Dobre WiFi. do plaży spacerkiem 20 min ale jak ktoś ma samochód to 2 min.

- Chloé (7/5): Bel endroit mais prestations trompeuses - L’établissement est à moins de 10 minutes d’Olbia en voiture. De belles plages se trouvent à moins de 10 minutes à pied de la maison. Il y a également de très jolies terrasses et restaurants proches de la mer. Nous avons très bien mangé. Les alentours de la maison sont agréables et bien entretenus. La piscine est agréable et belle. Il y a un coin terrasse et cuisine dont tout le monde peut profiter, ce qui est pratique. Dans l’annonce de booking, il est écrit que « le logement comporte deux lits ». En dessous, il est indiqué une fois encore : un lit simple, un lit double». La virgule indique une énumération et non un choix. Or, Il n’y avait qu’un lit double. J’ai expliqué la situation à la propriétaire, en lui montrant l’annonce (c’est écrit noir sur blanc). Mais elle prétend qu’il faut demander un supplément, moyennant des frais, lors de la réservation et que c’est valable pour toutes les annonces. Pourquoi écrire qu’il y a deux lits dans le logement alors ? Dans tous les cas, elle n’a rien voulu savoir. Par ailleurs, on nous a demandé une heure d’arrivée. J’ai annoncé 15h. Nous sommes arrivées à l’heure et comme nous entendions des voix, nous avons sonné à plusieurs reprises. Personne n’est venu nous ouvrir pour nous annoncer qu’il y avait un peu de retard. On nous laisse attendre derrière la porte (un peu plus de 20 minutes). La propriétaire arrive et nous annonce que la chambre n’est pas prête, alors qu’elle m’avait demandé l’heure à laquelle nous souhaitions venir (15h). Ce n’est pas grave, mais pourquoi ne pas venir simplement nous avertir ?

Nous étions envahi de moustiques et la chambre était très sombre. Ce sont nos ressentis mais le propriétaire était extrêmement sympathique et c etait propre. Le lieu est néanmoins très beau.

Le propriétaire était très prévenant et disponible. L’acoustique est terrible. On entend toutes les conversations et bruits de chocs entre les chambres et salle commune.

- Katrin Sif (9/5): Frábær valkostur. - Mjög vingjarnlegur gestgjafi. Staðsetning er mjög góð. Allt í göngufæri. Útisvæðið mjög flott og allt svo hreint og friðsælt. Stórt baðherbergi og góð sturta. Það eina sem okkur þótti geta verið betra var að það er mjög hljóðbært á milli herbergja, maður gat vel heyrt fólk tala saman lágum rómi í næsta herbergi. Við vorum þarna í Október og á þeim tíma er minna um ferðamenn og því einstaklega friðsælt og rólegt þarna, og í bænum almennt .

- Sue W S (10/5): Excellent location with easy parking. - Great location with loads of on street parking adjacent to property, supermarket and Pizza restaurant at the bottom of the road. Half a dozen beautiful beaches within 5mins by car. Spotless pool and well kept grounds/garden. We had an outdoor kitchen with our room. It was ideal to prepare breakfast and lunches. There is little sound proofing and the hard floors cause voices to carry. Unfortunately there were some 'rowdy' guests while we were there but this is not the fault of our hosts. Take your ear plugs if you are a light sleeper like us.

- Claire (8/5): Agréable halte - Très belle et grande piscine dans un jardin bien entretenu. Chambre pour 4 petite mais propre et confortable. La cuisine commune est agréable. Climatisation très appréciée. Nous n'avons pas très bien dormi à cause de quelques bruits dans la maison (population calme mais ce n'est pas très bien isolé) et la lumière de l'éclairage de la piscine éclairait notre chambre. Malgré ceci nous reviendrons avec plaisir et recommandons l'endroit pour un court séjour.

- Catalina (9/5): Lovely Stay in a Peaceful Villa Near Olbia - The villa is really nice and well maintained. Our room was clean, and the mattresses were generally okay, though one of the beds had a very uncomfortable mattress with a dip in the middle, like it had been heavily used. That was probably the only downside of the whole place. The rooms overall were spotless and well kept. We had a little private kitchenette, which was perfect for our needs, and the shared kitchen areas were super well equipped with everything you could possibly need. The swimming pool was big and clean — our kids absolutely loved it, along with the garden area. The owner was really friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The nearest beach is just a 12-minute walk away, and the location is great — close to Olbia with a direct bus connection. It’s a quiet, relaxing place. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it! One of the beds had a very uncomfortable mattress with a dip in the middle, like it had been heavily used. That was probably the only downside of the whole place.
- Darren (9/5): Great spot - Such a cool place, basically a villa in a quiet area but still walking distance to shops and restaurants. Olbia is just a short drive away too. The pool was amazing and the house in general was really clean. The staff are a family and were very nice. You can purchase drinks and ice cream at the pool at certain hours. There was a group of 6 young people staying on the same floor as us at the same time and they took over the upstairs section. They would have long breakfasts and dinners in the kitchen and we felt a bit uncomfortable to go in when they were there. They also drank in this area until 12pm both nights which was a bit annoying.
- Linden (10/5): Very good place - This was a great place and we wished we stayed longer. Very friendly owners and staff. The pool was beautiful and clean and together with the garden and the sunbeds it was a quiet and nice place for recreation. The kitchen was great and the room too. It was even better than the pictures. Perfect that you could have the car just near the house and it was easy to get into Olbia. Can absolutly recommend it and hope we can come back someday.

The house is not soundproof at all so I would not recommend if you are a light sleeper as you can hear *everything* your neighbours do through the walls.

- Mira (10/5): Geat choice to visit Cosa Smeralda - Very nice hotel with all the facities you need, morning coffee is included and very welcomed. The room, bathroom, pool, everything is new and comfortable. The location is great, close to the sea and Olbia airport and also Costa Smeralda beaches are easy to reach from there. The host is very helpful and helped us with shower and luggage deposit for a late chek-out. In the morning is easy to hear the doors and neighbours from other rooms, but the location itself is very quiet
- Menina (6/5): Pleasant - Host was nice, property was pretty. The room was in a shared large apartment with many small tables and a shared kitchen. You were careful not to wake others and you could easy hear others in other rooms. We thought this was a separate hotel room, not a shared unit.
- Verified traveler (6/5): OK for an overnight stay near the airport. - We used this place for one night before flying back from Olbia. It’s not a hotel and has more of a hostel vibe. It’s a large house in an estate with two communal areas (one with a kitchen and shared fridge). As it’s pretty much a house, when guests woke up at 5am, we could hear EVERYTHING. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not a terrible place just don’t expect a hotel experience. The pool was nice and the kids enjoyed it. I’d recommend as a nice clean place to stay close to the airport but I couldn’t see myself staying there for any great deal of time.
