- Donna (7/5): - Was a lovely location with great facilities available. Front end staff were very welcoming, polite and friendly. Small things make the difference. My room wasn't made up until after I asked on the first day (around 4pm) and I was made to feel like it was an inconvenience. Didn't appreciate not having shampoo after the first day, or bodywash three days later. After the second day I asked for the shampoo, where they just gave me a bottle rather than fit it in, I then had to ask for bodywash the next day. I didn't receive the sweets for the first two days.

Toilettenpapier, sowie Kaffeekapseln wurden nicht aufgefüllt. Hier mussten wir extra die Rezeption kontaktieren. Auch fanden wir die Öffnungszeiten des Fitnessstudios am Wochenende (bis 18 Uhr) zu kurz.

Це було відверте порушення наших прав на таке ж саме відвідування і користування басейном як і у всіх інших мешканців цього готелю. Ніхто про це не попередив, ні на ресепшині ні якимось оголошенням при вході в басейн, що дуже мене роздратувало та засмутило.

Unfortunately, neither station (from two different manufacturers) accepted either of my two cards. I normally travel all over Europe with them. However, it wasn't a problem; I plugged it into a Supercharger for 12 minutes the next day. .-)

La qualité de la cuisine proposée par la brasserie et le restaurant, est au rendez-vous. Bien qu'il y ait toujours place pour des progrès en toute chose dans la vie, je n'ai pas grand chose à écrire ici, juste remplacer les fleurs synthétiques par des naturelles ou des petites plantes vertes, mais c'est vraiment un détail.

- Henin (3/5): - Dear Hotel Management, I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding several serious incidents that occurred during my stay at your hotel. First, while I was in my room with my wife, we were shocked when another guest was able to open our room door using a key. This situation was extremely concerning and represents a serious breach of privacy and safety. I immediately went to the reception to report the issue. Unfortunately, the receptionist was not professional in handling the situation and spoke in an inappropriate manner. I then asked to speak with the reception manager. However, when the manager arrived, he was not attentive at all. He showed no interest in addressing the issue and left while I was trying to speak with him, without offering any assistance or resolution. Later that same night, another disturbing incident occurred. As my room was located near the entrance, a guest from the neighboring room repeatedly knocked on my door. I once again went to the reception, but I received the same lack of concern, attention, and respect from the staff. These experiences were very upsetting and unacceptable, especially considering the importance of guest safety and proper customer service in a hotel environment. I kindly request that you take this complaint seriously, investigate these incidents, and provide an appropriate explanation and resolution. I look forward to your response

- P9237FLteresaw (2/5): Disappointing - On arrival despite having proof off booking for 3 rooms they insisted I pay for 5 rooms,I was left to sort the problem with booking.com who confirmed the error was the hotel had generated another booking by mistake,no apology from the hotel just very rude reception staff. The rooms are very late being cleaned (often late afternoon) and some days missed altogether. Nice swimming pool however on the small side but it is not available to hotel guests while aquarobics class in place and the locals also do not like hotel guests using their hotel membership pool..overall this hotel does not feel like a 4 star! Avoid and save yourself alot of hassle for an over priced stay,nicer stay at the 3 star ibis.....

The gym and the pool were nice (although both a bit small and seemed over crowded with even 5 people there) Air conditioning control had no effect on the temperature in the room, so I had to open the window to sleep, which meant a lot of noise throughout the night. Room is OK but very basic, and less than expected for the rating and price. Wiring of lights was coming undone, and one light couldn't be turned off. Despite having two desks, neither provided access to any power.

- Markus (7/5): Super Lage und Essen, aber Verbesserungspotenzial bei Service und Freundlichkeit - Lage und Qualität des Essens. Man hat sich nicht sehr willkommen gefühlt - das Personal war eher unfreundlich. Service im Restaurant war unterirdisch. Der Chef de Service hat sich aber sehr bemüht.
- Andrew (8/5): A superb hotel in a great location. Service in the bar was disappointing. - Location and the facilities of the hotel were superb and very good value. The only issue we had was with the bar staff in the restaurant. We called in for a drink after our evening out in Liege and the wait for our drinks was unacceptable. The bar staff seemed to be concentrating on the drinks ordered by the diners and also got our order wrong which further delayed their arrival. In the end, it took nearly 25 minutes to receive one beer, one gin & tonic and a latte. Poor.

- Van de Perre (8/5): Algemeen goed - Goed bed, ruime kamer, propere kamer en badkamer, lekker uitgebreid ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel Putjes geur op de kamer en kon raam niet volledig openzetten. Kregen nog met moeite een drankje in de bar een half uur voor sluitingstijd. Parking is duur.

- Taoufiq (10/5): Ma référence à Liège, superbe hôtel - 4ème fois à cet hôtel, toujours ravi de la qualité de tout. La chambre est super, l'emplacement est superbe, petit déjeuner également très bien. Je recommande chaleureusement. Tout était très bien, rien à déplorer.

- Raymond Leclercq (9/5): - Tout ! La localisation de l'hôtel, la gentillesse du personnel, la chambre, la salle-de- bains avec douche italienne, le restaurant- bar, le parking aisé... Le seul petit reproche à notre séjour: mon épouse et moi- même n'avons pas du tout aimé les oreillers, trop durs (ne prennent pas la forme de votre tête) et trop épais à nos goûts. La prochaine fois, nous prendrons nos oreillers avec nous... Le reste de la literie était parfait
