• Art (5/5): Noisy neighbors - Location is great for walking to famous Athens sites. It's very noisy. Surrounded by loud restaurants and bars. If you value a good night's sleep, look elsewhere.

• Agnieszka (10/5): - Świetne mieszkanie na kilkudniowy pobyt. Do metra i autobusu 2 minuty. 2 łazienki to super opcja przy większej ilości osób. Polecam!!! Jeśli ktoś chce się wyspać to może być trudno bo pod balkonem jest ogródek restauracyjny.

• Tinella (7/5): Generelt fine faciliteter og god plads - Det lå virkelig godt placeret i forhold til et trygt og hyggeligt storbymiljø og tæt på metro med forbindelser, der var nemme at sætte sig ind i Lejligheden ligger med en velbesøgt bar lige i baghaven/baggården - dvs. larm (musik og glade mennesker) hver nat - uanset om det er hverdag eller weekend. Det gør det svært at få sove-ro
• Tessa (7/5): Good - The owner was helpful on every occasion. Good location. Met expectations. We used the van service for our transfer between the airport and the house. While the driver on arrival was polite and professional, the driver for our return trip was very rude and disrespectful, at times even aggressive toward a group of eight women. I reported the incident to the property owner, who assured me that he would address the issue. The taxi agency involved was TransferInAthens.

• Laura (9/5): Superb - The location of the apartment was really good, we could get to the main archeologic sites in a really short time. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was big enough to accommodate eight people and it was clean. The communication of the hosts wasn't always the quickest, but besides that, everything was great.
• Anne (2/5): Very dirty and bad service - This place was terrible I would not suggest booking this place. I had to text multiple times about the check in procedure, I was ignored and just recieved promo for a bus transfer service. Eventually the keys were suddenly dropped off at a gas station in the neighbourhood. Not what was discussed. Upon arival the rooms were all very dirty. Crumbs, hair and bloodstains everywhere. Also the kitchen was terribly dirty. The kitchen is very badly equipped with just a pot and a broiling pan and one wooden spoon. So don't expect to fry eggs! When we complained about the cleanliness we were dismissed and could only get new sheets after paying a hefty extra fee. The shower drains were full of masive hair clots and would thus not drain. The electricity shut off after 10 minutes and we had to keep flipping the switch in the fuse box. They did send someone to fix this, after calling with booking.com. The icing on the cake was that there is one bed less than advertised. There are 2, 3 person bedrooms and the third just has a 2 person bed.
• Stelios (10/5): Comfortable - accessible - exceeded expectations! - This place has gone beyond what we all expected. Sparkling clean, MODERN, yet so historically touched up (look at that ceiling!), spacious, THREE whole bedrooms with a double bed and a single bed in each one, balconies all around the apartment, two beautiful bathrooms and a really comfortable living room. The location was EXCELLENT, didn't need to get a taxi once, clubs and bars all over the apartment location. The metro was 100m away and the night clubs were next door. Such a convenient and accessible experience. I am definitely going to come back to Athens and this will be my no.1 option! Thanks Niko! Nothing!

• Andreou (8/5): Very good - Location was very good, near Metro station. Apartment looks renovated with plenty of space, good to accommodate up to 2 families. Great area for young people as the street below has plenty of bars. Bed sheets and towels looked old and not very fresh. We stayed for 3 days yet no additional towels were provided. The appearance of the building outside looks very bad, compared to the inside of the apartment.
• Verified traveler (8/5): Nice place - The owner was very kind and the stay was pleasant. The area of town is not ideal, but we had no problem.overwll it was a nice stay.
• Cook (4/5): - The apartment where we booked had problems so the manager moved us to a location which was not safe. Lots of police all over which gives the tourist an uncomfortable feeling that something is wrong in the area. The apartment was not adequate to receive guests. We had to ask for a hair dryer which was provided the next day. The shower faucet did not work well and then stopped working. The lock broke. Although the gentleman Lucas who was handling our stay was very nice and sweet but the overall experience was not a pleasant one. We were very uneasy about the change of location. Never again.
