A piscina é grande, limpa e perfeita tanto para relaxar quanto para nadar. O ambiente é agradável e transmite uma sensação de conforto e segurança. Ponto negativo: os anfitriões foram extremamente mal educados. Tentaram cobrar valores por fora de várias formas e, quando me recusei a pagar, cancelaram a reserva pelo Booking mesmo depois de eu já ter feito o check-in e estar dentro do quarto. Em seguida, entraram no quarto com várias pessoas, fizeram escândalo e começaram a me xingar. Tive que chamar a polícia, e ainda ficaram zombando da situação. Estou viajando há 2 anos sem parar e nunca tinha passado por algo assim. Foi uma experiência bem ruim e humilhante. O condomínio em si é bom, mas é melhor evitar esses anfitriões porque vão dificultar sua estadia ao máximo.

Нам было нормально. Кровать хорошая, кондеи работали хорошо. Уходили с утра, приходили вечером. Не понравилось что взяли залог вместо 1500 бат > 3000 . К концу поездки оставшийся залог был не к чему. Пришлось просто спускать, т.к. меняют от 100$ в обратную сторону. Звукоизоляция слабенькая, но нам было норм.

• Timothy (5/5): Was a Fair 13 day stay At The Atlantis - Location is very good, you just have to walk over the road to get a Bhat bus. 7 Eleven is on the premises so great for local shop. The beds were OK if you like a morgue slab, I personally like a soft bed, to be fair the host did give us the use of a topper but helped a bit. As we stayed over 7 days we had to pay Electricity on top, we never sore the meter reading before or after, just a total when we checked out. The sofa was basically 3 inches off the ground and was very unconfutable we were basically sitting on floor. I would say the furniture requires updating and a deep clean of the bathroom as there were little black nats coming out of the drains.
• AdrianHTKD (6/5): Great for the kids - This is an Airbnb-style property, with keys collected by contacting the host via WhatsApp or text. The complex itself is large, made up of six or seven interconnected buildings arranged around a central, oasis-style swimming pool. There’s a mix of rooms and apartments in various sizes. The best options are the ground-floor, pool-access apartments—well worth booking if you can find one available. Overall, this place is best suited to families with younger children, who will really enjoy the extensive pool area. One downside is the limited number of sunbeds and loungers. Because the pool is surrounded by buildings, you may find yourself moving around to follow the sun throughout the day. This may suit Thai guests, who generally prefer less direct sun, but Western sun-seekers might find it a little frustrating. My apartment was adequate but felt dated and could definitely use some TLC. As I was travelling alone, it was fine for my needs, but it’s not somewhere I’d rave about in terms of comfort or style. Location-wise, it’s very convenient. There’s a 7-Eleven right at the front of the complex. The beach is about a 10-minute walk away, and the large Yai Mak night market is only 5–6 minutes on foot—perfect for evening food. Daisy D’s on Beach Road is also nearby and good for burgers, ribs, beers, and a game of pool. Plenty of other bars and restaurants are within easy walking distance. For breakfast, I’d recommend Coffee, Be Original, around an 8–10 minute walk away (turn right, then right again up the side soi). It’s well worth the short walk. I stayed here mainly for convenience and price rather than luxury. Transport is easy, with Bolt and Grab readily available. As there are many different hosts offering apartments within this complex, I’d strongly suggest checking a few sets of reviews before booking. As I was travelling alone, it was fine for my needs, but it’s not somewhere I’d rave about in terms of comfort or style.

The WiFi was non existent, balcony doors didn’t lock, room in need of a good refurb as dated… 400฿ cleaning fee which is a days wages in Thailand also a bit excessive.

Maaaany baby cockroaches inside the unit, even inside the fridge, WiFi would work just for 24hrs then we ran out of credits and the WiFi would ask for money. It wasn’t very clean. No blackouts blinds, so the room is very bright. No breakfast available. No daily service provided (they won’t change towels or refill toilet paper unless you try asking them) Stove is not as per image, it’s a portable electric one. Overall, if you’re traveling on budget just for a few days it’s worth the price.

The internet was ok, but would drop out now and then. The view was looking at transformer It needed to be aired out a bit first

• Robyn (5/5): Passable - Clean 🧼 room. Lady was lovely who gave me keys 🔐 to room. Thank you 🤩 - Shower head was not working first day. Was drizzling out of another fixture. - 1 x roll toilet paper 🧻 for 5 days - Bed 🛌 was very hard. A "TOPPER" would fix this dilemma. - Be helpful if you had your contact number hanging up on your fridge. - Trying to charge phone in room, kept getting a shock ⚡️ even thou I had the right plug to charge. - Didn't know there was no one at reception/admin when dropping or picking up keys 🔐 or queries, never seen a hotel not managed? This was certainly different.
