flooring, very dirty stains on chair and sofa, with cigarette burn mark everywhere, No handles on Wardrobe. Host doesn't respond to any problems or straightly denied any request and expect me to do dishes and take out the trash out while checkout.

• Hoxholli (5/5): Passable - The location of the property was in a good position. Too many rooms and beds even though we were only 3 people. Under beds there was A LOT of dust and some of sheets were dirty.
• Mohammad (1/5): Bad - The man that gave us the apartment Keys was very Kind and respectful. He gave us a welcoming smile on his face. He deserves my respect. Unfortunately the apartment wasn't clean as I expected and not that kind of apartment that someone could live in.The Bed sheets and blankets were almost black from the dirt on it! The floor was very dirty even though we tried to clean it we still had to wear slippers so our feet won't get dirty. The bathroom floor was so dirty that it looked like somone pooped everywhere. And lastly I wanted to say that they've used filters on the apartment photos so that they could atleast look prettier and uploaded them on the booking app. I've visited many countries and I didn't see an apartment dirtier this that's why im very disappointed.

• Louis (1/5): ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE - Nothing. All was really terrible. This is a pure fraud. The apartment had nothing to do with the photos provided. It was sooo dirty. So old and smelly. The flat had bugs and spiders. No wanter given how dirty it was. The bedsheets were used and not cleaned. The bathroom was so dirty and abandoned(walls were falling off) that i only used the toilet of a nearby cafe. We feel so used by the host. 1/10 rating is overrated. You wouldnt wish your worst enemy to stay in a place like that.

• jyoti (2/5): Avoid... - We booked a 4-bedroom apartment with 1.5 bathrooms. Now the good and the bad part. Good (i) Nick communicates promptly (ii) The airport pick was reasonably charged and on time (iii) Good convenient location. 200m from the Metro station. Nice bars and cafes nearby. The historical area is about a mile. (iv) The interiors as shown in the website. The rooms spacious and the furniture is nice. (v) At night, you get a 360 deg view of Athens from the balcony. The Acropolis and Lycabettus Hill was a pretty sight. (vi) We had an evening flight, Nick agreed to look after our luggage after we check out. Bad (i) The building is very dated and ill cared for. The 4th floor apartment is accessible by a rickety 2 persons only elevator (ii) In spite of good communication and a timely airport pick up, our families waited on the street for 30 mins for someone to come with the keys. (iii) The apartment is nice but uncared for. (iii) In spite of reminding that we need a clean place, the rooms were not cleaned properly. The dirty linen on the bed were changed only when shown. The curtains kept falling off. The blankets smelt bad, so we did not use them. The kitchen is well equipped but not clean. (iv) Bedrooms did not have latches (v) The bathroom is dirty and unkempt. Dreary colors. Dirty tiles. The water does not drain out, so we had cesspools formed all over the floor with muck floating on it. Overall, a bad experience
• Darren (8/5): Great location with a good layout. - Overall a great apartment, in a fantastic location (young and vibrant, close to amenities and attractions, but more of a local vibe vs tourist hot spot). The apartment was clean, comfortable, a good layout for families, a group of friends, or 2 couples. The kitchen and Bathroom could use a renovation... but as long as your aren’t too fussy or plan on cooking meals it would be fine. Despite the later, I’d still stay there again and also recommend to friends.
• Judith (2/5): DON'T GO HERE!!!! - Awful, in every sense of the upward. Dirty apartment, disgusting area. Not well located. Not even a hotel or publicized apartment, just an apartment building where someone rents out his apartment!
