A great bonus is the water park — though small, it’s perfect for 2-3 hours of fun and masti!" However, the kids' play area and pool were not functioning properly due to ongoing renovation, and cleanliness around the front area could be improved.

- Anil (4/5): Pathetic service, horrible staff - Bed and bathroom were nice and clean. AC was working fine. Pathetic service and staff were not trained for hospitality section. TV and telephone were not working, so we had to go down 3 floors each time we needed something. Nothing was available and we had to ask for everything..We had to ask for 1 water bottle many times. Geyser was not working in the morning and we had to struggle to get it started. Anything you ask the staff, they will never get back to you. Overall, this was our worst hotel experience in all of Gujrat.

One suggestion property must have facility or link of local cab runner as I was facing this problem during my stay. As I was from other state so don't having local contact for this cab facility and did not find any cab Aur auto arrangement facility for the property side. No cab service available in this area. Even after my request the staff denied to arrange the same for us, even my husband disable and he can not walk.

- veeravanallur (2/5): My worst experience in any hotel - The room, supposedly executive room, was filthy to say the least with worn out floor mat with last few strands of thread. The toilet was not even cleaned. Towels and sheets were shabby. Internet did not work as they had ‘technical’ difficulty and so was TV. Whoever gave this dump four stars must have passed through a real rough patch in life. My advice to fellow travelers, “ stay away from this dump. There are cleaner and brighter hotels and a lesser price near by. There is nothing divine or resort about this place.”
