• Leontios (5/5): - Σίγουρα η τιμή ήταν τίμια για αυτό που είχαμε. Ένα πρόβλημα με το ίντερνετ λύθηκε μετά απο 6 ώρες. Μπραβο στα παιδιά όσο αναφορά την ανταπόκριση. Πολλά προβλήματα από το γεγονός ότι ημασταν πολλά άτομα με ενα κλειδι καθώς δεν είχε lockbox κάτω. Μας ζητήθηκε να παμε να τα παρουμε απο 7 λεπτα μακρια και να τα αφήσουμε εκει. Η μπανιέρα και η λεκάνη ήταν σε κακή κατάσταση. Γενικά ήταν κατεστραμένα από την χρήση πολλα πράγματα. Μπαταρίες είχε μονο 2 να δουλευουν για 6 πληκτρολόγια, το θυροτηλεφωνο δεν λειτουργούσε. Οι πόρτες των δωματίων δεν έκλειναν, επρεπε να βαλεις καποιο έπιπλο από πίσω. Στα ράφια της κουζίνας ήταν όλα χυμένα. Γενικά το ακίνητο δεν ήταν σε καλη κατασταση. Παρόλα αυτά για χαμηλό budget είναι μια χαρά εάν θέλει μια μεγάλη παρέα να κάνει μόνο έναν ύπνο το βράδυ.

• 利永 (1/5): - 简直就是灾难.整个房子全是昏暗的灯光,所有的照片应该都是拍摄于五年以前.房子甚至被怀疑没有被清洁过.领取钥匙的地点和住所离得非常远.我觉得这个房子给我的感觉就像是逃难的难民房.所有的设施都老旧不堪.

• JOSETTE (7/5): - Wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Logement pour 6 mais vaisselle pour 4. Pas de réception car un autre appartement à ouvrir donc clé à récupérer dans un kiosque ouvert 24/24 heureusement pas trop loin.
• Monika (2/5): Unikajcie tego miejsca, bo zdjęcia kłamią - Lokalizacja, klimatyzacja i widok Było brudno, stan diametralnie różni się od tego co jest pokazane na zdjęciach. Cena niska, ale gdybym wiedziała nigdy nie dokonałabym rezerwacji. Pościel musieliśmy przeprać sobie sami, bo pachniała jak używana i były na niej krótkie włosy. Kanapa w salonie nadaje się tylko na smietnik

• Shay (9/5): Overall a great apartment! - I loved this apartment. What did I like? A) First of all, I loved the price. The apartment is relatively close to the center and everything. Although this specific neighborhood and building are less touristy, which is why I think the price was relatively low. B) I loved how the sun hits the apartment during the day, and the little balcony. For me, that's a true winner in an apartment. I prefer a simple, sunny apartment with air over a modern shiny apartment without sun and air, and this apartment was great. I didnt like that there was no coffee machine despite being advertised that it has one, and the girl handling the apartment ignored me when I asked about it and never wrote me a reply.

• Tyerman (9/5): Its all you need when travelling on a budget - Good accomodation for the budget price we paid. , 10 mins walk from middle of Town, fantastic views from balcony. Easy walk to small supermarket and late night food stalks Shower needs to be updated , at present you musthold it with your hand

• Nikola (4/5): Good value for money , but lower you expectations - Its very close to all the Athensa and Acropolis It’s very old and filthy The sofa is literally ripped They didn’t answer the question that we asked They didn’t welcome us to the apartment, we needed to go to some kiosk to take the keys Which won’t be problem if he told us one day earlier But he told us 1 hour befor we came Overall we are disappointed But for the value of the money don’t expect to much After all it’s only 190 euros for 3 night for 6 people
• Kelly (7/5): Wonderful - The location was perfect close to everything yet on the quiet side which is good for families with small children. Besides it needing to be updated the only thing that I would point out is that the remotes for the air cons needed batteries are they were flat and that there needs to be cleaning products available for the kitchen and bathroom. That would be my only negative comment.

• Marcus (4/5): Not recommended for anyone - This place is simply not a nice place to stay. Not worth the money at all. The view was good and communication with the host was fast and easy. But the whole vibe was disappointing. It felt dirty, not taken care of and it has not been refurbished in many years. Hotels.com should not feature places with this low standard. When we arrived it felt like we were entering an abandoned building.
• Daniel (9/5): Superb - Loukas , our host contacted me personally about our arrival and had very good and easy directions for us to be able to check in to the apartment at a later than usual time. It was clean and comfortable place to stay. Hot water for showers and clean smelling sheets for the beds. We would definitely recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in the main part of the City of Athens, Greece. Thanks Loukas!
• Anonymous (2/5): Disappointing Dirty and Depressing - When going to the very end of the balcony you could see the Acropolis Few of the many negatives of this property are: The bath towels were old and disgusting. The curtains were gross, dirty, with holes and dark water stains from collecting the rain water that comes in from the balcony. The furniture was old and filthy. The bathroom was in an appalling condition. The property in general was dirty and in desperate need of a deep clean and renovation.
• Sarah (2/5): Athens 2022 - The Location and the host was friendly and responsive with clear instructions on how to get inside the appartment. It doesn’t look like the pictures. It needs to be rennovated and deep clean. The towels are dirty, the bathroom is not clean and its not rennovated. Only 1 bathroom for a group of 10 is not good. I don’t recommend it. Sorry
